Wir wollten kurz nach 14:00 Uhr einchecken, da wurde uns gesagt, wir können erst um 15:30 das Zimmer beziehen. Obwohl im Portal 14:00 Uhr angegeben ist. Wir haben mit HP gebucht. Meine Frau hatte eine Pizza Margeritha, bei der der Teig nicht durchgebacken war, man konnte sie nicht essen. Ich hatte ein Stück Fleisch, das noch fast roh war. Auch nicht wirklich essbar.
Fazit, das Essen war sehr miserabel. Für uns ist das Restaurant nicht empfehlenswert. Service war ungenügend. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Fijne ontvangst, fijn dat we om 22u00 nog konden eten. Prima eten en drinken. Ruime complete kamer met fijne douche en separaat toilet. Wifi dik in orde. Ruim voldoende stopcontacten. Rustige ligging. Heel fijne bedden en kussens. Alleen was de vloerbedekking wat gevlekt. En zit er geen gordijn of wandje in de douche waardoor er water gespetterd wordt.

C'est la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel que je suis débité 2 fois. j'ai prévenu l'agent à l'acceuil que la chambre avait été pré-payée. La personne m'a certifié que ce n'était pas le cas et que je devais payer la chambre. Le matin en partant je suis tombé sur un autre agent qui a effectivement constaté que la chambre avait été pré-payée et m'a dit qu'il allait faire le nécessaire pour me rembourser. 2 semaines se sont écoulées et je n'ai touché aucun Remboursement

Blij met het verblijf.
Zoals het hoort te zijn. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De foto's laten het wel iets moderner uitlijken dat het werkelijk is. Vooral de badkamer was niet zo modern, maar prijs kwaliteit zeker goed. Een groter plus vond ik het restaurant. Voor iemand die voor het werk verblijft is dit wel een gemak. Het eten was lekker, maar de pizza's zou ik niet aanraden. Het deeg was niet doorbakken, maar er was wel veel topping op de pizza. In het kort zou ik wel teruggaan.

Aangename ontvangst, C19 maatregelen maken het wat anders dan normaal, maar alles is aangepast, een richting doorstroming en dergelijke. Eerste keer ontbijt waar ik zelf mijn voedsel mag nemen. (sinds C-19 toch al minimaal 10 hotels bezocht).

Das alte Gebäude ist vollkommen heruntergewirtschaftet und in einen schlechten Zustand. Die Zimmer haben große Betten, dafür hat man dann aber absolut kein Platz mehr im Zimmer, der Durchgang zum Bad und Fenster am Bett vorbei beträgt höchstens 20 cm.

Un MERCURE dites-vous ? A déconseiller.
Je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner mon avis sur mes séjours, mais là il y a que quoi s'interroger. A notre arrivée, le personnel discute entre eux sans s'occuper de nous pendant un long moment. Dans la chambre, la bouilloire ne fonctionne pas, normal monsieur, il faut tenir enfoncé le bouton... et là on a vraiment l'impression que le personnel se fiche de vous. Petit déjeuner, des mouches dans la salle du restaurant (comme la veille) mais également des vers dans les figues et un pain au chocolat resservi de la veille et je ne mentionnerais pas le petit cafard qui se promène sur la table de notre petit déjeuner.

Hôtel bien situé au centre-ville (notamment proche de la gare ferroviaire) proposant un parking gratuit (non clos), un lobby bar et un restaurant, des chambres au design classique et de bon confort, au servuce et à l'accueil professionnels de la part de l'équipe hôtelière. Le seul inconvénient fut un accès internet (wifi gratuit) faible et discontinu (peut-être un problème temporaire de réseau lors de mon séjour).
