I noticed a shampoo/conditioner that are usually found in the shower on the grounds when I arrive and was never picked up. A good sweep and pick up cigarette butts would be nice. Other than that. All was good

Staff was friendly. Hotel was very dirty. 2 other families cancelled their reservation as their rooms were filthy. The one bed looked like someone had vomited on it or bled all up the mattress. When mentioned the front staff said it was cleaned, but we suggested it needed to be thrown out. The floors were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. It looked like bugs by my toilet, so I asked the cleaner to remove them but he used a Swiffer without the Swiffer pad and moved them over to the door jam where they couldn't go into the hall because it was raised. I asked him for a broom to sweep myself and he said he had no broom.

The front desk person was absolutely fantastic. The lobby was full of people trying to get rooms and he served everyone with excellence and the greatest of attitudes. Extremely pleasant experience. The young man in the morning upon check out was equally as profession and efficient. 10 out of 10 for the staff. Bravo!

Staff was friendly. Especially the young lad on 3-11 this weekend. Breakfast was delicious. Room could’ve been vacuumed a bit better. Was dusty. Someone in a room near us was smoking because it came through our bathroom fan and was very strong. It woke us up. But this of course, is not hotels fault. Comfortable beds.

Bed really comfortable. But, when came in, the bathroom was dirty. They sent someone to clean it. The next day, we came back to pour room after a long day and the room hadn’t been made.
They ended up giving us a $20 discount.

The building is really gross, and the room is gross. Found exacto knife in the fitness room. Carpet beetles in the carpets in my room, spit on the walls, and other issues. Random fod and garbage around the hallways and stairwells. This was the highest price and the wordt room. Im feeling a bit ripped off. And chances are they are all the same. The window mesh has holes in it. The wall paper is peeling, ghe celing and wall has water damage. There is dirt on the picture frames, spit and debres on the floor. The fridge makes a rattle noise.

They have some fitness machines, and a work out bench but no free weights. So im not sure what the bench is for. But they do have some other fixed machines that seemed ok.

The room was dirty. Floor had not been vacuumed. We asked for a broom, as we cleaned it. We were told that the room would be vacuumed the next day. It was not and the broom was still in the room with the dirt under it. Very disappointed with this stay and I’ve stayed there before and this was not an issue.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great room very clean and we really appreciated the sliding glass doors to our room as they were great for transferring our necessities from the vehicle and back. Also enjoyed the full breakfast Continental breakfast is okay but the full breakfast is actually exceptional. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The check in process was quick and the associate was kind and efficient. The room was not very clean though. Toothoaste sokash marks on the bathroom mirror. Dust on a lot if things and the carpet by the window was wet new were exhausted so didn’t mother to complain or change rooms. There was also an outside gathering of guests below our 2nd floor window until around 11:30pm

This is a Comfort Inn which feels like it hasn't been rehabilitated since it opened 30 years ago. That said, the rooms are fine - decent, clean and comfortable. But the place is run down and needs a major face lift.

Absolutely disgusting hotel when we arrived, we saw that our floor was not vacuumed or swept there was sticky stuff all over the floor food underneath the beds and around the nightstands hair all over the toilet and tub and sticky stuff covering the desk chair as well. I asked for a vacuum or broom to clean it myself as there was no other options available, and the person that came to sweep our room didn’t even know how to do it properly. After a little bit of realizing how disgusting this room was, I asked to move rooms because there were no other available hotels or Airbnb‘s in all of the town. They moved us to a room with a soaking wet carpet because the air conditioning was leaking more hair on the toilet and tub and sheets that were covered in dirt there was some questionable substances on the wall near the outlet and underneath the bathroom door handle unfortunately we had to stay here as it was the only option in all of the town

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Carpets needs vacuuming and shampoo in shower was empty. But these are minor things and it wouldn’t deter us from staying there again. Very happy with our stay. ☺️☺️

We stayed three nights. On the last day our room was not made up. After a long day we came back to an unmade bed no clean towels. Room had not been touched. Upon bringing this to their attention all they did was say sorry and hand us some clean towels. When we asked for a discount because the services included were not done we were handed a card and told to call this manager on Monday. We will not be staying there again

We had stayed at the Comfort Inn previously, so we knew what to expect. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. All issues were addressed ie:clean towels were provided daily, room kept tidy etc...Breakfast was was adequately supplied. Coffee and tea were available throughout the day! I would highly recommend this place.
The only concern I have is that the rug inside the room was worn out, stained from previous clients and dusty. Please note that it was vacuumed daily and it has no impact on the excellent service rendered by the staff.
The motel should consider upgrading or changing the rugs in the near future! Thank you!

My TV was broken but they moved me to another room , TV worked but volume was in and out. Beds were all old and sunken in, in the middle. A noticeable amount of wear and tear on the mattresses in the rooms. The toilets were missing parts and not secure, seat was loose and was charged 180 dollars. I would of been ok with 75 dollars at best. AC worked fine.

There’s no curtains on the window!? Just the heavy darkening curtains. You can’t get light and privacy at the same time. Garbage in one of the bags was not cleaned. I could not control fan on air conditioning unit, noisy as hell, had to put earplugs. Will never stay at this place again!

The room was clean. Check in was very smooth. The room was freezing cold, 11C upon arrival and the heater would not heat past 16 even though set to 32.

Asked and was told no available rooms to switch.

Breakfast ran out of food by 830-9 on our two night stay.

The room was infused with the smell of B.O. we emptied an entire bottle of fabreeze and still smelled it. Hairs in the shower. Lipstick on the wash cloth and dust everywhere. I didnt mention to my wife what could be imagined in the bedsheets. She would have made us change hotels and as we were there for my fathers funeral I sure wasnt in the mood of the hastle.

Says there is a fitness centre but Ac has been broken for months so window open. Was 27 degrees in the fitness centre. Fitness centre is full with old locks they have been changing and before that coffee makers. Not vaccines in months, tv not connected and they said they don’t fill the water anymore.
