O quarto limpo, porém apareceu uma barata no segundo dia.
O colchão para mim foi desconfortável, mas ha quem goste do colchão mais duro.
Pedimos um travesseiro extra, informaram que não tinha.
O ponto principal para mim foi o café da manhã, não ter suco de laranja, tinham outros sucos, mas não de laranja. Também faltava reposição das coisas de comer.
O ponto positivo é a equipe que trabalha, todos simpáticos e prestativos.

Minhas principais críticas se devem pelo valor pago da diária que não é barato, acredito que o conforto e café da manhã são discrepantes ao valor da diária.

Fiz a reserva para o Hotel Summit Inn, mas no momento do check-in recebi um upgrade para o Hotel Summit Suítes. Quarto muito bom, limpo e espaçoso. Café da manhã simples, mas com o essencial. Fica a 6 minutos a pé da Canção Nova.

Quarto espaçoso, limpeza impecável, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, café da manhã bem servido, não deu tempo ir na piscina, tem área kids. Lugar bem tranquilo, muito perto da canção nova uns 5 minutos a pé. Só queria ter um pouco mais de flexibilidade no checkout, mais 1 hora conseguiria participar da missa de encerramento. Mas gostei muito da estadia.

Não gostamos do atendimento. Ficamos em prédio anexo ao hotel, sem recepcionista na portaria e as pessoas recebiam uma chave para entrar na prédio.

A recepcionista do hotel principal mentiu dizendo que nos dias seguintes teria uma pessoa na recepção e não foi o que aconteceu.

O quarto não tinha frigobar e o telefone para falar com a portaria do hotel principal não funcionava.

Os funcionários eram bem atenciosos. o cardápio das refeições e café da manhã foram razoáveis. Estacionamento Ok. Porém no anexo que ficamos hospedados, não havia recepção, frigobar, Tv, o telefone, nem ramal também não funcionava. As refeições e café da manhã eram servidos no hotel da rede ao lado do nosso anexo. Isso gerou um pouco de insegurança e desconforto.

O Hotel está localizado bem próximo da Canção Nova. Os cômodos são limpos, tem um bom chuveiro e o espaço é razoável. Roupa de cama e banho padrão de hotel e limpas. A comida é gostosa. Para mim o colchão estava muito duro e o travesseiro muito baixo, então o descanso ficou bem prejudicado.A equipe de atendimento e o café da manhã ficam no outro hotel da rede, que está cerca de 50 metros. Acho que o custo benefício não vale o investimento, exceto se não encontrar outra opção, pois além da questão do colchão, o Hotel não tem elevador, tendo que carregar mala por até 3 andares, há necessidade desse deslocamento para se alimentar, perdendo toda a comodidade que se espera ao ficar em um hotel.

Cafe da manhã excelente, mais quando cheguei as 16:30 abre o check-in, a atendente me informou que não havia toalha para banho pois a lavanderia não havia entregado,ficamos de 17 as 18:20 esperando pelas toalhas de banho. Tinha compromisso as 18:00 e acabei chegando as 18:30. Enfim a atendente fez o impossível para localizar o responsável pela lavanderia. Enfim, tirando o inconveniente da falta de toalha, o restante foi bom.

O quesito limpeza pegou bastante negativo em minha estada, o quarto e a roupa de cama estava sujo, o edredom estava lamentável, travesseiro com cheiro azedo.
Não trocaram as toalhas de banho.
Café da manhã com pão amanhecido, funcionários tem dificuldade em reabastecer os alimentos.
Preço do restaurante muito elevado.

A estrutura do hotel, visualmente, é boa, é bem limpo, café da manhã compatível. Na noite que fiquei no hotel, estava muito frio. Tentei ligar o ar, mas o controle estava sem pilhas. A recepcionista resolveu. O ar só chegava até 25o. O chuveiro estava razoável a noite, mas pela manhã a água não esquentava, nem que deixasse apenas 1 fio de água caindo, isso foi ruim. Serviço de quarto até às 22h. Eventos na Canção Nova até às 22h30. Pedi Ifood.

Na primeira vez que fui ao hotel foi otimo, pois tinha recepção própria e o café da manha era servido no mesmo predio. Agora, o hotel virou um anexo de um outro hotel que fica a uns 50 metros. O conforto e limpeza continuaram bons, mas faça chuva ou sol, você precisará se deslocar para o hotel vizinho para o café da manhã.

O Summit Inn funciona como um anexo do Summit Suítes e o hotel peca em não revelar isso. Vc fica, durante a grande maioria do tempo do dia, sem suporte de funcionários, ficando a cargo dos hóspedes abrir e fechar a porta de entrada e sem servico de bar algum. Tudo vc precisa ir andando ao Summit Suítes para resolver, até comprar uma simples água, que vc precisa pagar na hora. Achei muito vacilo. Recomendo a hospedagem no Summit Suítes, mas no Summit Inn parece um hostel, por preco de Hotel.

A falta de recepção na unidade prejudica a comunicação, anteriormente não havia me avisado que era um prédio a parte e todo o serviço seria executado no outro prédio. Senti a falta de uma geladeira pequena no quarto.
