The hotel itself is so beautiful, but the staff? now that's the icing, everyone was so kind and helpful with smiles. I have never stayed in a hotel that is happy to give you take-out boxes to pack items from the buffet breakfast, but Glee did! I have zero complaints, this was such a fantastic, fantastic stay.
The only caveat for me is the location. I found the hotel further away from the main attractions and tourist spots, and the surrounding area was not the cleanest or upscale. That is the only thing that'll make me stay somewhere else, but once I got through the gates, it was bliss!

This Hotel is what you think of when you think of luxury . I had the room with the balcony . The balcony alone could host a small party. Just from me showing my room 7 of my friends left their hotel to come to the glee. Next time i come this will be my Hotel destination

We cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you can ask for-- excellent restaurants, night club, lounge, heated pool, game room including pool/table tennis, immaculate gym, and very warm/accomodating staff. Location is out of the main city so it's more peaceful and our Viator tour guides had no problem picking us up from the hotel free of charge for any excursions. The hotel also provided transportation to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it to anyone traveling to Nairobi.

This’s a 3 stars hotel. There’s a lot of issues that needs to be addressed for future guests:
1. They downgraded my room to a tiny room that made it impossible to open my suitcase cases on the floor (I had to place them on bed to open). Reason was that my paid for room was not available.. and no apologies and no refunds.
2. Shower Water pressure is pathetic and just barely warm.
3. Breakfast wasn’t worth it. It’s the worst prepared (no chef) and limited menu I ever ate. And even to make it worse they charge you extra money if you order Macchiato, latte, cappuccino and other make to order coffee.
4. Over priced regular food menu.
The list goes on and on… but the good thing is there better options within Nairobi.

3. Breakfast wasn’t worth it. It’s the worst prepared (no chef) and limited menu I ever ate. And even to make it worse they charge you extra money if you order Macchiato, latte, cappuccino and other make to order coffee.
4. Over priced regular food menu.
The list goes on and on… but the good thing is there better options within Nairobi.

Our stay at Glee Nairobi, a Preferred LVX Hotel, was nothing short of spectacular, and I have to say it was the outstanding team and thoughtful touches that made this experience unforgettable. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt like royalty.
A big shout-out to Hillary, the Kitchen Supervisor, who ensured that the 24-hour food service was exactly that — 24-hour service, with incredible meals at any hour of the day or night. It’s not every day that you find a hotel so dedicated to meeting all your dining needs!
However, the one person who truly left a lasting impression on me was Anne Mwangi, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Anne was an absolute star! Her dedication, professionalism, and warmth were remarkable, and I honestly believe every company would benefit from having someone like her. She made our stay unforgettable, and I sincerely hope the Glee Nairobi recognizes the incredible impact she has — she’s a big reason why this hotel will remain dominant in Nairobi! Anne, You’re unforgettable. The rest of the team — Sylvia, Sharon, George, David, Joan, Kelvin, Benjamin, Arif, Faith, and Fridoh — were all exceptional as well, providing attentive service that made us feel welcomed and cared for at every turn. The thoughtful birthday bed dress and desserts in the room were such a sweet surprise, adding to the overall experience. Be sure to visit the Hide Steakhouse!

My room was very clean the maintenance was performed dally. The exterior and the interior of the property was clean at all times. And the security was also very viable safe and secure. The staff was very professional at all times my next stay in Nairobi wil most definitely be at the Glee Hotel without any questions

BUT on the weekend and I think week days, there is no ala cart menu to choice from that is quick and easy.
All buffet in the main restaurant and WAY over priced with NO beverage included at all... all extra... I understand if you have business meeting in for their lunch break it is quick for them and the company is paying for it also.
Now they have the steak house menu for lunch and a dress code for Saturday afternoon lunch... Menu is NOT a lunch menu and I am not dressing up for Saturday lunch!
Open the roof top restaurant for a quick casual lunch choice....
Other then that all is great!! will go again on my next visit to Nariobi.
