Cleanliness was below average (bed, bathroom and floor). Staff was not helpful. They don't give you more than one key even if there are more than one people staying in the room, citing security reasons, which is absurd. They gave only two bath towels and one hand towel, though the reservation was for 3 people. Breakfast was terrible, it was not included and we paid at the time of reservation. Also, if you want to order coffee (room service) in the morning, they dont have staff, so they refused.
The toilet seats are fixed so high, its meant for people more than at least 6 feet i guess or maybe more. If you are a normal Indian of average height 5' 7\" or 8\", or anything less that 6 ft, its not for you.
The rates are comparable to any 3 to 4 star hotel, so this review is in comparison to amenities we usually get in our stays in those hotels.
