Check in staff were courteous, professional, polite, friendly, helpful. The dinner was average, but the breakfast buffet definitely made up for it. Breakfast was an excellent selection of meats, rice, noodles, salads, breads, desserts, eggs station with cooked eggs, chef made omlete, chef made pancakes and waffles. I have not eaten breakfast in 5 years, made an exception. Pool is amazing, gym is great with sauna and steam room. Best part hotel is connected to the manila airport!

The breakfast selection was great, room was clean, and the amenities were good. Our queen bed room on the 7th floor had a great view of the church next door and its massive stain glassed windows as well as down the Main Street. The toilet in my room kept clogging which was pretty frustrating but luckily we had two rooms so we just used my kids toilet. Overall a good experience if you’re there for transitional stay as the airport is right next door.

This was a great, affordable hotel for an overnight stay before flying internationally. Our room was small but clean and well-arranged with comfortable beds and a pleasant bathroom. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet (included) had lots of options. It was very convenient to be able to walk ten minutes (mostly on a covered walkway) to the NAIA International terminal. We would stay here again when transiting through Manila.

Room was extremely small, not even room to open our suitcases, and had multiple maintenance issues, including the air conditioner not cooling, plugged drains, etc. When brought to the attention of the front desk staff (5:30pm) they couldn’t have cared less, and didn’t even offer to switch our room. A manager finally contacted us at 9:30pm wanting to switch our room or have maintenance look at the air conditioner, we opted for the latter since we had a very early flight.
The manager was literally upset with us because we had the audacity to go to dinner instead of waiting for her to contact us, as if it was our fault the front desk staff didn’t inform her when we brought it to agents attention.
Maintenance arrived only to tell us he couldn’t fix it because it needed to be serviced. I thought that’s what maintenance did, then why not block the room if the air conditioner can’t be fixed instead of giving it to a guest?
Management wanted to upgrade us to a suite on our return booking, needless to say, I canceled that reservation, we would never stay here again or recommend it.
I might ad, we were surprised at the amount of transgenders outside the hotel soliciting passerby’s, my wife and I have never experienced this before at the other hotels in the area.
Having travelled the world, this hotel is by far the worst place we have ever stayed.

Great staff and customer service. Location is excellent right across the road from NAIA Terminal 3 with foot bridge access from the Airport Terminal, to the back door of the hotel.

Convenient stay overall. Great location—very close to the terminal—and the staff were amazing. However, there was a noticeable smell in the lobby and hallways, breakfast was crowded, and the rooms (especially the bathroom) were quite small.

The proximity to NAIA (you can use the Manila Skywalk instead of a taxi) is my favorite thing about Belmont; it is nice enough at the price point a room goes for and is located near a variety of stores if you need something not already provided. The dining facilities were clean and comfortable as was my room. Staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. This is my go to hotel whenever I am traveling to and from the US..almost forgot, a shuttle is available if you need it, but I am so used to Grab that I rarely use a shuttle service.

The breakfast buffet is loaded but can be busy at times, the food was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, warm water in the showers and wifi was available everywhere in the hotel. Short walk to Newport Resort Mall. We will be staying there again.

Clean room & well maintained facility, except for the last floor that accesses the pool, it could use a little updating. All the staff are friendly & helpful . Subway,Starbucks & cha time are in the same grounds. McDonald’s is a few steps away as well as the access to NAIA Terminal 3 & Newport world resort. The location is perfectly close to the airport, terminal 3. Walk the sky bridge and you are there. Don’t have to taxi or Grab as they tend to get stuck in traffic. Using the free airport shuttle to transfer between terminals are more efficient and convenient if your flight arrives or departs from terminal other than terminal 3. Church, food, shopping, and Casino are all within walking distance. Amazingly quiet even though it is close to the airport.

However- their is a problem with the plumbing in many of the rooms. A nasty septic tank smell coming from the bathroom. if you keep the door closed the room smells ok but be prepared when you walk into the bathroom. They need to fix this.
