Pool was very dirty. The pump was down maybe , should of been on it. Especial due to the heat , lots of police staying the which was not a issue. Just didnt like how they where looking at me felt they were judging me I felt uncomfortable Not all of them just wannt to clear that up .

I was stuck in a corner room by the stairs with window to the stairwell. People could look in so I needed to keep the blinds closed. Worst part of the stay was all the military people coming and leaving. Loud, packed the area with trucks, back up beepers that went on incessantly. Staff was nice and welcoming, however I won't be back.

I reserved 2 rooms at this place. The check in was ok he explained the restaurant/ bar hours well as pool time access. We went to put our luggage in the rooms and decided to got try the food in there restaurant. There was nobody there eating it was only us 4 eating. We had no water offered upon sitting. The waitress brought us the menu and took about 15 minutes to ask if we wanted something to drink. We asked for our drinks then it took another 15 minutes to come back and ask for food orders. We ordered grilled chicken plate, burger with fries, club sandwich with fries and mixed fajitas plate chicken and meat. It literally took 35 minutes to get 3 plates and still waiting on the fajitas plate. 3 of us were all done while we continued to wait for the fajitas and had to get up and ask status on it the girl said it’s coming. 3 of them hanging out chatting and nobody would come ask everything ok or anything needed.. it took practically 50 minutes to get the fajitas so we e sat and waited for our friend to eat. Not kind you it said mixed with chicken and meat. No meat was in it. Why did it take this long when they had zero customers. I overheard a guy come and complain where is my club sandwich that I orders 30 minutes ago to my room. One of the guys said oh they been busy.. really? With who we were the only 4 in there. All employees were just hanging out chatting and even saw the guy fro. Reception come and change a bill with one of the ladies in the kitchen. Both counting coins.

Our experience: we had two rooms reserved, the rooms were in the back of the building, rooms are small and lacking amenities, no counter space to put your stuff in the bathrooms nor in the room, there was only an armoire to hang a few things, that's about it.
The shower: small, the cold water barely came out, without having a floor towel the shower was getting a bit flooded.
The A/C in the room was a bit noisy, there were also noises that sounded like pipes cracking sometimes.
When we notified the front desk that we wanted to cancel our next two nights, we were told that if we didn't have a national credit card (mexican bank card or credit card), that in order for them to credit us back, we needed several things from our credit card company which when I contacted our credit card company, they didn't have any clue what I was talking about it! We never got to talk to the manager, we weren't important enough I guess, the gentleman that was trying to help us was understanding and trying to help but there wasn't much he could do, he was able to move us to one of the rooms they call: \"an executive room\"! the room is located in the main front building, the room was way nicer, bigger, had a full tub and plenty room to put your stuff.
The rooms don't have an in-room iron or an ironing board, if you need an iron, you'll need to leave some form of an ID at the front desk so they can lend you one, same goes for a hair dryer (our first room didn't have one), the cleaning staff is nice.

El baño necesita más atención en el area de limpieza.
El foco del centro del cuarto está fundido y uno de las lámparas a un lado de la cama también está fundido.
En la parte del lavamanos hay un soporte para toallas de mano, pero no había toalla de mano. Solo dejaron 2 toallas de baño, en realidad solo use una toalla.
En general, volvería a estar en su hotel otra vez y lo recomendaría a mis familiares y amigos.

I stayed a couple of nights in a unit across the swimming pool, on the first floor. Both nights there were some guests at the pool playing an extremely loud music until 2:00 AM making it impossible to sleep. When I say loud, I mean LOUD, extremely high!! I complained to the person on the counter but apparently didn't do anything because the music didn't stop. My experience was terrible.

We had made a reservation for four nights, but then changed it to three nights two weeks before. When I got there, they said they had no reservation and when I changed the date that it canceled. But I know for a fact it didn’t, I was sent a new itinerary number and confirmed it with Expedia and they even sent me an email the day of saying they were expecting me. The room they had available was low quality, noisy, no iron or blow dryer. And we had to incidences of random people knocking on our door twice.

Habíamos hecho una reserva para cuatro noches, pero luego la cambiamos a tres noches dos semanas antes. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenían reserva y cuando cambié la fecha que canceló. Pero sé con certeza que no fue así, me enviaron un nuevo número de itinerario y lo confirmé con Expedia e incluso me enviaron un correo electrónico el día de decirme que me estaban esperando. La habitación que tenían disponible era de baja calidad, ruidosa, sin plancha ni secador. Y tuvimos incidentes de personas al azar llamando a nuestra puerta dos veces.

The customer service was great. However, the hotel room cards had to be reactivated every day. The poor cleaning ladies had 2 shopping carts as their carts to hold all of their cleaning supplies and towels. Oh and the towels were only available after 5pm every evening. Overall, they need to invest a little more in the property.

Service was great cleanliness of thebrooms was not that well although room was cleaned they did not remove all the sheets /pillow cases there was hair on the sheets when we first arrived and then when the housekeeper came shenwas cleaning while i was there and i saw her clean very well but thats when i noticed she only changed the top sheet no pillow cases or comforters also the windows are very thin and you can hear everything on the other rooms and ppl walking by your room.

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. So after a long day of travel, we arrived and I checked in. I was placed in a room on the third floor. There is no elevator to the third floor, it only goes to the second floor. So we had to haul our big luggages up the stairs. Only to get to the assigned room they gave us and for it to be under construction. We then had to bring our bags back down and explain to the receptionist that the room literally had maintenance men working inside of it. Then we are reassigned into another room and the next morning we wake up to the floor wet because the cooler broke and was leaking water. We then had to pack our luggages to move to another room. To top it off every single day we had to reactivate our room cards because they would deactivate every night. It was disappointing.

Very accomadating. We arrived early and we were taken right to our room. We left laye and they stored our luggage.

The room was dark and quiet at night. The bedding very comfortable. It is a firm support mattress.

Shower was great.

The resturant had good food and cold cold beer.

The pool and surroundings were nicely kept and clean.

There is an underground parking garage and a round a bout in front to drop people off so you are nit on the street.
