A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the \"Holambra\" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns sempre impecável, além de uma equipe muito gentil e solícita. Pra quem viaja com crianças, a área da piscina é incrível - e ainda tem animação com o Tio Careca, que leva a turma pra fazer várias brincadeiras pelo hotel.

Não dei 5 estrelas apenas por observar algumas questões pontuais no restaurante. Precisa haver um controle mais rigoroso em relação às moscas no local - nada exagerado, mas em todas as refeições que fizemos houve o inconveniente de moscas voando pelas mesas e pousando nos alimentos. As mesas são sempre mantidas limpas, mas por outro lado as cadeiras mancham e ficam sujas - os assentos são de tecido, impedindo a limpeza rápida. Se fossem de courino ou algum outro material, a manutenção da limpeza seria mais fácil.

O hotel é muito bom, mas o café da manhã poderia melhorar em termos de qualidade (quantidade e variedade grandes, mas a qualidade não foi espetacular quanto a das outras unidades). É preciso se atentar para o pedido dos clientes também. Pedi um berço no quarto e quando cheguei, tarde da noite, com a minha bebê no colo o berço não estava lá. Tive que ligar e pedir a instalação, quer dizer, espera, barulho, transtorno... No mais, o hotel é lindo, limpo e os atendentes muito educados.

Hotel à 5 minutos de carro do centro de Holambra, local agradável e rodeado de plantações. Vista muito bonito do horizonte por estar localizado em uma area mais elevada.
Excelente hotel com varios atrativos. Piscina e o Paisagismo são pontos que chamam a atenção.
Quartos novos e muito bem equipados.
Café da manhã com varias opções e muito bem servido e local muito agradavel entre a vista da piscina e a vista do horizonte.

Experiência abaixo das expectativas

A estadia foi apenas razoável. O check-in demorou bastante, mesmo eu já tendo cadastro na rede. O atendimento no restaurante foi extremamente confuso: em todas as refeições – café da manhã, almoço e jantar – houve esquecimento de pratos. Durante o mês de julho, foram divulgadas atividades de recreação, mas, no domingo em que chegamos, nada estava disponível e ninguém soube explicar o motivo.

A academia é satisfatória, embora seja difícil entender por que não há uma esteira. As bicicletas disponíveis são exclusivas para adultos, sem qualquer alternativa para crianças ou cadeirinhas.

A maior decepção, no entanto, foi a área da piscina. A água estava gelada e a estrutura da piscina coberta, que supostamente está em obras, revela sinais evidentes de abandono. Pelas condições do local, fica claro que a obra está paralisada há bastante tempo, sem qualquer indício de retomada.

Diante de tantos pontos negativos, infelizmente não vejo motivos para retornar ao hotel.

Maravilhoso Hotel Royal Tulip Holambra esses é o 1° Royal Tulip (Grupo da francesa Louvre Hotéis)que fiquei hospedado, tive uma experiência maravilhosa com o hotel. Esse Hotel dispõe de mais 79 apartamentos para melhor atender os clientes e hóspedes, dispõe de Piscinas, academia, salas de Reuniões e de Convenções, assim como demais estruturas para uma excelente estadia. O quanto é amplo, limpo, moderno, climatizado, no quarto que fiquei tinha: Televisão, mesa de trabalho, frigobar, cofre, telefone e um amplo armário. O banheiro é excelente, tem tudo para um excelente banho. Estacionamento descoberto gratuito. Café da manhã com uma grande diversidade de produtos de ótima qualidade, Jantar com uma boa variedade e opções. Durante o check in e check out fui muito bem atendido, os funcionários foram educados, solícitos e preocupados em melhor atender os clientes. Hotel Royal Tulip Holambra está muito bem Localizado na estrada HBR 167, N° 935, Holambra. Com certeza Recomendo.

Hotel com boa localização, construção muito bonita com academia e piscina, limpeza impecável.

Mas, tivemos alguns contratempos nos forneceram um quarto que já estava ocupado por outra família, por sorte não havia pessoas no quarto e imediatamente fechamos e retornamos a recepção, um erro grave que poderia ter causado um transtorno maior, outro ponto solicitamos uma refeição no quarto devido o cansaço da viagem, para nossa supresa veio totalmente fria quase gelada, isso porque pedimos uma hambúrguer e fritas e um risoto, no demais o hotel é excelente, só precisa de atenção nesses dois pontos.

Serviço de animação era bom, com atividades para adultos. No entanto, um hotel deste porte, deveria ter um spa disponivel. Estão finalizando a construção de uma piscina aquecida, mas não haverá um área de relaxamento como sauna, duchas e massagem. O ponto fraco é o restaurante e serviço de atendimento na piscina. Realmente, muito fraco. Levai quase 2 horas no restaurante para receber meu jantar. Pedidos que fizemos na piscina tiveram que ser cobrados. Bebidas faltando no bar, como por exemplo Tequila. Isso não pode acontecer em um redstaurante de hotel desta magnitude.

Serviço do restaurante foi muito ruim. No sábado de noite, com restaurante vazio, ficamos 50min esperando por um prato kids. No domingo no almoço, 14h, vazio também, pedimos pra priorizar o prato kids. Demorou 50min e veio errado. Nossos pratos vieram diferentes do cardápio também. Mudaram a carne e o tipo da batata.

Alem de um quarto comfortavel o que me levou a escolher esse hotel foi mesmo a piscina que e mesmo excelente. A unica coisa que devia ter atendimento do bar da piscina na parte da manha e não somente apos as 11hs (nem que tenha que ir ate o bar externo para pedir) .

Bom hotel, relativamente novo, cama confortável e boa infraestrutura no geral. O café da manhã é fraco, o ar condicionado do nosso apartamento não estava funcionando e achei uma traça no banheiro.

Estadia agradável, mas pode melhorar.

Fiquei hospedado com a minha esposa e o hotel forneceu um berço para o nosso bebê. Achei o local muito bonito, tranquilo, propício para crianças e os funcionários são cordiais. Como ponto de melhoria, destaco o café da manhã. Havia uma quantidade absurda de moscas pousando nas refeições e ventiladores repelentes de mesa insuficientes para espantá-las, por isso, deixamos de consumir boa parte do que gostaríamos por questão de higiene. Além disso, o hotel poderia servir algumas opções holandesas (biscoitos, waffle...).

Cidade turística sem taxi e sem uber, hotel longe da cidade, viável só de carro. Restaurante com muitas moscas, e comida com muita gordura. Natureza e hotel muito bonitos.
