This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. The hotel claims it is a 5 star but the room service menu is a joke. The food is hust bad. And the inviting feeling to foreigners it once had with English speaking employees, currency exchange service, ann ATM on premises and a room service menu loaded with foreign options, there are much better options within a mile of this location including the Marriott Xinbei and the Sheraton. Both of these options are much superior.

This Hotel is superb. A lot of other hotel chain would do well to visit this place. It is part of the Shangri-La group and excellent. In the club lounge the amenities offered are good. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Overall one of the best experience in a hotel. I have been there now three times and would return again.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. comparing to other hotels at this level, it had old accessories. But still, it was good. Breakfast buffet was good. Lobby and suroundings nice and in level expected from 5 star.
Important: Staff had very good English comparing to other Changzhou hotels I stayed at. Overall a good experience with good value for price.

Perfect five ⭐️

Amazing facilities. I was on a business trip with my wife. The room were spacious, neat and tidy, bedding was soft and comfortable- I was full day on meetings and tired on fallling on bed I got up In morning fresh and charged. The breakfast and dinner were lavish and taken care for every taste. My wife is Vegan. I was worried for her food but attentive service was given by their chef Mr. Pandey. He even cooked special vegetarian dish for him her. The buffet was grand. Good selection of sea food.
Lobby has got bar and live music. We spent some time there as well. The girl singing has a melodious voice. I enjoyed dancing there.
Reception staff and concierge staff were helpful from the time you get out of taxi. 👍
I will definitely stay there only always. Perfect hotel in Changzhou.

Good location for business in the city. Decent live band in the lobby. Wifi connection was somewhat inconsistent, which was frustrating when trying to make video calls.

Fudu was excellent! As someone that travels a lot for work I appreciate a nice hotel with friendly service. Fudu exceeded my expectations. The service is friendly and helpful. The area is pleasant with a nice park on the corner to unwind after a day at work. The Traders club breakfast and dinner is very nice. The room was comfortable and after a month there I was sad to leave.

Room was on low floor, 8th compared with colleagues that paid same price and got much better rooms on 20, 22 27th floors. Hotels.com appears to be negotiating the worst cheapest rooms for its customers but charging same or higher prices than other booking services.

Near the North Train station

We were staying 2 days in Changzhou to visit a Chinese friend. I have stayed at the hotels many times when in China for business but this was a vacation stay. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the North Train Station where the G high speed train from Beijing stops enroute to Shanghai. The room was comfortable with a mattress topper to help soften the bed - the mattress topper could be thicker but the mattress was better than many hotels. The deluxe room was spacious and clean with nice, thick towels. Changzhou continues to sprawls north and south so when choosing your hotel make sure to check on your destination before booking as the traffic is slow and taxi drivers change shifts at 4:30pm making it almost impossible to get a taxi from the streets if you are going across town.

dont have a massage

brilliant hotel, service i could not fault, although i went to the day spa to get a deep tissue massage and half way through the massage the lady kept on touching me in an inapropriate nature and insisted that we have intercourse for an additional fee!!!!!
it really ruined my experience of a deep tissue massage is ment to be

今回で２度目の宿泊でした。部屋はシャワーのみで、前回より狭かったのですが、クラブフロアが利用でき、静かでゆっくり出来ました。ハッピーアワーは２２時までと書いてありますが、お料理は２０時頃までのようです。朝食はバランス良く準備されて楽しめます。
常州北駅からもタクシーで近く、近所にパブなどもあり、また次回も利用します。

Zeer goed hotel met vriendelijke service

Verbleef 1 nacht in de executive suite tijdens mijn zakenreis. Vriendelijke ontvangst bij het inchecken, zeer ruime kamer/suite en heel netjes. Fantastisch ontbijt met ruime keuze en zeer verse producten. Door het verblijf in de executive suite genoten wij van een fantastisch ontbijt in de executive lounge met vriendelijke bediening. Absolute aanrader dit hotel.

Overall the hotel room and services are good. The club lounge is very spacious and comfortable with a good selection of food and drinks. The drawback is the location which is not near the train station. Also there are not much shops nearby the hotel. However it is a value for money choice for business traveller.

仕事の為、トレダーズホテルに宿泊いたしました。
部屋も広く清潔感もあり、大変満足でした。
朝食も沢山種類があり、良かったと思います。
おなかを壊す事もありませんでした。
ホテル内及び、周辺にも日本料理店が数多くあり(徒歩15分程度)
ご飯に困る事もありませんでした。
非常におすすめのホテルです。
