New, clean and great staff
Dawn
The pool was a big disappointment. I can't fathom why a well-established hotel chain like Holiday Inn wouldn't invest in a full-sized pool in this town that is surrounded by so many points of interest. The pool was uninviting and would be uncomfortably crowded if more than 3-4 people occupied it! We brought our swim suits but none us wanted to swim in that pool.
Michael
Most all was great. Only complaint was the water pressure in shower in room 302 was incredibly weak. Would like much higher water pressure.
Ann
Good location and nice hotel
Ashley
Very clean property and kind and helpful staff
William
The facilities were new and clean and modern. Felt a notch above the rest. Checked in easily, room was perfect and breakfast was spot on, especially the fresh ground coffee. Wish would have time to enjoy the pool and fitness room. Others seemed to be enjoying them.
Yuliia
Very clean room and good breakfast.
Nicole D
This is our favorite hotel. The staff are wonderful, the hotel is spotless, the beds and rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is a very good assortment of hot and cold items. This is the location we judge all other U.S. hotels by.

I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said \"Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night.\" I was less than impressed.
Jane

Awesome
Natasha
We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. We had an issue at check in with the room not being the one we booked and the staff made sure to get us taken care of and in the type of room we had booked within 20 minutes. The breakfast choices and food were better than most as well. The only thing that would have been better is a bigger pool and to have had a hot tub but other than that it exceeded our standards!
Somashekhar
It was a newly built property… The rooms are very good

Our room was 203. The noise from above, all hours of the night sounded like a heard of elephants running back an forth. I even called down to the front desk. She said she would check it out. Noise was still happening. Nope I got a lousy night sleep.

Sauk Holiday Inn Express
Check in was smooth, room was very clean with two different kinds of pillows. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was your basic buffet. Coffee very good for a hotel. Rate was excellent and would definitely stay again.

No problems.
Seemed like a just built hotel. Very clean and modern. Pretty quiet. Nice breakfast assortment. Only thing was the lock on my room door kept clicking. But I still slept like baby. Very comfy bed and a huge TV.

the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. The housekeeping guy was very nice and helpful. Overall, a great stay.
