The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and the hot tub. We booked this on the first Saturday in May, May 2nd and when we get there there is a sign in the lobby that says that the pool and hot tub are closed for “Winter Cleaning”. I would say they were a little late for winter cleaning. Would have been nice to at least to have gotten a notice from the hotel before we got there. We had come in off of a long motorcycle trip and were really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub that night.
Carpet in the main hallway was loose and one of my friends ended up tripping and falling because of it.

Double-queen room was good - clean and spacious. Mattresses on the firm side - so a bit uncomfortable for our family. Sheets were annoyingly \"noisy\" . . . whenever anyone rolled over or switched sleeping positions, sheets caused a loud swishy noise. Breakfast was good.

Front desk was not at all friendly.
Breakfast: Buffet and food was typical free hotel, below average.
Overall, below average, but certainly adequate, and certainly worthy of a repeat visit.

They made up the room every day of my stay. Food was hot and ready and service people were absolutely amazing and hospitable. The tv wasn’t working and they immediately came and fixed it. Stayed open late for my arrival. Beautiful setting and scenery. The pool/hot tub/sauna were down for maintenance during my stay, which was a part of the reason I booked this place, but the rest of the service more than made up for it.

My favorit hotel. It has a beautiful, well maintained pool and hot tub. The views from the dining room are spectacular. It is quiet and we have always had good interactions with the staff. It is clean and well kept but the broken lock on the back door is worrisome and the faucet in the batroom was plumbef backward, thus a slighty downgrade

Check in was a confusing mess. Nick kept trying to tell me I reserved room with two queen beds. I showed him my confirmation of a king bed. He finally admitted that the reservation probably got changed due to over booking. I told him that wasn't acceptable. He then spoke to his \"manager\" and mysteriously a king room became available. I travel a lot and probably will avoid staying with Best Western in the future.

This hotel has been run in a few reiterations over the years, and one can tell that the hotel is not brand new. That said, BW had done some nice upgrades to bring the standard to what one expects from a hotel in the BW chain. The room was comfortable and spacious, with upgrades in USB portals and outlets. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast was very nice both the items and the staff. A very pleasant stay.

We liked the hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious; it was a suite with a separate sitting area. The view was fabulous as the hotel sits on a hill overlooking a green valley with snow-capped mountains in the distance. The complimentary breakfast had lots of yummy options. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor and the hotel does not have an elevator. We are 70+ years old and brought heavy luggage, so we got a workout (without having to go to the fitness room)!

Great Value!

Great value for the money. This is what I would consider a mid-tier hotel comparable to Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn & Suites and I felt the value was a little better than most other comparable hotels I've stayed at in the past several years. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Good hot breakfast options as well as the usual cold cereals and bakery goods. The only negative was the instant oatmeal--the fruit flavored options were inedible and there was no maple and brown sugar option that seems to be standard elsewhere.

We were there just to take a small weekend away, watch tv and enjoy the hot tub and relax in the room. My husband took a nap and I decided to watch a movie. The tv wouldn’t work. I informed the front desk, they informed me that they would send a maintenance person in to fix it, so much for relaxing in the room for the day. When the maintenance person arrived, we left them to try to fix the tv. When we returned hours later, the tv still didn’t work. I again informed the staff and she didn’t seem to know anything about the issue. I expected a note to let us know or something. Our plans of relaxing in the room had already been ruined, so we decided to just go home early and not stay the extra night we had planned for. Very disappointed.

Overall the property is fine. However, the management does not evaluate the performance of the staff or the conditions of the rooms. In my case one lamp did not work, another was missing, and there were no cleaning amenities such as soaps in the bathroom. I expect to see this in a room where the price is very high!

The check-in process takes too long asnd is too complicated. It is impossible to get a ground floor room even if you get there before most of the other guests arrive. Ther is no ice machine on the second floor. There is also no elevator. The stairs and floors creak. There is no dining option within walking distance. The property is isolated.

Great stay

A fridge and a microwave was a good start, but an indoor pool and sauna was even better. The view from this hotel, which if you don’t have it from your room, can be enjoyed from the breakfast room, lobby or benches outside, is spectacular. A lot of thought went into where and how this hotel was built.
