We stayed at Seashells Hotel for 5 nights and had the same nice breakfast; it would be perfect if there’s a change in menu for breakfast.
It is in a convenient location where we could take VinBus and walking to the night market.
The hotel actually prepared a birthday surprise for my nephew and we were all delighted by the gestures.
The eggs lady server is so cheerful and happy while working; this was an extraordinary sight to me. I complimented her for her working attitude!

I have traveled to more than 30 countries and I would like to highlight Seashells Hotel at Phu Quoc. The location is convenient for my group to the night market and VinBus Station.
The hotel provides to and fro airport to hotel services. The breakfast is so delicious although they are the same for our 5 mornings there 😆
It would be perfect if they could change the menu slightly. The lady staff who serve us eggs is very professional, cheerful and smiling all the way; she should be the example of all serving staff in hotel!
I would like to thanks the hotel for giving us a surprise Birthday Cake on 14 April. Appreciate your hospitality, friendliness and kindness!

The hotel itself was close and walking promixity to noght markets, local marts, food locations.
The pool was nice but needed a good clean on tiles, the beach unfortunately was not clean enough to swim in, staff did a great job at cleaning the sand, but a lot of floating rubbish beyond their control
Overall, great hotel- great staff and a great holiday.

The hotel was perfectly located near downtown and the market, easy to walk. The room was beautiful and large, the pool beautiful however missing a minimum 10-15 extra chairs near the children pool going around the building. Too many leave only towels with no coming back for hours. The buffet is amazing with lots of choices from fruits to egg to Asian meals. The lunch is also very good a as staff is friendly

I stayed at Seashell Resort for a few days during a trip where I traveled to eight countries, with Vietnam being my final stop before returning home. When traveling, my safety box is something I never forget to lock, as it holds everything important to me. Unfortunately, this time I accidentally left it unlocked.

I would like to sincerely thank Loan, Kieu, and Thanh, who noticed that my safety box was open. They immediately contacted Phuc Hau from reception, who came to secure it. They changed the code, locked it and kindly left me a sealed letter explaining what had been done.

I am truly impressed by the honesty and professionalism shown by the staff. In the past, I have seen family members lose money or personal belongings in hotels, so this experience was a great relief. I cannot imagine how devastating it would have been if everything in my safety box had gone missing.

I wanted to share this experience with the world, especially with frequent travelers like myself. Thank you again to Loan, Kieu, Thanh, Phuc Hau, and the entire Seashell Resort team for making my stay feel safe and pleasant. I will definitely recommend Seashell Resort to my friends, family, and to myself whenever we return to Phu Quoc.

This was a lovely hotel except for one issue and that was the music being played by the pool, all day long and really loud. It's such a stunning area with the sea just feet away, but to get away from the awful music you had to walk a fair way up the beach. Plus once you'd been in that area for an hour the music was on a loop.

This hotel location is ideal and convenient to everything. About 5 minutes walk to the night market. Lots of fruits stands within few blocks radius. So many spas to chose from within walking distance from hotel. The breakfast has good variety of dishes to choose from. The pho and bánh ướt were my favorites.the infinity pool was a big hit with my adult children.they did not want to leave. Staff does an amazing job keeping the pool so clean. Thank you.
I really appreciate that the hotel provide airport transfer; makes arriving at Saigon so stress-free. My family have an absolute best time celebrating our anniversary. I hope to be back real soon. The staff are so helpful and professional.

A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative. The breakfast is a huge spread which we enjoyed throughout our 5 days stay. All services are good and we would definitely come back to seashells if we go to phu quoc again! This is by no means a 5 star hotel, rather a good 4 star. For those who are well travelled and used to 5 star hotels, you will be disappointed. Issues includes staff- no one to welcome you upon arrival, no one would transfer your luggage to your room. The receptionists are rude including the manager. Booked in as VIP guest, asked for an upgrade to the room, they offered no help and when I said I will pay for it the manager showed me the dirtiest most unpleasant room. We booked in for 5 night, we have checked out one day earlier that how we were unhappy about our stay.
The beach around the hotel is so dirty and not safe for guests. The only good thing are the staff at the breakfast were really nice and welcoming.

Fridge did not work even after asking for someone to fix it. That was important to us because we had medication that needed to be kept cold. Leaving for the airport there was either rat/cat poop in the lobby (I have pictures). Cleaning staff was very good. Restaurant staff very good. Lobby greeting was very good.

The 4th floor room was good size and comfortable. It had an open concept, with bathroom separated from sleeping and living area by just a thin pull down curtain. I’m never comfortable with that layout, though i see it a lot in hotels. The balcony and view were very nice. The hotel lobby area was large like an airport terminal gate holding people who were just coming and going. Not much character to the hotel itself other than a nice large swimming pool and the balcony view. No landscape to speak of. We enjoyed the fire dance at restaurant just a few meters from hotel. We had a good time in Phu Quoc, and the hotel helped.

Arrived for new years. What a feast! 4 hours of music, with intermissions that included lion dancing and a magician. Band was really, really good.

Only couple of negatives: too many people hung their clothes out to dry (nobody wants to see other people's unmentionables drying) and the breakfast food was average.

Service was excellent and the room amenities top drawer.

The room smelled like rotten fish.

The room smelled like rotten fish. We complained to the staff and they sprayed air freshener and lit oil to try and cover up the smell, but it didn't help. It was late and we were too tired to change rooms so we just stayed and I work up with a terrible headache. After speaking to the manager, she said they've had this problem before on another floor but not on our floor. They did nothing to comp us for this huge inconvenience and gave us two bottles of free water. The only positive was the great buffet breakfast.

Seashells is one of the top hotels in the island. Walking distance from the Phu Quoc Night market and many good seafood restaurants.

Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, large infinity pool, beachfront property. Make sure to book ocean view rooms, they have a balcony where you can relax with beautiful views of the ocean.

Phu Quoc is a wonderful island, there are many beaches and places to visit, and very family friendly.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Seashells Hotel and Spa Phu Quoc. The staff offered an excellent hospitality. You can practically ask anything around the local, they have an answer for you. Buffet breakfast was amazing spreads. The BBQ and seafood is a must try. Everything was fresh and tasty. Lots of foods to enjoy with the decent price. You get more than what you pay for with such quality and quantity of foods. Strongly recommended BBQ buffet. Will definitely stay here again in the future of visiting Phu Quoc. Keep up your great services Seashells.

Awesome stay. The staff was wonderful, they went above and beyond our expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful whenever we inquired about fun activities to try. Breakfest was delicious and there was plenty of food to select from. Thanks to the great staff the hotel was very clean, our room as looked new when we got back fro exploring. Full disclosure, we received a room upgrade with a huge balcony facing the ocean. Seeing the sunset from this view is unforgettable. In conclusion, this was one the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I will be letting my friends and family back home know about this place. If you plan on vacationing in Phu Quoc, I highly recommend staying at Seashells hotel and spa. I can't wait to visit here again in the future!! and once again a big thank you to the staff for making our vacation extra special.

When we asked the manager to turn it down, they apologised and said they were trying to attract more people to the bar. But all it did was get rid of the paying customers.

First, in the lobby the air conditioning wasn’t on until they see more guests in the lobby. They will have air conditioning on
2nd, the toilet seat was terrible, when you sat on the toilet, the seat was moved from side to side. Either too loose or seat was broken for our room 1433. The toilet paper roller always dropped on the floor when you pulled the toilet paper. It was annoying I have to hold the toilet paper roll in order to pull the paper.

3. Unable to swim at the beach, because all rocks. End up we have to swim at the pool.

Great location in town walking distance to the night market and the free shuttle from/to airport was an added bonus. The facilities were clean and overall I was quite happy with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was generally satisfactory although more catered to Western pallets (could have had more local Vietnamese cuisine). The seafood buffet was a little bit of a let down as the seafood wasn't great but the Wagyu beef dinner available on alternating days was better, though a little more expensive than the seafood buffet.

Conveniently located with access to many eateries, the night market, and lots of massage salons.
The hotel is kept clean.

At the 7th floor (where I roomed), I noticed that the doors at both ends of the walkway were kept opened during the day. Even though the entire walkway is air-conditioned, hot air from outside flows in relentlessly.

Why are these doors left open day after day? It is a huge waste of electricity.

At nightfall, these doors are shut and locked - there is no access to the viewing galley to take photos of the views at night.
