Staff was very helpful - they were friendly and very polite. Villa rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Pool was a bit small for all the guests and it was too crowded at times. Food options were great. The beach was beautiful. kids club activities could be better they were all very short - the activities were done outside area rather than inside it was too hot to do anything some days. the team members for kids club should speak english and turkish at least - many of them didnt know either.

We stayed in a lovely villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marvida hotel which had many swimming and was extremely kid friendly along with easy access to the beach. Our only dislike for the kids is we was not aware that the kid rides were not including within the price as situated within the hotel complex, However this was made up with the customer service which went above and beyond. Nothing was too small for them to deal with and most definitely one of my best experience. A massive thank you to Yesim Asik and Mehmet. All enquiries we had also prior to travelling were dealt with fast and promptly. thank you once again.

The hotel management were extremely supportive via my elderly mother's comfort Mehmet Bey from customer services was always there to assist us. The hotel is on huge green field, with many facilities. Open and closed pool available. Especially location is very green, between lakeside river, sea and water resources. In between Side and Manavgat centres. Quiet convinient. They are targeting jump from 5 stars to ultra lux level. Entertainment and foods are enough but not extra ordinary level. Rooms are quite large, simple and modern. There are also villas exist for entire families. Recommended as family type holiday with lots of facilities and activities for children.

The facilities are amazing when traveling with kids. Lots of different activities available to keep you and your kids entertained. However, the food and the food variety are very disappointing. If you’re not picky or don’t care about the food/drinks, this place would be a 5/5. If you do, I rate it a 3/5 because of how disappointing the food was.

It had everything for a family holiday. Some of tge staff could have been a bit more helpful. If you ask for something, they just point it to you to DIY. The reception staff, bell boys were great. We have a few issues and they resolved it. The manager also agreed we can check out late which was good.

Food was really good but lacked variety.
A la carte restaurant was shut but the management kindly organised a Turkish night just for us.

Went with my daughter and wife had an relaxing holiday. The hotel is clean, our room was quite spacious with balcony. The food was delicious even at the beach bar.The service and staff were amazing. Hotel is wonderful, the only downside to it is the look of the hotel as compared to other 5star it’s little dull. If u are looking for stress free holiday just to relax this is the best one.

The hotel is a perfect choice for a family vacation. For big families there are 3 room villas here (queen bed + 3 single beds). For infants they provide a playpen which is intended to be a crib. The hotel has a perfect kids entertainment, during the day they have different small interactive shows and in the evening they have a mini disco.
There is a dedicated children area in the hotel with lots of things to do. There are several children pools including 0.4m, 0.5m and one indoors for infants however the water temperature was very cold for an infant.
In the main restaurant there is a special kid zone where you can warm up baby food. In the kid zone they have low tables and chairs. In the mini-bar in the room in addition to regular drinks they also have milk.

The hotel situated in the very pleasant place near the lake. You have to walk to the beach ~10-12 min along the lake which is a very pleasant experience. The seawater is very clean and the beach itself is kept in perfect condition, they have lots of shades on the beach so you can safely stay there for several hours.

The staff is very responsive. There was not a single thing they wouldn't arrange for us.

The food was great and the beer is good.

A couple of downsides. It's NOT a non-smoking property, yes they have lots of \"no smoking\" signs but most of the people don't care and the staff cannot do anything about it. People smoke even in front of kids which is terrible. The second downside is the quality of cocktails.

Great hotel for kids. Lots of activities. Very clean. Food is very good and the staff is very nice and helpfull. We had a problem with the rooms assinged and it was solved immidiatly and every other need was answerd fastly. The rooms are small and a bit old but for us it was ok. We had everything we needed and more. Also there is a great new aqua park right outside the hotel. Great value for money. We'll consider coming back.

The staff was excellent and all the time on their toes to please the guests. The food was plenty and not bad but needs a bit more changes (especially in cold cuts selection at breakfast) and Purchase Manager and Kitchen need to check much more on the fruits and vegetables which have been always not ripe and of quality below Turkish standard. Still we loved as well many of the dishes. There have been sunbeds added in the middle of our trip and therefore not the same struggles as in the beginning. Most impressive was the Lady in the Smile Club, she took excellent care, Assistant GM Tolga and we spotted one waiter (Serder?? with glasses) who clearly was the best of all and tried his best at each table to please the guests and made some fun. The bartenders in the evening at the pool bar as well super friendly all. Room was very small and we had a bad view, we have been offered to change room and didn't do it, so it was our mistake. We give 8 out of 10 and the most important of all, our daughter LOVED it! Thank you

A lovely hotel with plenty of pools and sun beds available. The staff are all fantastic, I cannot fault them. The food is varied with a large selection everyday...and the desserts.. wow! The kid's world is fantastic and caters for all ages. The room was clean and spacious and the fridge stocked with pop, juice and water daily.
The nightly events were good but as we were travelling with our not-quite 2 year old, our room location was not ideal. On Saturday night the music was stupidly loud and we were located over-looking the pool bar. The balcony door/window are very good at blocking the noise the it just seems to reverberate around the block, making it so loud we could not sleep.

The hotel , food and staff were excellent except for the master room had ants all the time even though we complained to the customer service and room was sprayed twice. It should be noted that we didn’t bring any food to the room but still the ants were in the master room and bathroom. I advised them that this villa should not be rented again till they make sure there are no ants but it is up to them. I would go back again but for sure I need to make sure that there are no ants in the villa

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this for families. We booked our airport transfers with Hana travel, one of numerous transfer companies based in Antalya (arranged this from the UK, and paid €90 for the return journey to the driver of the minibus, on arrival at the hotel). The hotel complex is vast, and has 8 pools in total, including a shaded pool for toddlers. There is a large play area (also shaded) , together with a kids club, and soft play areas. Although we didn't leave our children on their own at the kids club, we were still allowed to full use of their facilities - childrens' cinema time, activities, etc. The nightly entertainment for children at the ampitheatre gets all of the children involved, and was followed by a performance from a very talented Colombian dance group.
The beach is a short 10-15 minute walk, or a free shuttlebus away - a section of beach belongs to the hotel, and food and drinks are available here as part of the all inclusive package (although there is greater variety at the hotel itself).
With regard to food at the hotel, there are multiple mealtimes where unlimited food is available - breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, midnight snack. There is ample choice, and a wide selection of salad, fruits and turkish desserts. The food does get a little repetitive after a couple of days, but as vegetarians we fared OK. A minor gripe - perhaps the shortage of hot vegetarian meals, but there is enough to get by

The hotel is terrible. It was a nightmare staying in this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable! The food was bad. The swimming pool has too much bleach in it. So kids will get irritation. Management and smiley service is a joke. They don't try to take care of the guest's money. Don't waste your money! There are better lower star hotels with excellent customer service. Don't ruin your vacation. Go somewhere else!

The worst five star hotel I have ever stayed!

Otium is a hotel I would not recommend. The so call smiley service does not care about their customers. I have to admit that the majority of customers are from Russia and Polen. And everything is oriented towards these customers. It is very sad to see so poor customer service. Several times did we try to get our issues solved, but they did not. The overall quality of service, food, and room is terrible.
Clean towels were full of hair!
The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on!

The food was not delicious. It was like a two to three star restaurant. It was making you full, but it wasn't like you ate something delicious. The cheese was old and dried out. Pic included. The eggs looked like they were from yesterday.
The majority of the employees did not speak English or German. It was very hard to communicate with them.
I would not give this hotel a single star. There is a reason why it is one of the cheaper five star hotel. I will never go back to this hotel.

We had an excellent one week stay. The hotel is fantastic with great facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is varied and well presented. Kids club was the best I've seen so far. The beach was well kept with lots of snacks available in the bar. The Otium seven seas hotel is right next to the beach which the guests are welcome to use, (you just need to sign in at the security booth). Here they have huge slides and a crazy river and lazy pools.

However the absolute best thing I found at this hotel was how friendly everyone was. It made our stay very enjoyable and we felt very welcome. The Happy team do a great job of trying to involve everyone in all the activities and they remember names of children and give them a shout out every time they see them.

Customer service was great too. Most staff speak English and they are able to deal with issues straight away. We couldn't get wi-fi in the room so they put a booster in our room for us, that is great service I think.

My only issue was the hotel should look into getting some English channels on the TV. Only 2 news channels were in English. Everything else was in Turkish or German. They had many guests from UK so it would make sense to provide English channels.

Overall, an excellent stay, will be returning again next year.

It's a great resort hotel, with very few faults.

I start with the staff, attentive and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Food is good, well presented. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Nice swimming pools. Now the bad, poolside entertainment is very laud and bothering to people having food at the restaurant. This is a problem throughout Turkey. They haven't invented the volume control yet! They think loud is fun, music can be much more enjoyable at much lower volumes. Without damaging the eardrums of the patrons. Disappointed here because they solved many of the chronic problems exist in Turkey, but not the entertainment irritation. I definitely would stay here again, weather was very pleasant we really enjoyed our stay.

It was good hotel, good service, good staff, good food... but \" bad WIFI \".
There were No internet signal in the rooms therefor you will find all the people in the reception with theirs mobile/computer (even it was bad signal in the reception). The beds can be more comfort.
I had booked a villa with 2 king bed and bed soffa (cause I don´t like my kids sleep in bed soffa), but I got a villa with only 1 king bed and bed soffa, when I asked the staff they said \"2 king bed that´s means bed for 2!!!!!!)
Although of this I will stay there again if I visit antalya but I will book double room instead!

I stayed with my family at Otium Eco club side for a week. I had a great time there. The hotel ground is very well kept and beautiful. It was still cold for outdoor swimming however the indoor pool was great and fun. The staff are very good and friendly. The food was excellent;lots to choose from and was really delicious.

The room was very clean and spacious.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to book again in summer.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The facilities were great for the price! Not luxuriouse hotel, but overall is very good, well maintained and has a lot to offer. We loved the beach and went there twice a day - very healthy 5min walk before and after breakfast, otherwise shuttle bus is available for the lazy bones :)
The SPA with a hammam was a highlight. The stuff there is very professional and friendly. Emre, the masseur was exceptionally ethical and very professional. My shoulders are 100% now.
The food was of a good quality and veriety. Animation and shows were good.
A great mixture of all nationalities - Germans, French, Datch, Turks, Russians even a few Pommies.
We had a very lovely time with my family there. Hopefully we will be back sometime soon!

Leider sind wir mit der Hygiene absolut unzufrieden. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gereinigt. Ausserdem hat es sehr oft katastrophal gestunken, da mit demselben Bodenmopp alles gewischt wurde zuerst die WCs und danach die Zimmer. Wir haben sogar beobachtet, dass nach der Reinigung der Toiletten direkt der Speisesaal geputzt wurde das ist wirklich ekelhaft. Auch die Betten wurden nicht ordentlich gemacht.
Ich bin absolut unzufrieden.
Das Essen war ausserdem immer dasselbe und überhaupt nicht abwechslungsreich.Den Pool konnte ich kein einziges Mal benutzen, da das Wasser viel zu kalt war. Auch die Abendunterhaltung war leider ein kompletter Flop.

Für Familien mit Kinder eine super Anlage, da den Kindern mit den zahlreichen Angeboten nicht langweilig werden kann. Bei der Auswahl am Essen ist man leicht überfordert da es viele verschiedene Gerichte gab, veganes, Detox Getränke, Diät, kindgerechtes etc. Kinder Club Team wirklich sehr sehr gut, jedes Kind wurde miteinbezogen und positiv motiviert am Geschehen teilzunehmen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Führungskräfte/Management waren sehr nett und gesprächsfreudig.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und abends abwechslungsreich, es gab verschiedene Themenabende (Türkische Nacht, Internationale Nacht, Seafood Night,…). Es wurde seitens der Chefköche auch auf Sonderwünsche, für unseren 11Monate alten Baby, eingegangen. Leider waren die Cocktails nicht sehr lecker, hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial. Am Pool gab es frische Gözleme. Hatice ablas Gözleme sind sehr zu empfehlen :)
Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und wurde jeden Tag von Ayse abla vorbildlich sauber gereinigt. Allerdings wurde das Zimmer am vorletzten Tag (Sonntag) durch eine andere Person „gereinigt“, die am Zimmer nichts gemacht hat. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer wie gewohnt ordentlich und sauber gereinigt.
Die Abendaktivität ist für Kinder unter 3 Jahren nicht geeignet. Daher wird es für Familien mit Kind/-er unter 3 Jahren abends langweilig. Hierfür müsste noch ein Konzept entwickelt werden.

Im Großen und Ganzen fanden wir es für den Preis angenehm. P/L-Top, aber kein Wow-Effekt, würden für das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen.

This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily.
The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony.
The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings.
I liked the coffee place a lot and the choice of ice cream was good. There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach area was well organised with a lot of sunbeds. And the sea was really great.
For the cons: The swimming pools were not heated (it was the end of October) and very cold to swim. And the food was very repetitive.

Hizmet ve çalışanlar

Öncelikle ben bu oteli seçmeden yapılan yorumları ve memnuniyet derecesine bakarak tercih ettim. Yapacağım yorumuda elimden geldiği kadar objektif yazacağım. Otel kalite olarak beş yıldızın bir tık altında fakat çalışanlar ve hizmet mükemmel odalar biraz küçük ama muhteşem bir sistem kurmuşlar her an her şeye yetişiyorlar ailece 4 gün kaldığımız tesiste her türlü problemi çözecek bir muhteşem organizasyon var yemek kalitesi biraz düşük ağustos dönemi kaldım otel full dolu olduğu için çok kalabalıktı ama ilginç olan bu kalabalıksa muhteşem bir sistem organizasyonu kurulmuş işler aksamada kimseyi madur etmeden işi çeviriyorlar. Çalışanlara ayrı bir teşekkür ediyorum tamamen müşteri odalı memnuniyet odaklı çalışıyorlar umarım patronları haklarını veriyordur. Deniz 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde fakat sahilde güzel bir hizmet ve muhteşem bir denizi var. Ailece (5 kişi) kaldığımız marvidaya tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyor ve herkese rahatlıkla tavsiye ediyorum

Our holiday at Marvida Hotel with three families exceeded our expectations. The facilities, activities, and especially the attention of the staff made our vacation unforgettable. Chef Nusret's delicious meals, Animator Mustafa's enchanting Magic Show, Waiter Furkan, Bartender Murat, and Bartender Barış's bar services, Animator Cumali's energetic animations, Barista Salih Bey's expertly prepared coffees, and our Front Desk Manager Mehmet Bey's hospitality and professionalism all added immense value to our vacation. Each of their devoted efforts turned our holiday into a perfect memory. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Marvida Hotel and all the staff. We are already looking forward to our next vacation!

Waren dieses Jahr schon zum 3 Mal im Otium.
Waren in den letzten beiden Jahren sehr zufrieden. Dieses Jahr war es auch gut, aber nicht mehr auf dem Niveau der letzten beiden Jahren. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personal war schwächer als in den Vorjahren
Auch die Küchen Leistung war biederer, als zuvor. Es fehlte was. (Küchenchef habe ich dieses Jahr nicht gesehen)

Bayram tatilinde ailecek konakladık, son derece kibar ve ilgili personele sahip bir otel. Aile odası rezervasyonumuz vardı fakat daha müsait olduğu için bize daha geniş olan villa tipi oda tahsis edildi, ilk girişte böyle bir jest bizi mutlu etti. Tüm çalışanlar gayet kibar ve ilgili, yemek kalitesi gayet yerinde. Otelin genel temizliği ve bakımlı oluşu bizi memnun etti. Gece şovları ve gün içi aktiviteler güzeldi. Otel daha çok çocuklu ailelere yönelik bir otel içerisinde minik bir lunapark bile var bu yüzden ortalıkta çok fazla çocuk görürsünüz özelliklede 0-6 yaş çok fazlaydı. Odalar biraz eski ve plaja uzak yine de bizim için güzel bir tatil oldu.

Avec nos trois ados (17,14,12 ans), nous avons passé les deux semaines des vacances de Toussaint à l’hôtel Otium Family Eco club. Un temps magnifique, nous avons été accueilli par une équipe serviable et professionnelle tant à l’animation, la restauration qu’à la réception. La chambre est confortable, bonne literie, mini bar (eau, coca, fantaisie), plateau boissons chaudes, serviettes de plage et de toilettes à disposition. Le chemin pour aller la plage est sympa. Il y avait des animations sympa le soir… c’est un hôtel à taille humaine. Merci à Meltem (Guest service en français), à Yesim, à Eray… et pleins d’autres que j’oublie … nous sommes rentrés bronzés et reposés ! Nous vous recommandons l’hôtel !

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха.
Есть оборудованные площадки для детей разных возрастов. Улучшенный номер большой и комфортный. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Сантехника не старая. Ресторан большой и вместительный, есть детский ресторанчик (есть все для мам и младенцев). В течение недели представлены разные кухни (турецкая, славянская, японская и прочее)
Wi-fi ловит по всей территории.
До пляжа идти 7 минут прогулочным шагом, вдоль озера с уточками. Для ленивых - трансфер. На территории пляжа есть буфет. в наличии еда, фрукты, мороженное, напитки и вода. Много шезлонгов, волейбольная площадка, детская площадка.
Так же на территории отеля есть бассейны (детские и для взрослых 18+), несколько горок, различные активности, магазинчики.
Персонал очень приветливый, всегда рад помочь.

Рекомендую… особенно если вы стесняетесь, когда ребенок громко плачет или разбрасывает еду… вы будите не одиноки 😄 возможно еще и обзаведетесь новыми знакомыми)

Отель очень хороший. Много бассейнов, есть крытый бассейн с подогреваемой водой. Территория ухоженная. Много разнообразной еды. Только море далеко. Надо ехать на автобусе или идти пешком. Почти всегда большие волны.

Приятный отдых, но немного омраченный

В целом замечательный отель: понравилась детская кухня с гречкой, большие и чистые номера, отличный интернет на всей территории и у пляжа, классные аниматоры и достаточно большая площадка для детей в отеле и на пляже, прогулка вдоль озера и тд. Не понравилась ну очень громкая вечерняя анимация в отеле через озеро почти до 12 ночи. Ложились спать с закрытой дверью, но тут можно наверно выбирать или просить номер с видом на озеро и громкую музыку, или с видом на внутренний дворик потише. Ещё огорчил последний день пребывания, когда все отравились, не знаю что это было, может море, может арбуз, может акклиматизация. Врач при отеле взял по страховке с нас франшизу 50 долларов и ещё 30 за лекарства - пребиотик и что то от тошноты, сказал, что диарея.
А так до того, как отравились было хорошо.

Çok güzel bir aile oteli

Otel odalari cok guzel, aktiviteleri ve fiziksel imkanları nedeniyle gordugum en guzel aile otellerinden biri. Plaj çok güzel. Restoranda çocuk masa sandalyeleri olması, lobi tuvaletinde basamak olması, oda kapısına asmak için ‘Bebek uyuyor, sessiz olun’ yazısı hazırlanmış olması gibi küçük ama anlamlı şeylerden etkilendik. Kids World personeli hariç personel sevecen ve yardımsever. Tek eleştirim bu bölümde çalışanlara, 4 personelden 3’ü felaket asık suratlı davrandı. Ayrıca ‘Merhaba’ dahi demeden ve gülümsemeden çocuğun direkt mıncıklanarak gıdıklanmasını çok rahatsız edici buldum. Aynı arkadaş kızımın başındaki tacı alıp kendi kafasına taktı ve biz giderken isteyince lütfeder şekilde geri verdi (Asık yüzüyle ‘Yes, you can take it’ diyerek). Bunlar dışında özellikle Ramazan Bey, Mertcan Bey, Kids Buffet personeline (Yemek dağıtan ve serviste çalışan tüm arkadaşlara) ve Housekeeping ekibine extra teşekkür ederiz. 1. aynı plaj havlusunu 4 gün kullanıyorsunuz. telefonla aranıp istenmesine rağmen ne yazık ki değişme şansınız yok
2. otel denize uzak, deniz dibi taşlı ve çocuklar için uygun olmayan bir deniz bir anda derinleşiyor
3. odalar eski ve yerdeki halıflex astım hastaları için uygun olmayan bir ortam .
