I found it very convenient that there was an exclusive hotel counter at the airport where I could request the shuttle service. Even though I checked in very late, the staff treated me very kindly, which left a very good impression on me.

I also used the room service; even though I placed my order late, they responded quickly, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious.

From now on, this will be my regular hotel.

Nice, sadly we were not here for long.
Free shuttle to and from the airport but far from the things you want to do and see.
Spacious, clean, great bed and bathroom. I’d skip their breakfast and order à la carte.

Jr suite w/2 rooms was excellent for myself, son and grandson. From desk to waitstaff everyone was very accomadating. Food was good and plentiful in both restraunts and no extra charge for room service. Pool was nice but several stairs to reach it.

this hotel is OK but nowhere near the category of \"wonderful\" as it is touted on hotel.com website.
Good: clean room with comfortable beds
Bad: nowhere to sit except a rickety, desk, chair, flimsy door with no security lock, lots of noise from other rooms and hallways. There are many better options in the area.

Amazing Place. Its one of favorite go to, in between flights. Clean, Safe, and Secure. The staff is amazing. 24/7 shuttle availability from hotel to airport. My family stayed at this hotel 2 previous times, making this the third and last. My problem was with the front office reception. My parents (seniors) arrived before check-in. They made no effort to accommodate. We offered to pay for the previous night stay to get a room but they claimed they were all sold out. I tried callimg them days before to make arrangements but they never answered. When i finally got a hold of someone they wouldnt provide the managers name and had no explanation for giving room access until 3pm. They made no effort to share there were other rooms nearby for the time being. Nothing. We will never be staying here again. Horrible, robotic customer service.Im still waiting to hear from their manager. Its been a week.

The food at the restaurant is phenomenal. It was late when I got there and I was starving, but they still brought me a soup and it was great. The shuttle was a longer than normal wait at the airport after arriving Tuesday night, so this why I almost missed getting to eat dinner--which is crucial after air travel and ridiculous check-in times and no food. Room service is not appealing to me. I have ordered it before and been asleep from exhaustion by the time it arrived.
Rooms are always clean and inviting. In the morning only one young man was working at the little cafe. When I arrived, no problem, but by the time he got my order there was a line of 4 very anxious men waiting and yelling at him. A manager came over from the restaurant, but not to help, only to ask him what the problem was. Anyone not blind could see what the problem was. He was by himself with no help, while others stood around at lobby desk doing NOTHING. This was literally RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. They could have helped him and come over if a guest came to check out. The \"NOT MY JOB\" attitude was unappealing and left me disgusted. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they shrugged and did nothing to help.

This hotel will be my go to near the Mexico City airport. I have been to Mexico city many times, but never stayed near the airport. This was only 15 mins away. The service was great. Absolutely, the best bedding I had on my trip. The blankets were so thick and nice. It was so comfortable.

This place is better than the photos on the website. Me and my wife stayed at a basic room for a layover and i tell you, i was trully impressed. The lobby, the room was really nice, i loved the luxury touches. The hotel logo was on the towels, pillow cases. And for the value, i will definitely come back and stay here again!!!!

It has a Banorte ATM in the lobby, covered heated pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna, good size gym area. Super clean beautiful very spacious rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly. Buffet had good items, quesadillas de huitlachoche and Flor de calabaza. It was probably the season for it but still. Smooth shuttle ride to the airport included even though a city wide earth quake drill was going on. The driver skilled and friendly. I could go on and on.
