Breakfast was great and fresh every day. Clean room. Excellent staff and service. I wish I had a room not in front of the pool - noisy, but fun! Also, I recommend that the management have better transport service. Only one person and he didn't even live in the area. There was an unexpected road closure and yet there was no other driver to take me to the airport. He arrived two hours later than scheduled; luckily I was able to make my flight. All was fantastic; just wish I had a quieter room and that they had alternate transport, just in a case.

We arrived past 10pm for check in and lobby was closed. The security guard had our keys and led us to our suite i just thought it was a bit awkward though the guard was extremely nice. Next morning the breakfast staff didnt want to serves us breakfast as we didnt have the the hotel bands in-our wrists. Overall hotel was ok, beach was nice, pool and gardens

Room was Clean and the staff was courteous. My wife and I enjoyed the sunsets from the sea view rooms. One helpful hint for everyone. If you book during the busy season. The restaurant and event floor is right in front of the rooms with the sea view. But they are respectful and mindful of all the guests specially at night. We will come back if given the opportunity. Had a wonderful time.

Property is well maintained and clean.
I especially enjoyed the breakfast. Great quality and variety. I did have a couple of concerns. Early in the morning, staff were yelling outside my room, which disrupted my sleep. Later at the pool, English music was playing. Since it was just me and my friend there, I politely asked if they could play Spanish music instead. I was told it wasn’t allowed, which I found surprising and a bit disappointing, especially considering that Honduras is a Spanish speaking country, and most of the guests I saw were locals. Just to clarify I enjoy both English and Spanish music as I am fully bilingual. I think that they should have been more flexible and accommodating in that situation.

The hotel is small and cozy. Rooms are spacious and the hot water works. The WiFi comes and goes but when it works it works good. The pool is clean and the food is good. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Try the hot cakes. They are to die for.

Me and my boyfriend stayed from Sunday-Thursday and when I say this was by far the best couples trip we’ve been on. The property was so clean the staff was absolutely incredible. From the housekeeping to the bar tenders. We went kayaking and swimming because the property is right by the beach.Our hotel was an ocean view in front of the beach and steps away from the bar and where breakfast is served very convenient. Everything was pretty close by and the best part was the hotel manager Cinia she went over and beyond to accommodate us and make our experience great she definitely exceeded all our expectations never met a hotel manager so helpful and suggested great local spots as well. We will most definitely be back

Great place for the price!! Great staff!! Not very many English speakers, so brushing up on your Spanish is advised. Even though there was a language barrier, the staff still tried to accommodate and help in every way possible. IT REALLY IS A GREAT PLACE!! there is currently construction going on so if you visit within these next 2-3 months, expect to hear hammers and drills..but overall, you won't regret your visit~

This resort was lovely! Would stay here again. It may not be your typical all inclusive, white sandy beach like Roatan, but it is gorgeous nonetheless with the mountain landscape surrounding. What I liked about this area and resort, was that it was still on the sea, however still driving distance to San Pedro Sula. The room and grounds were very cleanly. There is also security at night which made me feel safe. All staff were kind and helpful.

The property was nice. The room was nice and clean. The refrigerator did not work. The beach area was small but cute. Breakfast buffet was doable. The restaurant food was pretty good. Drinks were in expensive. Massage services were in expensive but the service itself wasn’t that good. The masseuse took a phone call in the middle of the service. SMH the ride from the airport is close to 2 hours but you get to the country along the ride.

The Paraiso Rainforest and Beach Hotel is amazing. If you're looking for an escape from the grind this is the place. It is safe, beautiful, friendly, and affordable. The food, staff and hotel property are fantastic, with an Eco-Forest/waterfall an easy walk away. This was a great find!

Water wasn’t draining in the shower at all. We ended up using our friends next door bathroom. Bed sheets and towels were grey from over use. Tiny beach on property is very dull and full of pollution that no staff seems to care to pick up. There seems to be a small stream going into the beach water full of tires, empty bottles and cups, not sure if it’s grey water from showers in rooms so we never went to the beach. Service personal was absolutely amazing, they do the best with that they have. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was excellent. Overall, I would not recommend, because there is a terrible air quality in Honduras, pollution in the air makes it impossible to see blue sky, everything around was grey - water, rainforest, even sun looks all red behind thick smoky air and you can look at it in the middle of the day with your naked eye. It’s a very sad scene, knowing the great potential this place and the country could have.

There is nothing to do on your own near by, no good adult entertainment in the hotel, so was boring, poor wifi signal, and if you are far from your room, you have no wifi connection. I even called the front desk, still was denied the wifi to the restaurant wouldn’t stay for more than 1 night. And this place is not cheap.

I didn't like the fact that when we check out, they accused one of my sisters of stealing a towel. They have to have a better control on the cleaners. Cleaners remove towels out of the rooms and they try to charge you for it. I won't recommend anybody to go to this place. I got beaten up by mosquitoes in the room while sleeping.

We loved our visit, the staff was amazing and spent the time to work through the language barrier. The food was top notch, beautiful location on the private beach.
The bad: hot water was warm but not hot. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, not hot.The beach was nice but trash left behind by the gusts should be cleaned up better.

Overall the experience was great, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great staff, great food, great view, great price. We will be back again soon.

Very friendly i donot recomend give cash to the pleople when you got xouple beer i give 145 lempiras for water to a waitress and they charge it to my room to the check out problem we dont remwber their face lol if you got multiple room add everything to one so you dont have split bill at check out carrie cash wiffi was donw so cards dont work at the moment we check out. Is really expencive so plan accordingly. Other then that everything was great yasiel the girls for maintenance was really good keep the hard work she is awesome need more people like her.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I booked this place so my family and I could have a good time, but fun was the last thing we had. We arrived at 9pm and the lobby was close, a security gurd took us to our room, bar was closed, swimming pool was closed, so we decided to go out and look for some fun or adventure and guess what? The gate was closed and we couldnt get out of the property, we looked for the security guy all over the place and he was nowhere to be found, so we ended up going to bed early and ruined our friday night. Next day we woke up early to go get breakfast and they didnt let us eat until we when to the office and checked in because no one checked us in the previous night. At the check out, they chaged me $50 dollars for a towel that they clamed we had stold. I swear this has been the worst experience i ever had a hotel. Not booking here again.
