I have had an excellent stay, too bad I did not stay long enough to enjoy confort and the amaizing buffet at Breakfast. Somebody is available to cook your fresh eggs the way you want! Fresh fruits, large choice of breads and viennoiseries, fresh smoothies and much more.

Very enjoyable stay. Run by a couple who could not be more accommodating. Language was a challenge but turned out to be a fun experience. Breakfast was excellent. We were in a downtown neighbourhood and got a feel for the culture of Lens before visiting Vimy Ridge Memorial.

This was a stay on our way to SW Germany and we were so impressed with the hotel we changed our booking for our return leg so that we can stay there again. The room was excellent with very comfortable beds,clean, quiet and excellent bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding in every respect, huge choice, delicious omelettes all served in a dining room with superb views of the countryside. The staff could not have been more helpful and one spoke good English.
For all our future trips to SW Germany we now know where we will stay each time. Cannot recommend it enough

3 nights in the Ardennes
I was looking for a comfortable, quiet hotel close to Villeneuf for a 3 day Orienteering festival. The Best Western was close to the main road, obviously popular with local people, with ample on site parking and very good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was very good - lots of choices. My only complaint was the bed - soft mattress that sagged in the middle. Quite uncomfortable. I was also surprised by how few people spoke English in the area especially in restaurants.

Stayed here to break a long journey through France. The hotel is only a couple of minutes off the motorway, so is really convenient. Our check-in was reasonably late, but was done with a smile by the English speaking receptionist. Our room was a suprise, really quite large, with a huge King bed, which was exceptionally comfortable. There was no noise from outside at all, the hotel is set back from the road. The hotel definitely punches above it weight for the price.
Nice touches of chocolates and cakes in the room, together with a wide range of hot drinks that can be prepared. Also a good array of power points, some conveniently close to a mirror. Power points by the side of the bed are a nice touch, as is the clock/radio.
Breakfast was very good, as well as the traditional French cold buffer, hot bacon and sausages were available. Eggs were cooked to order (fried or omelette), there was no toaster, but bread was toasted in the kitchen for us. The breakfast room is very pleasant, and the staff could not have been more helpful.
Only slight negative is the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. During our April stay this was not a problem. We are thinking about staying here again on both halves of our next long journey in this area in July, the lack of air conditioning is the only thing which may put us off.

Visited in July and it was hot outside. Initially everything seemed fine at check in but there was no air conditioning in the hotel. seemed very strange because it seems to be a newer building. Had the windows open at night to cool things down but that allowed flies to get in. Lots of flies.
I booked through Expedia and payment was due upon check out. The guy at the desk had problems with the credit card machine and I had to go to the bank and pull out cash to pay. Unbelievable.

A spotlessly clean, quiet room with comfortable bed. The room was not large but suitable for 2 people with a very clean bathroom, which included an updated shower with new fixtures. A very nice complimentary breakfast included eggs made to order. Free parking is on-site in the front of the hotel.

Quiet, pleasant setting in a small town near our objectives of Bastogne and Spa. The receptionist was gracious, ample parking and a full service restaurant on the grounds with a lively brasserie just 100 feet away. The room was very clean although there was a strong odor of smoke on a non smoking floor. The breakfast was typical European (which means not bad) and the owner would personally cook your eggs in the morning if asked. No complaints, we would stay there again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten en vonden dit één uitstekend hotel in een mooi omgeving, zeker voor mensen die van mooie natuur en wandelingen houden. Ontbijt was heerlijk!

Nice hotel with great beds and facilities. Only bad thing is the fact that you can hear everything going on in the corridors - doors slamming and people talking. But overall a good hotel for an overnight stay and staff was very friendly.

Une excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Pas de resto le soir pour cause de Covid mais la brasserie juste à côté est de très bonne qualité.
Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses. Il manque la clim mais l'hôtel avait pris la bonne initiative de mettre à disposition un ventilateur en cette période de forte chaleur. Bonne adresse à conserver.

De kamers zijn heel proper. De flesjes water tegen zo'n hittegolf stonden al klaar voor mee te nemen en dat is een heel goed teken. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker.

Alles was in orde
Hotel ligt in Libramont, in de provincie Luxemburg. Ligt redelijk dicht bij een aantal grotere wegen, niet zo heel ver van de autostrade. Zeer vriendelijk en correct onthaal bij inchecken. De kamer is relatief basic, maar wel helemaal in orde en alles wat je nodig hebt. En donkere gordijnen, wat ik persoonlijk altijd een pluspunt vind. De badkamer is misschien iets luxueuzer dan de kamer zelf. Een minpunt wel: de ruimte tussen de douche en het wc is bijzonder krap. Iemand met lange benen past volgens mij echt niet op het wc. Ontbijt was ook in orde. Voldoende keuze, en verse produkten. Vooral de verse aardbei smoothie was echt wel lekker. Kortom, zeker aangenaam verblijf.
