The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience.

I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating.

Conveniently located walking distance from the airport but far from town (8 km). Property is generally old and not updated with stained and damaged tables and chairs in the rooms. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are typical of such hotels with a decent variety and moderate quality. Expensive owing to location, but otherwise not good value for money.

The hotel does not has any signage or board with d name visible at night. The hotel cannot be noticed for a first timer. It is expected that multiple glowsign boards with name of d hotel should be visible 24 hours.

Terrible stay. Outdated decor. Air condition didn’t work; TV was either blaring or silent. Staff woke me up from sleep to ask when I’m checking out even though it was well before check out time. Very unpleasant stay. Left after 1 night.

They were doing construction on the property every day early in the morning and it was impossible to sleep because of the loud sounds. Dust was falling from the ceiling and my room was overall very uncleanly.

Wonderful place to stay

We chose the Pride Hotel as it was the nearest from the Nagpur Airport. We were pleasantly surprised with many factors at this hotel like the following
1. Welcome we received
2. Friendly staff
3. The thoughtful convenience options (placement for door key, internationally compatible power adapters),
4. spacious room
5. Delicious Breakfast which includes variety of food items
6. Impressive Ambience of the lobby
7. Reasonable pricing

Hi Pride is a good brand for reliability and safety
staff is profession room size is very comfortable
rooms are well done up for the old era which is over .
The Hotel must have not renovated any amenities for at least 15 years look like.Brefkast at the hotel is very good
room service food is over expensive and very bad quality.
Nagpur is a small town with not many options
considering that it's not a bad place
for this hotel to make guest feel happy
needs a upgrade and renovation badly
in room no 309 charging point switch boards are falling part . beware of shocks

Hotel needs Serious Updates. It is very dated and looks Aged. It can regain its past glory if the hotel gets Modernised and up-to-date. The staff are very courteous but it can only add up to that much. Everything else is experiential and due to the aged look everywhere the experience also tends to sedate. Please make the hotel exciting. You could probably add a nice and modern Cocktail Lounge on the terrace. Ideas are unlimited if only the hotel is willing to change. I hope it changes for the better.

Worst five star hotel I have stayed at!

Hotel staff was extremely unfriendly. We had heating issues and water issues in the room. When called in the reception, and I told my frustration they just laughed and said the issues can not be solved till the morning because there was no maintenance staff working at night.

You expect a Business hotel to provide Free WIFI.
Pride does not provides it.

General Manager is also not cooperative.
After staying in this hotel for more than 3 years he was not ready to help in some booking alterations.

Nagpur's Best Airport Hotel with Excellent Service

Pride Hotel was an amazing experience! The hotel arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel flawlessly. The staff were extremely friendly. Rooftop Restaurant accommodated us at closing time with a smile and excellent made to order food. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Nagpur.

Pleasant stay.

A Peaceful Retreat

The hotel is close to the airport but not within walking distance with luggage, Our party stayed two nights at either end of a week's visit and on both occasions there was a problem trying to sort out our bookings. However, the issues were resolved in a friendly and professional manner. All staff were courteous and the manager of the restaurant went out of his way to ensure our food met our requirements. Rooftop eating is a must! This is not a big tourist area, so don't expect a resort hotel, but after a week in a hotel out in the sticks, this felt like sheer luxury! I would certainly use the hotel again in the future.

Very good stay!

Located just opposite the airport, very comfortable room, only bathroom could be renovated but was good enough!Food is also great (BF/dinner).And very good service from the staff! Will come back next time.

My stay at Pride was a stopover before heading towards Tadoba the next morning. From airport pick up to the check out next day...everything was just perfect. Should be the only choice whenever anyone is at Nagpur.

This hotel although a little dated - was a good experience. Staff were most helpful and did their best to please. Excellent spacious room. There was a good choice in food - although the buffet did not always operate.

Sometimes Good Enough is Good Enough

If the hotel was located any closer to the airport it would have to be on the runway which was great for me as I was catching an early flight (an the room was quiet I didn't hear any of those planes). The room was reasonably clean although details were not consistent (an example would be the hairdryer that has electrical tape holding wires together - functional but not ideal). The room service was unexpectedly good as I like reasonably spicy food and would recommend the chicken wings. The beds were firm but not uncomfortably so. The showers were hot and staff reasonably attentive. I would recommend this as a good hotel if you are passing through or want to be near the airport.
