excellent choice for getting away. We wanted more of an in-town experience rather than the \"resort\" experience common among hotels along the tourist section. Many great restaurants & art galleries just outside the hotel. Hotel restaurant & bar excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much

We were in the “standard” (read cheapest) room above the lobby and the bar/restaurant so that needs prefacing. The place is lovely but we found the noises and constant music from below to be a little more than acceptable. The only other complaint is that we wanted to report a problem after 10:30pm (after the staff appears to be completely vacated) and there is no number to call. Seems unbelievable considering all the calamities that could befall a hotel.

We stayed two nights at Casa Natalia, our room for the first night was in the worst part of the hotel (furthest from reception), traffic noise…TV did not work, WiFi very spotty, and very, very little water pressure in the shower. We commented this info to reception, they did move us to another room, shower water pressure somewhat better, WiFi a little better, a the TV worked in this room. The grounds were lovely, nice, small pool area. In a great location, close to everything in town.

Complementary margaritas when checking in, along with a refreshing iced non alcoholic drink. Good call. Very welcoming staff.

It was a complete disaster staying at this location. Do not book this hotel at all. Unless you want jump through your own window to get in through the hotel. Be outside with no accommodations when the power goes out. So if you want do all of those things, please book with them.

The day we arrived there was a power outage, not the hotels fault but the way it was handled was awful. We were sitting at the pool for over 5 hours since it was too hot in the room and there was no running water. We were checked in on 1x, there was no other customers at the hotel so not sure why nobody could come update us or just offer some ice water since we were dying in the heat. Also if you have mobility issues, this is not a great hotel for you. My mother has limited mobility and there are stairs everywhere, to the rooms to the pool to the front desk, everywhere! Then my sister in law got locked out of her room and they couldn't get the door open, she had to jump through a window to open it herself because they said they couldn't get a locksmith. After sharing our concerns the manager offered us a single hotel room at another hotel for the night while things were fixed. We originally booked 2 rooms with them, once I pointed that out she offered us 2 rooms. We ended up staying at the other hotel because we didn't want any more stress or tension on our trip. Again there are things that hotels can't control like power outages, but the way you handle it or customer concerns makes a huge difference.

Really cool hotel with a great pool in the patio. The staff was very friendly during check in and at the bar/restaurant. I liked my room, but it had almost no natural light (not their fault). I didn't love that it was a shared balcony with the room next door (it didn't feel super secure as a solo woman traveler). Room was very clean and spacious and had good air conditioning. The first night there was some huge event going on until late into the night with music blasting, which they apologized for and said that it was not normal at all to have the noise. Sure enough, it was really quiet the next night. I would definitely recommend this spot for people who want to interact with San Jose del Cabo instead of being at the beach resorts.

Stayed 5 nights. 3 of those 5 nights there was a very very LOUD drumming group..an Amplified Drumming group. They would play right around dinner time lasting however long they felt like playing. Usually 2 hours. That alone is one of the reasons we would not stay at Natalia again.
There were other negatives but the obnoxious drumming wqs number one on the list. There is a wall seperating the two properties but it did zero to dampen the 2 hour long incredibly LOUD drumming
The best thing about the place was the location had the neighboring property not been what it is. As a career firefighter I am uaed to very loud conditions ( sirens gas engine tools) but this level is beyond words

Wonderful stay overall in a great location, but some shortcomings: no phone in the room and hence had to walk to frontdesk with questions about wifi hookup. Second, while room service food was tasty and well served, the calamari and seafood risotto portions were small. Shower was old and a bit grimy. Finally, this boutique hotel is lovely overall, but overpriced considering the flaws I mentioned.

Lovely quaint hotel in a greay downtown location. Perfect to explore the town of San Jose. Nice small bar for a drink beforw heading out for a walk. Outside dining looked nice but we didn’t try. Would definitely come back again.

I didn’t enjoy my stay. It is a nice quaint property, however, the room is dark and there was mosquitos in the room. As a solo female travelller, the room was not secure and as a result I couldn’t sleep properly with worry. Upon leaving no one asked help with my luggage given that I had a large suitcase and a bag and there was a number of stairs…overall I don’t recommend. There is better options for the price

My fiancé and I stayed here when traveling back to Cabo to finalize our wedding details. This hotel is adults only. We are both 30 years old. It seemed like the rest of the guest ranged anywhere from 50 . The staff was beyond amazing. I absolutely fell in love with this boutique hotel. I loved the area the hotel is at. Walking around the plaza and to any yummy restaurant in the area was amazing. I definitely recommend the stay. Only downside was that the villa we stayed in was at the very end next to the main road. The attendants were amazing! Great people service through and through. They treated us so well that I almost feel bad reporting that the room we were given was not as I had expected given the photos on Expedia. The bed did not have a bottom sheet and the rest of the bed was poorly made. The only window it had faced a boring wall. The floors seemed dingy, mopped but dingy, like the grout needed scrubbing. Our balcony was shared with the next room, only partially divided by a reed screen which I did not become aware of until I heard someone speak on the other side and then realized I would not be able to have the door to the balcony or the curtains open. We were given a room in the top front part of the hotel which was great because we were in and out of it quickly for exploring the town but alas, there was a festival in the town square that night and the noise went on til approximately 10 or 11 pm. Not too bad but beware in case you need to go to sleep earlier. The pool was nice and clean and the towel service by the pool very convenient. We were received with an iced “agua de tamarindo” and a chilled wet facial towel which was very refreshing. Beautiful gesture! I’d go back if I got the opportunity to see some of the other rooms to check if they may be better appointed. Again, quality people to interact with.
