It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Being greeted by the smell of baking, every time I came back, was glorious! The bakery team were also, really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

First time in Alsace, very impressed. The room is right in the centre of a beautiful town, lots of bars, restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely hike from the town up to St Ulrich Chateaux.
Plenty of parking in nearby sidestreets overnight, but limited during the day.
Wonderful breakfast, the lady who served us each day was very friendly and hospitable.

Beautiful location right in the heart of the old town. Above a bakery selling medieval-style loaves of bread 2m long and this is where the excellent breakfasts were served.

On a aimé l'emplacement, la vue sur la rue depuis la chambre Romantique, le calme et le décor. On a apprécié le fait qu'il y avait un mini frigo, ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans le descriptif et on a apprécié le petit déjeuner dans la boulangerie située au rez-de-chaussée. Un grand merci à la jeune femme qui nous servi nos cafés et nous a présenté le buffet. Il n'y avait pas de gel douche ; comme on en a toujours dans nos bagages ça n'a pas été un réel problème, mais ce serait un Plus.

Ribeauville is a little spot in the Elzas. We had a b&b in the middle of the center and the main shopping/ mainstreet above a bakery. The room was very romantic with a storck on the windowshield.
The landlady was a burst of energy and friendlyness. She even walked with us to our car to find a parkingspace. The little village was very crowded. The centre was closed of for traffic except for the locals.

La personne qui gère le gite, gère aussi une boulangerie contiguë à l'accès des chambres. Cela facilite beaucoup le suivi des services. Cette personne est de plus très sympathique et très accueillante.

Spännande boende i Ribeayvillè
Väldigt speciellt ställe med stor charm. Rummen är belägna ovanpå ett bageri/servering. Trappan upp till rummen är en smal trätrappa, vårt rum var på andra våningen och var mer en lägenhet än rum, det var stora ytor men ganska slitet. Toa och tvättrum var mycket rent och välstädat. Sängen fräsch och skön, övriga utrymmen skulle kunna vara lite renare och fräschare. Frukosten serverades i serveringen den var ok men hela fasaden ut i gatan var öppen och det var 10 grader varmt ute så man fick äta frukost med ytterkläderna på . Värdinnan var vänligheten själv hon försökte verkligen att göra allt för sina gäster. Atmosfären i centrum av Ribeauvillè var toppen och bageriets bröd och andra produkter var superfina och goda. Så en sammanfattning är att har du inte allt för höga krav på boendet och värdesätter männiśkor och atmosfär så är det här stället bra.

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Les Gites des Templiers. Der Empfang war herzlich und obwohl wir zu früh ankamen gab es keine Probleme. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und der Kaffee (!) auch.

Sympathische lustige Gastgeberin. Leckeres Frühstück in der Bäckerei inklusive. Das Dachzimmer war eine Mini-Suite, sehr simpel ausgestattet und nicht im Mittelalterstil. Leider war es frühmorgens schon taghell, denn es gab keine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer. Das Bett war bequem, aber hatte eine zu dicke Decke für den Sommer, der wir haben geschwitzt. Nicht überall ist es sauber.

La boulangerie medioeval affitta le tre camere sopra al negozio. La proprietaria è una persona piacevole e la camera nel nostro caso era un appartamento di 2 stanze con angolo cottura.
Se cercate una sistemazione al centro del piacevole paese medioevale e non avete pretese da Hotel è un ottima soluzione

Helt fantastisk sted, med den mest venlige vært! Centralt beliggende i charmerende Ribeauvillé fyldt med bindingsværkshuse. Udsigt til gaden og bindingsværk. Herligt middelalderværelse, hvor der er gået all in med rustning, drager og skattekister. Skøn morgenmad med nybagt flutes og crossainter, da værelset ejes af indehaveren af bageri.

Accueil très sympathique, contact rapide et facile avec l'hôte. Chambre splendide, comme dans les contes de fée, grande et très bien décorée. Présence d'un frigo. Gîte en plein centre du village : visite à pied aisée. Zone bleue pour le parking juste en face : facile donc pour déposer les bagages. Un merveilleux séjour.

Wir haben zwei tolle Tage in In diesem netten Hotel verbracht, im Herzen von Ribeauville.
Das Frühstück war super lecker und die Inhaberin immer freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Wie ein Burgherr fühlen .....das ist hier möglich, mitten im Zentrum von Ribeauville. Die Inhaberin kümmert sich bestens um ihre Gäste, das Zimmer war echt schön eingerichtet.

Gîte très sympathique et chambre très agréable. Situé à deux pas des commerces et des restaurants . Petit déjeuner copieux der de qualité . Seul bémol (pour ceux qui y serait sensible) on entend le ronronnement des moteurs des frigos du magasin qui se trouve au rez de chaussée

The room is in the center of the town. The host is very friendly and always takes care of you. The room has a nice decoration that makes you feel like you're returning to the Middle Ages.

Nous avions réservé via le site au gîte médiéval de Ribeauvillé. Après appel de confirmation il s’est avéré que Notre chambre a été donnée à quelqu’un d’autre.
Une chambre dans un hôtel voisin nous a été finalement trouvée. L’hôtel du lion qui a su nous prendre en charge.
