Housekeeping!!

We checked in me and my daughters around midnight after a family evening party. The reason for our stay is to get somewhere close to the party hall we checked in with Mahmoud who was so welcoming very accommodating and nice. He accommodates us with a smile and the check in was quick for our rooms.
Unfortunately, room service was very limited and not available after mid night we checked into the room which was spacious but hygiene and cleaning in the hotel need to be reconsidered since it was really poor.
Most of the room area was dusty, linen was not cleaned due to many spots same with the furniture.
Toilet has limited amenities and need better cleaning

They arranged the room and complimented us in celebrating our wedding anniversary with their complimentary cake and allowed us to check out late at a very short notice. We enjoyed immensely our stay and made our occassion memorable.

‏I stayed for one night. I love the room. Also the reception guy was so nice and friendly. I didn’t catch his name. But I met him when I checked in at night and when I was checking out in the morning. I like his sense of humor. I booked the very standard room with king bed. I didn’t get any upgrade. However, the room is very nice and spacious. I would definitely come back.

The hotel may be 4 stars, but facilities, customer service, and accommodating attitude were completely like a 3 star hotel or lower. They made the room but didn't vaccum or refill any toiletteries. We came from a swim and only 2 people could shower, with the very little shampoo and shower gel we could pump out. We asked for that and bedroom slippers at least 6 times before only partial toiletteries were sent to us. We had to call several times to ask them to come vacuum the room. The breakfast spread is decent. But dinner spread was minimal. If you can dine only on salads and appetisers, you'll be good. There were no main course options. We were celebrating a birthday and were very disappointed with our 2 night stay.

The room is clean and the facility is good for sleeping. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that.
Staff is helpful and very friendly. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the sound from other rooms (slightly). Also room doors shutting was somewhat annoying.
In total it was a pleasant stay if you want to go around RAK and want a good sleep.

Pool area lovely, back way river walk to Manar Mall and even closer Al Naeem Mall, (late just move past gates) access at a small cost to the beach at the Hilton resort, Jebel Jais zipline is amazing, effort free and very safe, special thanks to Naeem for passionate customer service, the discount for extended stay and all staff that made it very enjoyable, coming back for sure.

What a wonderful hotel!

Check in was efficient and friendly. Service in the breakfast was excellent. The evening happy hour was excellent and the bar staff were very polite and kind and caring with us and other customers.
The lobby staff was helpful with bags.
The duvet and bed were heavenly!

The restaurant manager during breakfast ia very rude as they ask us to leave the restaurant while we are eating where about breakfast time is about to finish, the first breakfast day the indian manager asking us about the empty chair at our table of 6 in order to put other arab guest to have breakfast. At that time my wife and my other kids not yet come down for breakfast and i have to argue to him that my wife is coming down now. Then again he ask my wife to leave the restaurant coz time is about to finish. This is absolute rude 😡

I had twice stayed at the hotel. The room was just as lovely as I remembered, as was pool area, however, breakfast was dreadful. Selection not good and food was cold!
Restaurant staff did not remind guests to wear masks to go up to buffet, and several staff wore masks below nose!
Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.
I would stay again, but would hope for better quality and selection of breakfast items.

Rooms were nothing really exciting, TV remote didn’t work (why are these not checked?)
I don’t think I’d rush back.
People were friendly and helpful so it is not a slur on them.

The location is good (also next to a mall). From the hotel it is easy to get around the city. The room was very nice although the windows need to be kept clean on the outside (a room with a view is not really a room with a view with very dirty windows). The breakfast and dinner were good considering the ongoing covid situation. Eating area staff gave very good service. Esther kept the bedroom in tip top condition. Swimming pool is great.

Disappointing stay overall. Poor front office skills and attitude. Room with no view. Loud noise from next-door room and cleaning staff, poor quality pillows and an average breakfast. A free Covid test is advertised but it was nowhere to be found.
There are better options in RAK, even in budget establishments.

Overall good stay. Good scenery and a nice place to getaway from busy Dubai.

Only one complaint about a lot of noise coming from families in the rooms nearby (both early morning and late night)! Perhaps they should consider not putting couples right next to big families/groups for a quieter stay.

Our family had an enjoyable staycation! The staff was friendly, hotel facilities, food good and price was RIGHT! The hotel used an effective approach to have staff managing and distributing buffet food to each guest. The only concern was in the Gym area where some of the guests did not exercise clean/ safe behaviour (no masks or wiping down equipment after use). The Gym area requires hotel to assign an attendant to continuously wipe the equipment and and enforce the guests (adults and children) wear masks.

I was a little upset on arrival. I had booked with breakfast included. When I arrived they said not included. I had to get out my booking reference and show it to them and only then could they see in the system that in fact it was included. I could not understand why they could not see it at first and could only see it once I proved it to them. But if that is the case there is something wrong with their system in how it relates to Expedia. Also the first towel that you see in the bathroom had someones else hair on it which in the time of COIVD makes you wonder how they are going by their own standards that were set and advertised. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Pool is nice.

They couldn't find our reservation, but they did get us booked in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. I was hoping for a hot tub or a spa to get a massage, but I didn't see anything. The waffle maker at breakfast was the best. I wish I had a bigger stomach.

everything was nice except for in the toilet there should be a separator between the shower area and the wash basin area . since there is only half glass and the rest is open while taking a shower water spills all over the wash room .

There should be a rule or the Pool attendant should be authorized to inform the guest to take a shower before getting into the pool. as we saw many guest just get into the pool without taking a shower as this is basic pool ethics.

Location and overall property condition is good. I would recommend the day time rooms service ( cleaning) lady and the front disk staff Mr Patric for their politeness & being ready to serve.
The hotel policy for the room service supply is not good.
I booked the rooms with breakfast option while I was informed that the breakfast is not included. I had to arrange by myself for the breakfast.

Not worth a second stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. But the service was bad, we didn't get tea or a bottle opener even after asking for it repeatedly. Eventually a person comes with the bottle opener the next day after almost 18 hrs and says we need to open the bottles right away since there is just one opener in the hotel. The breakfast also wasn't up to the mark. It's a hotel we wouldn't like to visit again.

Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations. The Hotel was brighter, cleaner and better condition than most Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed in. It felt of a higher category hotel at a very reasonable room rate. Exceptionally pleasant check in process with Mohammed on the front desk, and the excellent buffet breakfast and eggs made to order were the highlights. The rooms and hallways were white and bright - and meant they had to be kept clean. The small pool looked lovely (although I did not get a chance to use it). Access from the pool area to the walkway by the water to get to the two local Malls was very convenient as was the ample free parking. It was not the most pretty location, and there were a couple of extremely minor decor imperfections, but to be honest I have stayed in hotels 8 times the cost with worse.
