Avoid. Aged property. One buffet location for three thousand people. Not an appealing eating environment. One snack location for entire facility with limited options. Except Tepenyaki and Bloom, other alacarte restaurants are quite poor on service and food quality.

Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel

Amazing resort with an absolutely stunning nature and staff! Excellent services, superb professionalism of staff working in customer services, namely Ibrahim and his team (Javair, Aina, Ayan, and others), they created a WhatsApp group upon our arrival and responded to our questions immediately and addressed all our issues promptly, did absolutely everything above and beyond our expectations. That made our trip so pleasant, memorable and we just felt like at home and very comfortable. Kudos to you all and good luck with everything!!

Rooms are spacious, modern, sparkling clean, well renovated, especially at the Marine Pool Area. It’s such a beautiful and stylish area with a heated swimming pool, classy bar and lounge. We enjoyed every second of our stay at this part of the resort and children were swimming all day long in the pool, sea was a bit chilly in May.

Everything is so beautiful, property is huge and very well maintained. Several swimming pools and a few of them are heated. Restaurants and food are so perfect!! Especially “Bloom” food was delicious, beautifully served and Manager, Ferit, and Aiturgan were exceptionally professional.

The Rixys Kids playground is a perfect place on its own! Animators working at the playground Animators working at the playgrounds are just fabulous, very supportive and kind. Special gratitude and appreciation to Esengul, Omyr, Aishoola, Nurjanat and Alara! Thank you!

Such an amazing resort located in one of the best areas of Antalya, gorgeous mountains along the seaside, beautiful and well maintained landscape, renovated and upgraded rooms, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, restaurants are fantastic, nice swimming pools and a few of them are heated, we’ve enjoyed every second of our stay at this fabulous place and will come back again in the fall.

We have just left as a family of 12! Concierge service was amazing and super accommodating. I didn’t real Se the journey from land of legends was so far, and the timings could do with being better. Ie later options going and returning.
Excellent service and good in the Chinese and Japanese restaurants!
It was lovely and quiet as still out of season. Shame n better entertainment but I know in the summer there’s a lot more to offer.
Definitely recommend for a nice family holiday.

I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. Same thing happened when I was moving out, the bellboy who took my bags from me made it seem as if he was doing me a favor rather than his job. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice and friendly! I loved my stay and glad I didn’t decide to go to a different hotel after such an unpleasant greeting.

Definitely not an all inclusive. Never heard of an all inclusive resort that you have to pay for 4 out of 7 restaurants. Had to pay for a spot at one of their shows one night because they made it a vip section as if it was a night club. Food is ok but not much variety at all the 6 days I was there. No late check out. Out dated rooms and everything had an “extra charge “next to it. I think you can find find better hotels for the same money. Definitely not a five star hotel nor all inclusive.

Perfect location on the beach with mountains behind. No need to leave the resort! Plenty of pools and dining facilities. The evening entertainment is loud and can be heard in the rooms.
Great selection of food delicious food. The room was a little dated and the property could benefit from a renovation. All in all a good resort. Kids club is excellent.

Overall it was good.
The beach was beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs. Bar Mens are good always help you with a smile. Didn’t like that the outside pools are not heated and the water was freezing. Very little options for original Turkish food in a buffet and no seafood, only the same type of fish was there everyday. The Aircon didn’t work thru the whole trip I’ve mentioned that two times to a guest relations service and no result either, luckily I could sleep with the balcony door open. The music is playing in the lobby during night time which is completely crazy to me and if you sleep with the windows open, you can hear it and it bothers you. They let me check out late for no charge special thanks to Sonya, she was really professional at the reception. Thanks to Hasan for prompt PCR test for departure.

Pros:
Huge area, so you could do a lot of walking
Clean beaches area and blankets available witch beach chairs
Breakfast quality are great
Friendly staff

Cons:
Music entertainment super loud, so you can’t get quite sleep or rest until after midnight, always boom boom even past midnight.
AC in a room doesn’t work well, so we had to sleep with balcony door open.
Room not cleaned well, there was a Snots on a door and walls (very disgusting), The shower head was leaking and Toilet seat were broken.
Shower gel and shampoo are drying skin, so better bring your own with proper Ph.
Lunch had poor selection availability
Diner food quality is struggling, so better use a la cart.
Drinks watered down
Internet is slow and sometimes not available by the beach
Everyday they checking in a room a paying area selection and on a last day they discovered an open mentos :)), so they tried to charged us 5 euros for the item which been opened by the previous guest, but their stuff discovered on a last day of our stay.

Nice place to stay. Consider taking Airport taxi to resort instead of taxi service provided by resort. It is half the price. Food typical of all inclusive with cafeteria setting. Mexican cuisine restaurant is not Mexican. Sauces are Italian. Great workouts available with and without trainers. 1.9 km well marked walk around property inside property fencing. Only bad mark; nightly entertainment starts at 2200 and continues until 0200. Difficult to sleep at night. Decibel level at stage over 115 decibels. Very harmful to ears, especially children who were allowed on dance floor.

Rixos Sungate is amazing, do not miss it.

It was amazing. We had a booking for one room but they offered us a 2 bedroom suite (4 people) without extra payment. It was gorgeous next to the pool. Everything, I mean really everything was great. People in the hotel were also very friendly. We also got one day free admission to the Land of Legends.
Food was excellent. The hotel complex is like heaven.

The Hotel itself is very good, but the staff in the hotel is terrible and impolite, especially those workers who were from Kyrgyzstan and Russia. A worker from Kyrgyzstan told us that Expedia are bilkers and we are too, because there was a problem with payment transfer from expedia to hotel, she also said that we don't need to come again, after issue was solved nobody apologized from that staff. Terrible employees in Rixos Sungate!

Overall good, food was very good (however all a la carte restaurants are of extra charge), great entertainment, but hotel needs renovation! The first room that we received had terrible smell of moisture and signs of mold on the ceiling. After long discussion was replaced to a better one, but still was smelly and terribly hot with the airco not functioning well

The rooms are very dated and old fashioned and the corridor and pathways are in need of repairs. The pool areas, bars and restaurants were kept in much better condition though. The food and choice of drinks were good with plenty of options at each sitting. The gym is fantastic at this hotel with state of the art high end equipment. Overall though, the hotel is in need of a refurbishment and looks very dated in a lot of places. There were a lot of disinterested staff who were very hard work and quite rude when trying to gain information from them. We expected a lot more from the Rixos brand.

Expedia VIP+ benefits are not recognized - neither welcome amenities nor room upgrade. Spa massages are actually half of the stated time. Ocean View category might mean that the sea is visible from some areas of the balcony. Overall an ok experience, not great.

For rixos chain, i was really dissapointed.
We stayed for 8 days, food was amazing, we reserved the lake villa house, it was bit far, and room not clean at all, even the towels and the bedsheets dirty. I ve been to other resorts which had very nice shows and entertainments, but this resort not at all. And the location is far from everything, the nearest area was the old town of Antalya which takes half an hour by car to reach. I don't recommend it at all.

This is a very big hotel you get given a map at reception which you will need it took us a few days to get our bearings. The room we had was big enough with a nice sized balcony but it booked a room with a view and i don't call a tree some rooftops and the tip of a mountain a view i asked for the highest floor & was put on the 1st floor make sure you ask for a balcony as quite a few rooms don't have one. The food was excellent you should have no problem finding something to eat.Loads of sunbeds and pools and a nice big beach area with a bar.The music in the evening made us feel like we should be in a field at a rave party add this to the pumps which are on all the time and sound like a 767 getting ready for take off it got a bit much we were on the bar and restaurant side. Overall we had a good time and i would go back

Good hotel for short stay.
( -)Food is repeated every day. show is all about group dancing. compared to other hotels, the pastry is bad in the cafe and the lobby. Lobby sofas and chairs are not suitable for 5 stars hotel.Activities need improvement.
(+) most of the staff were very good except a lady that was not very cooperative.
so many nice pools. Quality of food is good but not variant. Rixy for children is nice. Acqua is 8 out of 10. Nice beach area. The leather beds by the pool are very nice.

The hotel is very terrible, and certainly not up to its 5 stars!
1) The hotel is very dirty, the staff can not cope, cutlery and glasses - gvse dirty in spots!
2) Eating accumulate huge queues.
3) In order to catch something out of food to take, you have to arrive early (why am I in a 5 star hotel should think of how to arrive early to make it cleaner and to eat those foods that I want to, not that remained?)
4) A very small selection of food
5) Most chastofitsiantovhodit dissatisfied and not particularly pay attention
6) The air conditioning system does not work at the hotel !!! Very stuffy and hot !!!
7) beds for children are very dirty, all stained and crumbling.
And there are many more cons! Vacationing in this hotel with a baby who is not 2 years old can not be! I would put this hotel a stretch 3 stars!
The big plus of the hotel is a great large area, great holidays for children , good children's area ! The hotel also holds a very good event.

Nice hotel with great kid's club

My 4 year old daughter and I spent a week here in low season. It was our first experience of all inclusive and it was wonderful. Everything runs so smoothly, you don't have to think about anything at all other than where to eat next or which activity to do.
The kid's club in particular was fantastic - really well run by Harun and his colleague Natalia. The facility itself is designed for kids (e.g. tiny toilets), spotlessly clean and feels very safe so I felt really happy leaving my daughter there. There were plenty of resources such as playdough, paints etc.. and every day she came back with craft things that she had made. I felt grateful that Harun made my daughter (who can be timid initially) to feel very welcome and relaxed.

Fantastic hotel for an activity filled holiday

Hotel is huge with an abundance of facilities and activities on offer. Staff are very friendly. The food is great with more choice and variety than you could wish for. There are lots of swimming pools some lively and some quiet and plenty of sun beds in the sun and under shade - no need to get up early to put towels on beds here! Thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and sports activities on offer, especially Kango aerobics and the gym and spa are great.

Actually food and was OK. Everything is on Russian. Alcohol is limited if you wanna some good you have to pay. There is Vip zones where you have to pay $50 for each person food not included. There on Vip zone somebody stole my Wallet but nobody apologised for it moreover guy from reception with eyeglasses asked me to leave the hotel straight away. Which ruined my holiday which worse $3000 for 4 night.

We had a wonderful time, even though the weather was not so nice all the time, my family and I had one of the best holidays ever! Great Hotel, but staff do not speak English

it was nice, but the staff do not speak English which is really difficult to handle.
I paid for a sea view room, but got a side view room that see the sea from far away, of course trying to change it with people who do not speak English made it impossible.
Transportation provided by the hotel reception is really expensive, you have to consider some local numbers to be able to move in and out of the hotel.
The food is great, but certain restaurants need reservation, and are not for free (around thirty dollars per person).
The VIP beach lounge is a kind of expensive (fifty dollars per person), nothing special inside, you are being well served, but after all you can go to the bar and bring your drinks normally on the free beach.
it is a nice place for families, and for Russians, but for English or French speakers you are not the target client here.
the Internet is a kind of fraud :first device is for free, second devise is not free and of course all of us have a second and a third device. Best plan is seventy four dollars per week per device, can you imagine!!!

Overall experience is very good.

A/C do not work...

very good facility, but no A/C.. how can you sleep in the heat if no A/C, we opened the doors, and as expected, Mosquitos, we called the staff, they sent a repairman, hours latter, and he said: all ok. in the sign language, NO English., but the tempreture is over 25, he said: all OK, so I spent the following four nights with no sleep.

otherwise to say the least, the facilities are great, entertainment, food, pools....
all good, but if you like to sleep without A/C...

What A Pİty!!! Could have been a nice holiday but

When we arrived at the hotel gate by the securıty I told them my name and gave them my ıdentification, they told me there is no such reservation on my name and they didint want to let us ıin the hotel after 15 mınutes of arguing they let us thorugh to the reception. When we arrived at the reception they didnt even welcome us and again told me they didnt had such reservation.And they told me the hotel was full so there was no spaces.I told them ı made my reservation by expedıa.And gave them my ınıtieary number.they said there is always problem with expedia so they said they have to check.After half an hour they found the reservation. The hotel manager and the staff were very unwelcoming they had ice face no smile. the hotel manager told us that they were giving us a sea vıew room. When we got to the room ıt was noy sea vıew ıt was lookıng to a garden. We told them that we didnt want this room and we want to change to a sea vıew room.even that we told them every day that we want to change they didnt take notice or care.The phone ın room wasnt working we told them that aswell but they never fıxed ıt.so we couldnt call the receptıon or room service. I went to the reception 3 times and told them we were not happy with the servıce we are gettıng and the about phone wasnt working still no change. Bar staff was unwelcomıng had to wait 10-15 mıns for a drink. they would enter our room even we had dont disturb sign on. everyday. ı got more to wrıte but ı am exceding the limit.

Low first aid service!

I was staying last year in Rixos premium in Belek , and I was expecting the same service which unfortunately was dramatically lower . Extra services were extremely over priced. My daughter were injured and the quality of the doctor of hotel was so low which she proposed us to transfer my daughter with an ambulance to the hospital which due to what were said to us was not required and injury was so minor which after 3 days were fully recovered . I tried to bring up this topic with hotel management several times but I was not successful to met her during my stay! . They charged me for doctor of hotel and ambulance 327 USD, which was definitely not required.

- We found out that our connecting rooms were given to someone else. I threatned them to contact Expedia and report the problem. Within less than a minute, they gave me alternate connecting rooms at the end of the hotel but were OK.

- Almost all hotel staff were not really friendly and you rarely find someone who could speak English language. ordering simple things sometimes lead to furstrations.

- Making bookings at some of the hotel restaurants meant that you had to go presonally to the hotel lobby and use their booking machine.

Good rest

I had a very good rest at Sungate. Even though I arrived few hours earlier, I was checked in. I had a problem with my credit card and had to make a phone call and the lady in the lobby was very professional to help me. There was a variety of foods from sea food to vegetarian dishes including diet food and rich breakfast menu. Entertainment was one of the best so far I had in a holiday resort, but there is a room for improvement in service. Staff work hard to make you happy, but you do not hear commonly such as\"how can I help you\" or \"what can I do for you\". You can see people cut the lines in a routine base at reception or bars and you have to wait for a while to get a drink unless you ask for it or get their attention. I had few concerns before I left and management responded appropriately. I enjoyed eating daily fresh simit, lahmacun and gozleme.

Excellent quality for beach hotel, much better then average 5 stars hotels in Turkey.
The food was delicious and very fresh. Klimt at this area is just perfect for old people and children, it is not to hot or to wet.
Also I had nice view from the window on the mountains.
Nice place!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub im Rixos Sungate.Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich unvergesslich! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders das Gästebeziehungs-Team war großartig und hat uns jederzeit sehr willkommen fühlen lassen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Wellnessbereich entspannend, und die Freizeitaktivitäten waren hervorragend für alle Altersgruppen , besonders die zahlreichen Sportangebote haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Kinderbereich war toll und gerade für Familien perfekt geeignet. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, direkt in der Natur mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gerçekten tüm ekibi gayretleri ve güleryüzleri için tebrik ediyorum,herşey oldukça güzeldi sadece otelde nargile servis edilmesini hiç yakıştıramadım.Çocuklu ailelerin genelde tercih ettiği bir tesiste,sahilde havuz başında dibimizde nargile höpürteden insanların olması çok rahatsız ediciydi bence konsepte hiç uymuyor.Onun dışında herşey oldukça güzeldi,teşekkürler.

Wir haben als Familie einen wunderbaren Strandurlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, gepflegt und bietet eine sichere, ruhige und saubere Umgebung. Der Strand mit der Blauen Flagge war traumhaft – perfekt zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, die abendlichen Shows sorgten jeden Tag für tolle Unterhaltung. Auch die À-la-carte-Restaurants waren ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Deniz taşlı çok rahatsız ediciydi, havuz başındaki barlar içecekleri cok gec getiriyor kendiniz gittiginizde bile hep en az 10 dk bekliyorusunuZ malesef. Tesis güzel ama bakımsız. Personel eğitimsiz. Misafirle nasıl konuşulacağını bilmiyorlar. Servis yapmayı bilmiyorlar. Yemekler görüntü güzel ama malzeme kalitesi çok kötü. Müşteri ilişkileri çok ilgili olmasın rağmen sorunlarımızı çözemediler çünkü onların da olanakları kısıtlı.

Otel genel olarak temiz, hergün sabah odanız temizleniyor. Tek kullanımlık tarak, traş seti, şampuan vs her gün odanıza bırakılıyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzle yaklaşıyor. Çocuklar için oldukça fazla aktivite mevcut. Yemeklerde çeşitlilik mevcut. Barlarda gün boyu yemek imkanı bulunuyor ( pizza, hamburger, pide, kumpir vs). Ancak yemeklerde kullanılan malzemelerin kaliteleri yeterli değil. Lezzet konusunda yemekler eksik kalıyor. A la carte restaurantlar da mevcut ancak bunlar ücretli. Onun dışında havuzların büyüklüğü, otelin plajı oldukça yeterli. Genel anlamda gitmek isteyenlere oteli tavsiye ediyorum. Ben memnun kaldım.

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das bequeme Bett, das mir eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglicht hat.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine vielfältige Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Auch das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Mein 4-jähriger Sohn hatte großen Spaß, besonders im Spielbereich und im Kinderpool.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Das Essen sowie die alkoholische Getränke schmecken sehr gut. Es ist nicht mein letzter Besuch hier im Rixos Sungate! Das Personal ist so bemüht und die lesen jeden Wunsch aus den Augen ab. Der Muharrem ist ein super Reisebegleiter und spricht fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen!

4 Yaşında kızımızla beraber ailecek konakladık. Otel eski olmasına rağmen hizmet ve kalite anlamında kendini güncel tutmayı başarabiliyor. Özellikle çocuk klübü için bile tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Otel çok büyük olduğu içindir sanırım, havuz kenarında bulunurken garsona rastlamak biraz zor. Genelde kendi içeceğinizi kendimiz getirmek durumunda kalıyoruz. Oteldeki büyük çam ağaçları çok güzel, havuzun bazı kısımlarında gölgede yüzebilme şansı buluyorsunuz.

Mükemmel bir konaklama

Sezon dışında gittiğimiz için kalabalık yoktu. Yemekler lezzetli ve gayet hijyenikti. Oda temizliği gayet güzeldi ve spa hizmeti da çok iyiydi. Rixy club hizmeti muazzam tüm arkadaşların ilgi alakaları üst düzeyde, çocuklar için bir çok etkinlik düşünülmüş. Umarım artan bu kurlarda yeniden konaklama imkanı bulabiliriz. В целом всё хорошо, но отелю надо увеличить ассортимент предлагаемых алкогольных напитков (из крепких иностранных только чивас, джек и рэд лейбл, егерь не во всех барах) и пива (бутылочное только ефес).
