The morning breakfast hit the spot before heading out for the day- pastries, protein and fresh juices. Very nice hotel - we were able to easily walk there from the train station with all our luggage (it’s about a seven minute walk). It’s just a few blocks from the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of well prepared food. The bed was comfortable.

very good location, close to the train station and we walk to all places and all resturants durig our stay. We arrived around noon and the front desk was very kind and acoomendate our earlier check in. Basic breafast but no complain as it was free. Mia and Niki were super nice every morning and the coffee they made were top notch. Being an Expedia gold member, I was entitled to free drinks. The hotel gave me free mini bar drinks with different water, juice and local beer. The drinks were refilled everyday. The bathroom is very good and new. I wish there were floating shelves in the room for us to put small things. Wil definitely stay there again if we go back (and we will!) to Firenze. :)

We have stayed at the family suite. There's this weird rumbling sound all night. I've addressed multiple people at the front. They promised me that they would escalate to their management. But until we checked out after another night, they didn't do anything, literally anything. I had to have the front person come with me to the room to check in the middle of the night, and he acknowledged the noise, tried to turn of the AC but the noise didn't stop. If you don't like the noise or can't sleep under noise, please avoid this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking, siteseeing, eating and shopping. The outdoor market stalls are literally around the corner from the hotel as is the Cathedral and many many sights to see. There are restaurants and cafes everywhere and leather shops galore. Florence is a shopper's paradise. The hotel room was exceptionally large (we had 2 double beds) with plenty of space for luggage etc. Bathroom was a dream, fully equipped with everything, plus. Absolutely no room complaints at all and bed was one of the most comfortable we'd stayed at in Europe. Breakfast was good with plentiful options to chose from. The only down side to our stay was the WI-FI was down all weekend of our 2 night stay. This was very inconvenient, as international travelers, with issues enough with cell phones anyway. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel describes the rooms as soundproof which was not my experience. I could clearly hear conversations of people in neighboring rooms. Also, the sounds of nearby room doors closing was loud and disturbing and occurred at all hours of the day/ night. The beds and particularly the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
That being said, the location and front desk staff were hard to beat. The hotel is an easy 10-15 min walk to most places. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was wonderful 5 stars, the room I was in was noisy. I stayed in multiple hotels in Italy throughout my stay all of the beds were uncomfortable and pillows that were practically non existent this hotel included. The breakfast was decent even if the lady serving the breakfast gave me attitude about asking for a coffee with 10 minutes before it technically ended. I checked in and immediately the power went out for nearly 2 hrs.

Location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is spotless and modern. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of fresh fruits, pastries and cooked breakfast items with fluffy pancakes. Hand written card with a little gift of Tuscan biscuits was a lovely personal touch. This hotel has a good location and appears to have been remodeled recently. It was clean, but the rooms felt smaller and not as spacious as other hotels we’ve stayed at. Still, it wasn’t too bad overall. The area is quiet, and the hotel is conveniently close to the train stations and the cathedral.

This was a great little hotel in a brilliant location. It’s small so has limited facilities and a minimal breakfast offer, but the staff were lovely and the location was amazing. The rooms were clean but we didn’t have a view from either window but we were only there one night so it was fine. I’d stay here again though because of the staff friendliness and location.

We had a fantastic 2 day stay at this lovely hotel. Everything from the service, the room and the breakfast was perfect. This hotel is located steps away from the train station and all the sites in the old district. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great. The AC didn’t work and that is why I gave it four stars. However the location is amazing!
