We stayed here for 6 days to visit family. We had the suite which was larger than most rooms here. The breakfast was good but that is where the 'good' ended. As most places in Denmark, this was significantly overpriced. There was no air-conditioned, fridge or microwave for a suite room. The pillows were the size of small cushions and we had twin comforters for a queen size bed! The location is about 50 minutes from the main city of Copenhagen and the transit costs alone will set you back significantly, not to mention the inconvenience. Would not recommend if you do not have business in Ringsted.

Wonderful hotel with a smile :)

The hotel was clean, and has a warm cosy feeling.
The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and smiley - they assisted me with booking several taxis and even asked me how my day was as I passed through the lobby!
The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh juices, cheeses, pastries, meat, cooked breakfast, yogurts, cereals etc... A Fantastic spread!
The hotel also has a great mini-shop in reception, selling sweets, toiletries, drinks and snacks. (And coffee!)
The rooms were clean and well furnished, with comfy beds, and good showers.
I also used the gym every day, which was small, but very functional!
The hotel is conveniently located near a outlet center, which was nice to kill some time in the evenings.

As a side note, I highly recommend \"THE BURGER\" restaurant across the road - it does a really good salmon burger!

The only downside was that the BBC World channel didn't work on the TV - other than that, 10/10

Room ok but not what I had booked

I only stayed for one night so can’t say much about this place. However I had booked a family room but was given a twin room instead. Was sure it was a twin room as there were just two single beds and nothing else. Since I was traveling alone and it was just for a night and I was already tired therefore I did not make a fuss about it. The reason I had booked a family room was that at the time of booking only that and the twin room were available and both were the same rates, therefore I chose the bigger room. I slept fine in the twin room but I did not like that the hotel changed my room option without asking me.

Fint værelse på øverste etage med dejlig ro. Rent og pænt. TVet virkede ikke nok pga defekt fjernbetjening.
I forbindelse med vores ophold satte vi os i baren, og selv om vi “stod” i kø var det ikke muligt at få en øl og et glas vi før alle var checket ind… tænker ikke det ville tage mere end 1 min at lave en fadøl og hælde et glas vin op, og kunne måske være gjort mens kunderne udfyldte der indtjeknings dokument. Nå men god der ligger en Brugs ved siden af.

Vi havde et fremragende ophold på Scandic Hotel i Ringsted! Værelset var meget rent og pænt, og sengen var utrolig behagelig – vi sov virkelig godt. Personalet var venligt, og alt fungerede, som det skulle.

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt, især hvis man skal til et arrangement i Ringsted Kongrescenter, som ligger lige ved siden af – superpraktisk!

Alt i alt et supergodt sted, som vi varmt kan anbefale. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang, vi besøger Scandic Ringsted.

Vi havde været til koncert lige ved siden af hotellet og ville som så mange andre have en drinks inden sengetid. Da der kun var en i receptionen tog det virkelig lang tid at blive betjent. Derudover følte alle der stod der at det var lidt høje priser på drinks m.v. hvilket vi også mente da det ikke var en drinks som man plejer en \"bar \" - ingen citron eller andet, meget lidt is og en efter min mening for dyr tonic man selv skulle hælde op!!!!
Når man nu er i gang så kunne de måske godt overveje at skifte tæpperne på gangen ( 4 sal.) de var lidt klamme. Ellers et ok hotel for en overnatning.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, welches gut ausgestattet war. Es war alles vorhanden, lediglich eine Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad wäre gut gewesen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und obwohl das Zimmer zur Straßenseite lag, war es ruhig. Besonders gut war das Frühstück, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei und es wurde stetig nachgefüllt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Godt ophold dog med lidt forbedringer

Værelset var fint rent og i god stand. Der kunne dog godt være luftet ud, da der var meget indelukket da vi modtog værelset.

Der var ikke rigtig nogle spise muligheder i baren da oven til at lave pizza og nachos var i stykker. Vi blev dog tilbudt en sandwich af det venlige personale. Morgenmaden var rigtig god med masser af valgmuligheder.

Man kunne heller ikke bestille cocktails i baren da bartenderen åbenbart ikke var der i weekenderne. Uheldigt!

Overordnet var det et godt ophold til prisen og personalet var søde.

Fijne familiekamer en beneden in de kelder een speelruimte voor kinderen. Het was er wel verschrikkelijk warm en het voelde niet veilig om de ramen open te zetten omdat deze aan de kant van de openbare parkeerplaats waren op de begane grond. Ook was er in het restaurant geen kindermenu of een kindvriendelijke optie. Enkel frietjes, geen aparte groente.

Da vi kom stod 5 mennesker om en ny kaffemaskine ikke en vente sig om før et andet personale spurgte er der en receptionist. Vi ville have en drink i baren måtte lede efter en til at betjene os.
