This resort is for you if you’re looking for a seriously quiet and peaceful vacation. There’s really not much around for shopping and the nearest store is a Shell station about 14 kilometers away, so bring your snacks and beverages before you arrive. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about my stay.

Honest review

Property in need of renovation, the furniture and bathroom very much worn but still usable and served our purpose. Our bedding had small stains reliably after every change although I am sure they were clean.

Location is beautifully serene but extremely isolated, so not even a shop to purchase amenities or snacks.

Overall was a lovely quite recluse stay but requires some major maintenance and staff work to meet that 4 star experience.

Pristine place to switch off. Beautiful beach, clear waters.

There Is absolutely nothing surrounding the hotel. You only can eat at the hotel. Unless you have a vehicle.

Staff is very good.

Place could be kept in better condition. Rooms a bit dusty and old.
I would return just for the location.

Facilities are lack if proper maintenance. It supposed to have game and activities but games couldn't be played as it seemed broken and rusty. Staff seem very few.
But food was really amazing, I feel like I came here for food actually

Very nice relaxing resort - enormous rooms with big balcony, right by the beach with nice pool. Always strong waves. Good restaurant and very helpful and friendly staff. This part of Trat is fairly quiet and remote but very nice to visit.

Quiet, relaxed break in remote area

Beach Villa was comfortable and close to the water edge. Long expanse of sandy beach with clean water, good for swimming with shallow shelving and gentle surf. Single restaurant with reasonably priced menu but limited choice. In-room TV had poor reception and not many channels. Complained about shower head, problem rectified quickly but not completely satisfied. Location is good for quiet, \"get away from it all\" type break but nearest town is 40 km with little opportunity for shopping in between and nothing in the way of night-life or entertainment worth noting. Recommended for short (3-5 nights max.) relaxing holiday but do your shopping en-route! Addition of mattresses for recling beach beds on Villa verandah would add to comfort levels.

The location was beautiful but the staff were a huge let down. We booked a van that did not pick us up from the bus station even after multiple e-mails confirming the pick up. Our reservation was wrong once we got to the hotel and they did nothing to fix the issue. Booked a massage and that started almost 40 minutes late. It also took nearly 20 plus minutes to run our cards at the end of each meal. One afternoon it took over an hour . Not worth the inflated price.

Too old and dirty.

Ok, Centara had been my first choice everytime I travel to anywhere, I think I’ve been to about 7 Centara hotel and I would recommend all of them. But not this one, this one is a totally nightmare. It’s really old, lot of dust in the room, and the worst part is there are giant geckos around the **** room!!! For god sake, the size of the gecko is terrifying... The legnth of the gecko is really long (from wrist to elbow) and not just one. 2 were in the bedroom, 3 at the balcony and that was in the dark so I didnt see clearly. This is disgusting. This Centara is really making a bad name for Centara.

Peaceful resort!

Loved this hotel, one night stopover from Cambodia to Koh Chang. Loved the pool and just a stones throw to a private beach! Peaceful, tranquil and good value for money. Just beware the cost of a transfer to ferry or airport is expensive and there is no public buses so you have to go through the hotel!

Wir waren zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel, es ist noch okay, leider hat der Service massiv nachgelassen besonders an der Rezeption ( unfreundlich, aggressiv, in sympathisch und versuchen alles zu verkaufen), hauskeeping ist langsam , nur im Restaurant ist der Service ganz okay. EXPEDIA hat eine falsche Beschreibung und falsche Bilder des Hotels online gestellt! Eine Frechheit von Expedia.

- Das Personal spricht kein bis schlechtes Englisch!
- Wir hatten eine Lebensmittelvergiftung - es gibt nur ein Restaurant zum essen und nicht wie beschrieben 3! Es gibt auch nur eine Bar!
- Das Hotel weiß, dass es aufgrund der Alleinlage mehr aufschlagen beim Preis kann und macht dies auch ohne Scharm!
- Der Wellnessbereich war nicht zu finden, als wir fragten bekamen wir am Strand eine schiefe Hütte gezeigt, wo sich kein Mensch hinlegen würde.
- Der \"Hochzeitssaal\" bricht weg, siehe auf den Bildern.
- DAS EINZIG POSITIVE IST DER POOL UND STRAND. Strand ist naturbelassen und der Pool okay, wenn auch veraltet.

EXPEDIA SOLLTE EINE KOMPENSATION FÜR DEREN FEHLINFORMATION BIETEN!!!!

Es gibt nur eine Bar, ein Restaurant und die meisten Getränke oder Speißen sind nicht immer verfügbar. Auf Allergien oder Essensgewohnheiten (Veganer, Vegetarier) wird gepfiffen - hat man eben Pech gehabt.

Für das gesamte Resort gibt es nur 2 Sonnenschirme und diese sind bereits durch mehrerer Löcher gezeichnet. Zudem gibt es für ein vollgebuchtes Resort nur 12 Liegen!

Auf den sogenannten Wanderwegen liegt überall MÜLL! Das Resort rühmt sich, den Gästen vorzuschreiben die Handtücher mehrfach zu verwenden um die Umwelt zu schonen, pfeift aber im gleichen Moment auf die Natur mit der Müllablagerung der Umgebung.

Taxidienst in die nähere Umgebung, sowie Flughafen sind überteuert!

Hyggelig hotell, men langt fra alt. Slitt, men ok standard. Kjøkkenet og baren stenger kl 21, så husk å spise tidlig og bestill nok drikke. Veldig rolig område, hyggelig bassengområde og en liten strand som er langgrunn. Massasje er det ikke å få, så dette hotellet er for den som vil slappe helt av med en bok, legge seg tidlig og stå opp til en deilig frokost.

The resort has some great potential, but unfortunately in need of maintenance. It looked quite run down, and cleaning was not great either. But the beach is amazing, and the staff did their best. Restaurant not great, but decent. Without your own vehicle this place is quite remote, and we had some trouble getting transportation on short notice.

Freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksames Personal im Restaurant, grosszügige Suite mit separatem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, Balkon oder Terrasse, Aussendusche. Freundlicher Empfang. Man ist auf das hoteleigene Restaurant angewiesen, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe kein anderes Hotel/Resort oder Restaurant hat. Grosses und sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen Thai-Speisen und einer grossen Auswahl an Internationalen Speisen. Das Hotel wird mit 4* angegeben, wir denken jedoch, dass die eine oder andere Renovationsarbeit anstehen würde, vorallem im Badezimmer und so denken wir eher an 3* (3 1/2*) Ein tierfreundliches Hotel, dass Hunde ohne Aufpreis akzeptiert.

Un giorno in paradiso

L’hotel è immerso in un giardino tropicale stupendo ben curato. I boungalows sono ampi con soggiorno e camera da letto separate, il bagno grande e con tutti i conforts. Il ristorante al mattino una colazione con ricca scelta al bluffet , alla sera il menù è vario e il cibo è genuino e non molto dispendioso. Il personale gentile e premuroso. La spiaggia di sabbia bella e ben attrezzata , il mare pulito azzurro e trasparente balneabile fin dalla riva. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto fermarci di più ma ci siamo promessi di ritornare appena possibile!
