I was unpleasantly surprised by the security deposit of 200 dollars. There was no coffee in bags not only in the room but also in the office. For 4 nights for two, we were given 2 large towels and 2 small ones, considering that there was also a need in the kitchen. With difficulty, after 2 days, we got 2 more towels.

I enjoyed this property due to its location and proximity to the boardwalk and beach. The window unit air conditioning was a bit noisy but that was my only issue. Over all it is worth the price because most of the time is spent out enjoying ocean city activities. I’d definitely consider returning

Economy room is more like a closet. Door scrapes the bed when opening. You have to sit sideways on the toilet because that’s the only way you can. Building was old and it showed.
Staff was wonderful and helpful, but I will not stay here again.

The rooms are too tiny even the bathroom. They should also implement some sort of light breakfast. The rooms gets so hot sometimes and the noise of moving the bed is too much.

We booked late, so honestly weren't expecting much. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. It's 2 blocks from the middle of the boardwalk so it's very convenient and we had a great time.

My boyfriend and I were a little nervous about booking form this property, especially with a lot of the reviews, but it was the only affordable option, so we took it. When we got there, the room was pretty well kept- but everything was as we expected from what we paid for. If you tend to read the reviews, we already knew it was going to be small, but honestly it was a good size for a party of two. There was a working fridge and microwave, the bathroom did its job. Nothing really broke, other than the toilet where it only refused to flush once. The hot was good, occasionally if you used the shower for too long (like any other shower), it got a little cool, but then immediately went back to normal. The rug was a little dirty, but whatever, we just wore sandals or socks on the floor. There was also very small yellow stains on the blanket, but they seem to do their own laundry at the hotel, so I understand that it might be difficult to get any stains out at all. The air conditioning was good and it was a VERY short walk from the boardwalk. Not even a random part, but it was in the perfect spot to get to the boardwalk where we were in the middle of everything. The beach was lovely and it was great having the ability to move back and forth from the hotel as we please. Overall it was a good stay, even if there were some minor flaws, it’s to be expected with the cheap price we paid. The staff was nice and gave us explanations as we called for it and helped us with any issues present.

I traveled with my teenage girl, we booked economy room double bed we got a thiny bed room with a single bed, it say 2 star hotel but i give them less than a motels standard very old bed, very tiny space even for 1 person, very tiny shower everything inside is ugly, my daughter could not sleep well, its less than standard but location was perfect the lady who work at front desk looks convincing but she even did not give us what we booked for, so make sure u book at the new gray building not the yellow one i ignored the review on the app & booked & earned the concrescence.

The room is great for the price! Ac was cold sheets were clean. Only problems I had was I stepped in glass that was in the carpet and the bed felt like it was on a slant. For one or two days and being right by the beach I have no complaints.

Well, if your looking for \" ECONOMY\", and just somewhere to lay your head, then this is absolutely the place for you. Our ROOM was literally just a room and a tiny bathroom that has been updated at some point. Good luck using the toilet for you sit down needs. You knees will be AGAINST the wall. No proper exhaust vent in the bathroom, and two lights that worked occasionally. No hair dryer,no phone,no clock, and spotty free wi-fi. Ready for my favorite? The HOT WATER for the shower takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the room. Why? Because the circulation pump is on the other side oc the building.
WHAT??? Oh, and lets not forgot about the $10/day parking fee on the next block away from the hotel,AND the fees & taxes.


For the life of me i cant understand why when i asked the agent at the desk (Ava?) if we could switch to a different room,she said they were 'sold out' ,but the 'VACANCY' light on the road sign stayed illuminated.

One other thing, the bathroom window was broken ( security latch, bottom handle). When i mentioned it,they said \"oh yeah we know about it, but cant afford to fix windows\".

We survived it,as it wasn't completely awful,but for cost of nearly $800,and the tiny,tiny size of the room,we felt like they price gouged for the weekend music festival we attended.

It is a motel in an ocean town. Our room was small and clean, albeit the bedding was outdated. As someone who takes lava hot showers, it really sucked to wait over 20 minutes of running water to get to lukewarm. It was a festival weekend so paid premium to not be able to get an appropriate shower.

And had to pay 10 dollar a day extra to park a day .. that wasn't cool at all. If I paid directly to hotel , i wouldn't had to pay that extra $70.

I stayed at this place, and i would not recommend to anyone, room very small, bad smell, and they asked for $200 deposit, i did put the deposit and i had to call them like 4 times, so they will refund me my money back and ,they ended refunded me just 190? The property was an okay type of lodge, only two blocks away ish from the ocean. But has really thin walls within room, neighbors, and outside. If you’re the type of person who needs a wide space for bathroom then this wouldn’t satisfy but clean tho. The experience with the room was clean and doesn’t smell. If you’re in the 2nd floor expect some steep stairs. The receptionist was kind and friendly. So if you just want a room for the night and stay outside for the whole day then this would suit your satisfaction and cheap :)

Employees were not available at check in times leaving people waiting all day/for hours. A guy came who did not even work there to help a group of us waiting but at that point it had already been multiple hours. the overall property is alright at best. when i got there, there was flies in my room. the room also had a slight smell but that was easily fixable. we stayed for 4 days. our microwave, fridge, and AC went out twice. even though they say 24 hour front desk they aren’t there the majority of the time so id recommend calling to save yourself time. the customer service wasn’t bad and they were kind but PLEASE BE AWARE, you will be charged additional fees that they don’t disclose on the site so be aware if that. the property has potential but is lacking in professionalism and cleanliness.

The old lady in the front desk was rude and had a terrible attitude. Not to mention the policies are ridiculous. 50 dollars more per person. 250 dollars if the room is “ too messy” or damaged. And lastly 200 cash deposit. They old lady forgot to write down that we gave her the deposit and she was trying not to return the money after an employee checked the room to make sure everything was good. Terrible place

The room had no heat, it had small table top heater that didnt work. Took 20 minutes to get warm water, no hot water. The standard room we were put in was nothing like pictured. We had to walk sideways to get through the room. You had to sit sideways on the toilet, if you tried to sit normally your knees were hitting the wall. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left after 1.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA AND THEIR AD SHOWS PICTURES OF THEIR TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS WHICH THEY DO NOT MENTION IN THEIR LISTTING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE HOSTILE FEMALE SAID NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH I HAD JUST SIGNED THE PAPERWORK 15 MINUTES EARLIER. SHE ALSO CALLED ME STUPID FOR NOT READING THE CONTRACT AND A LIAR AFTER TELLING HER I HAD CONTACTED THEIR FACILITY TO GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS I WAS BOOKING 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I LOST MY MONEY AS THE FACILITY WAS FILTHY AND UNSAFE AND SPENT ANOTHER $1000 TO FIND A CLEAN, SAFE HOTEL WITH STAFF WHO DID NOT HARASS OR INSULT ME
