We stayed in a big room and had view to the pyramids from the roof. Staff were very helpful. There are several restaurants close by.

Stunning views of the Pyramids from breakfast terrace and wonderful local breakfast. Rooms spotlessly clean with international TV channels BBC, France 24, Al Jazerah, CNN and several free movie channels.
ALL staff at reception could not have been more helpful in organizing taxi's, private tour and transport to the new Grand Egyptian Museum, to Memphis and the Pyramids.
Overall, good value for money in a safe hotel environment for international solo or group travellers.
The only reservation I have about the hotel which is located on the top three floors of a residential building (11/12/13th Floors) is that if there would be an electrical blackout, the lift would not work and 12 flights of stairs is a long way to climb to reception.

Beware! The hotel cancelled our reservation the night before we arrived, due to what they called a “technical error.” We were forced to rebook another hotel on short notice (Expedia was most helpful). The Crowne apologized and offered airport shuttle to and from our new hotel, but the morning of our return journey they refused to honor their promise. In a high stress city like Cairo, this added stress was the last thing we needed.

They made us feel like family during our entire stay. View of pyramids from our room were breathtaking! Guides and drivers they provided were very knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel safe. It’s good for may be one night stay not more than that. Balcony picture is legit others not sure, I.e. Why they are still advertising vip room picture with pyramid view , now there is building next door blocking the view. servers and house keeper are fantastic hence 2 star. Also found the management loves to overcharge on tours. Probably that’s whole Cairo. Travellers should research before buying any tours from hotels including from this hotel. Not a consistent hospitality from management, they will welcome you with open arms when you arrive after second night I felt like I was burden lol. Breakfast gets boring too. Area not good at all. Never again to this area and this hotel. I have travelled 13 different countries and I always want to go back to same hotel. This time I don’t feel same.

My stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace was really excellent. The staff made me feel right at home and accommodated all my needs during the stay. The food was very good. I loved the breakfast and the menu has lots of good options.
My room was very clean on arrival and well cared for during my stay.
The rooftop patio also has an incredible view of the Giza pyramids which I quite enjoyed in the evenings.

Simply terrible! This place is a scam, the pictures are not from the actual hotel, they are trying to deceive the customers. I couldn’t stay more than one night, asked for a refund for the rest of the days since I payed for a suite and that was not what I was given. This is what I sent the hotel, they seemed like they were going to give me my partial refund and I have yet to receive it, also expedia it’s not collaborating with me.

To begin with, I was not told about it at check in, I had to say something when I was brought to the room otherwise you guys wouldn’t have mention it. After careful consideration, we decided to leave not only because the room was not what I booked, neither was the view to the pyramids, which was the only reason why I had booked at your hotel. On top of that, the small fridge was making loud noises and I had to unplug it, even though I had insulin and other perishable goods that needed to be refrigerated. Third of all, there was hair on the bed, which was a little disgusting to say the least. Fourth of all, it was very hard to sleep even when earplugs on and music on my phone because of the loud dogs barking all night. Fifth of all, the wifi wasn’t working. Sixth of all, this morning was super hot and the AC unit just blows hot air. I have to add, the pictures on your Expedia account are not real and they are deceiving. In conclusion, we couldn’t stay, I appreciate

Amazing little hotel, 20 minute walk to the Pyramids. View of Pyramids from my room was nothing short of spectacular. Family owned and operated, when you stay there, you join that family. Ibrahim and all the staff catered to my every need,made me feel at home. Highly highly recommend!!

Staff were amazing, great sized room, very clean. Would have given 5 stars but the location isn’t great, with a lack of shops or restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant/cafe prices are super expensive and the room had coffee cups and a kettle but no tea and coffee. 200 Egyptian pounds for an instant coffee with frothed milk at their cafe.

5 star family hospitality! If you are looking for a nice clean safe and affordable guesthouse, Crowne Pyramids View Inn is the place! From the minute we arrive the owner Ahmed and Mohamed made us feel right at ease. We arrived on a 5am flight. Their driver met us at right outside arrivals and took us straight to the hotel. We were very tired after a 19 hour flight, , they let us check in and gave us a temporary room to sleep until our room was ready around 10am. Ahmed personally catered to our every need and want and went well above and beyond to make sure our vacation went smooth. They arranged all of our private tours with very knowledgeable and friendly drivers and guides. I loved that we had the same driver/guide all week and all of our tours were private and included lunch and entrance fees. We became great friends with our driver, Islam. He even brought my husband a going away gift when he came to take us back to the airport! They made us feel safe and escorted us everywhere we went. Ahmed brought us around Giza to experience the local vibe, ride a tuk tuk and even invited us into his family home for a lovely meal prepared by his mother. We asked about arranging a ride to the mall and Mohamed personally drove us there and treated us to a dinner at a nice restaurant. The staff is amazing the waiters and maids were so friendly and always made sure we had everything we need. The views from both the terrace and the roof absolutely amazing!

This hotel is small and family run. It is on the 12th floor by elevator and has an gob smacking view of the pyramids from the veranda. We could see the pyramids from our room as well, which had excellent aircon. There is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the pyramids and Giza. They arranged personalised tours for us at our own convenience and the tour guide was exceptional. Above all everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding and polite. We had a fantastic holiday in Giza/Cairo made more special by our stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace. Very happy.

We had the opportunity to enjoy the VIP suite (Luxury Room, mountain view). This suite really was special having a bathtub with a great view of the Giza pyramids. Enjoying the bathtub was a contrast to feeling dusty during most our visit to Egypt.

Welcomed at airport pick up and given Egyptian family meal on arrival. Reception give you anything you need and arrange transport to pyramids & a driver for day or however long you want to see attractions. This is a hidden gem!!! AMAZING view of the Pyramid of Giza while enjoying breakfast, tea time, sunrise and sunset. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The staff helped arrange transport for my family of 6 without any issues. I felt completely safe and never had any issues whatsoever with check in, hot water in showers, or check out. The hotel is beside a busy road and school but that did not cause any issues with safety while my family of 6 enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is quite literally a hidden gem. The overall location/area may look a bit rough on the outside, but the staff service and attention is beyond amazing. The staff is all very welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful in whatever you may need. They also offer transportation services to and from the airport and to other places for a low fee, that you cannot beat. In addition the offer breakfast, which to me was a very nutritious and overall great meal. 10/10 recommend

We booked 5 night for Christmas vacation, and stayed for 3. this property is not as advertised. There is no restaurant, no bar, no mattresses on the box springs, no shower curtain for the shower, our patio door did not lock. The area is very rundown.
The family that runs this business are awesome and very accommodating. We did book tours through them and had great service. We opted to leave early and also did an overnight tour in Luxor. I think they are doing the best they can, but it just wasn’t for us.
