Not very helpful employee, especially the lady at breakfast who told us to go back to our room, that breakfast wasn't ready. I found medicine pills on the carpet in the room. I'm sure the vacuum cleaner hadn't been used. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and soundproof.

No elevator and no gym (fitness room)

No elevator in the building and we got a room on the second floor. No gym in the hotel. And the breakfast was very busy and hard to get a table. There was a lady in charge of breakfast and she was very nice and helpful. You get what you pay.

The hotel staff are on strike. I was not impressed, not informed and very disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff and expedia regarding this check in. However the security guard on duty was very helpful and very easy to talk with so i would like to say a big thanks to him. As a union person myself to cross a picket line is not a good feeling because i can't relax knowing someone could potentially damage my vehicle or give my aunt, mother and myself who are all traveling together. When you book any hotel you pay for a room but you also pay for a service which in no way did we get. There is no one here, not even a desk clerk. So overall I'm very disappointed with the service and i would also be very disappointed without a refund. On very short notice i had no other options available. But once again to the security guard on duty i have to say thanks for his help, he definitely deserved the credit to why I'm here for the nite under the conditions i am dealt with.

In the middle of an event

I was in the hotel for 2 nights on a business trip. I had to work for 16 hours per day but had problem to fall asleep. I was in the middle of a special event. I'm used to background hotel noise, but this was more like people yelling and running in the hallway. There was a special paper in my room about this event.

Only one wing of this hotel has internet, staff pretends it’s temporary but it’s not. The breakfast was ok if you were there early enough before they ran out of items. One morning, I was given an expired milk. When I returned it, she didn’t even apologize and promptly put it back in the fridge for the next customer.

We visited during the COViD pandemic. The disinfection measures seemed adequate and the bed was good. They had some measures in place so that we could have breakfast to go instead of in common areas. On the downside, the carpet was not vacuumed properly, there were some crumbs on the carpet near the bed. Otherwise the room was clean.

I would recommend only for visitors passing through for one night.
