Hotel is in a great location restaurants, theme park and shopping centre close by. One the bus route from the airport so easy to get to.
Room was a good size and was clean but did not feel very fresh. Terrible drainage issues in shower which resulted in a room change. New room was fresher but unfortunately the drainage issue was not resolved. Anytime someone used their bathroom our bathroom would smell. We resorted to covering the drain when not in use to reduce the smell.
Breakfast selection was lovely, lots of choice for everyone and things were replenished quickly.
Staff were very nice throughout our staff but we would not return or recommend.
Our final days of our trip were noisy and chaotic due to the hotel being overrun with children on a soccer camp. There was nowhere to escape in the communal areas, the lifts were constantly blocked due and the breakfast hall was super busy. I personally felt that it would have been better if one of the breakfast rooms was assigned to the soccer camp and normal residents could use the second room.
I reached out to the hotel after our stay but had no response and had to go through hotels.com to resolve my complaint. If you are seeking a hotel with a spa facility then I would recommend Jaczy which has a fun vibe whilst maintaining a level of relaxing.

Unpleasant lack of support from the Front Desk during checkout. I specifically asked where is the airport shuttle station. I was provided some general indications (‘just take a right’) and was not provided with any support on how can I buy the online tickets (Swedish web site). It took another 30 min outside at -10C to get support from some polite Swedish individuals on how to get the above.information.

Great location and great view of Gothenburg. Gothia Towers is an amazing hotel experience. Almost everything you need is in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is really clean. It may be a little pricey for some, but the experience is worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing attractions, museums, shopping and it's about 20 minutes from the airport. Access to Public transportation hub is 5 minutes walk from the Towers and the major Mall is15 minutes by tram from the Towers.

Liseberg Amusement Park is across from the hotel. You have to visit Universeum (less than 10 minutes walk from the Towers) to especially see you the 3D shows.

This Hotel is in the best location, as we were visiting Liseberg, which is directly opposite. The hotel is lovely very modern and stylish, the breakfast is also spot on. However as the hotel is on the pricier side I’d have expected air conditioning in the room, or at least a window that can be cracked open

Huge hotel in the heart of Gothenburg.

Huge hotel with 3 separate towers in the centre of Gothenburg. Staff are great and rooms are kept in good condition. The breakfast buffet has many hot and cold food options so you can't go wrong making this your base while in Gothenburg. There are many restaurants near by to cater for all types of cuisine and your a 10 minute walk from Avenyn.

Property was average with exception to the A/C in the rooms which was miserably hot. Although very nice, staff couldn't do anything - I saw them giving a fan to one customer so this was a problem for others. We checked out (1) day early because we couldn't stand it anymore and they wouldn't refund us the (1) night. Wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is comfortable, but rather outdated. Very crowded on weekend. Housekeeping service is basic; they never made the bed during a one week stay! Very limited storage space. Not a good value for money, however, keep in mind that Sweden is expensive.

Big and glitzy hotel, they seems to have everything under control given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Check in was easy (but busy) bars were also busy but didn’t have to wait long for service. Breakfast was again easy to navigate in such a busy environment.

Perfect Spot for a Liseberg Visit!

We stayed here for a night since we live 2 hours from Liseberg. It was a perfect hotel for a Liseberg Visit - a VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY hotel, with lots of fun stuff for kids in the lobby areas, nice places to eat, and a fabulous breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing long stay during the World Juniors. The staff, the breakfastS, the large lobby area, fast elevators were magnificent. Easy to walk to the downtown, but there are buses & trams as well. Numerous restaurants close by.
The only negative is the gym … small, no view and hot.

We stay at Upper House often and since we were busy during the last days of our stay, we decided to move down to Gothia Towers as we would not have time to enjoy the spa upstairs. Gothia towers is meant to be a star less, but it felt like a 2 star hotel or less. Basebord coming off walls in room, water damage and dirty room. I was so disappointed and regretted so much not Staying at Upper House.

Allting är väldigt proffsigt och smidigt med en hög standard på Gothia Towers. Enda i-landsproblemet vi upptäckte var att på frukosten bryggs varje kaffekopp separat, vilket skapar långa köer när alla skall äta frukost ungefär samtidigt.

Mycket besviken på vistelsen. Under natten runt kl. 02:00 förekom högt ljud på grund av underhåll/vattenläcka, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova.

Hotellet erbjöd senare att byta rum, men det var inte en rimlig lösning mitt i natten. Vår nattsömn var redan förstörd.

Vi förväntade oss bättre hantering och rimlig kompensation, men detta uppfylldes inte.

Tyvärr påverkade detta hela vår upplevelse negativt.
