Nice friendly staff. Comfortable town hotel for overnight stop route to France.
Excellent value evening meal- rustic Spanish food 3 course including btl wine/water/sparkling water for just 15 euros a person.
Number of little shops bars etc within 5 minutes walk.
Would stay here again as good value for money.

We had a problem with the room at the beginning, it was a room that smelled of cigarettes, whoever was there before smoked in the room and everything starts with the curtains, the blanket on the bed smelled of smoke, but when I brought this problem to the attention of the reception, the staff that was at that time at the reception helped us by offering us another room starting from the next morning, a very clean and warm room, we had a very nice little holiday and we want to thank the manager especially that boy, unfortunately not I remembered the name, thank you

This Hotel is Fabulous value for money.. Parking outside can be difficult, we took advantage of the secure parking available inside the premises for an extra €9. 00
Room was spacious and modern
And included a very comprehensive buffet breakfast
Very impressed..

We arrived in Teruel took the directions on the Sat Nav the road was closed, tried another street that too was closed. Phoned the Hotel man gave out garbled instructions on going to another location and coming in from another direction. And if that didn’t work we were to call the Police. We then decided to seek accommodation elsewhere.

Nice hotel on outskirts of old town. Evening meal was too late for our English ways but breakfast was excellent. Limited English spoken and limited parking available. Comfortable room and would stay again.

Very shabby hotel. Room extremely basic, no tea making facilities. Bathroom totally outdated - cracked tiles, missing grout, dirty/moulded sealant. Way below the usual standards of Spanish hotels in my experience.
Had to pay for parking - €7.50 which was not stated when booking.
Stayed at local parador on outward journey - massive difference in quality but not in price.

Nice modern hotel with good bed and decent sized room. Motorbike parked directly outside front of hotel with no problem. We arrived quite early and only had to wait around 20 minutes for our room. 15 minute walk into centre of town and local area has bars and restaurants.

Generally good except for on3 bad - when reached for checkin, the reception lady was on phone for nearly 10 mins & without even having a courtesy to say sorry or try to finish the call or say something to wait. That one is s spoiler.

Het was een schone kamer, lekker ruim. De douche deur ontbrak en stond los in de douchebak. Er waren niet veel parkeerplaatsen maar ook niet alles was bezet. Je hebt buiten het hotel genoeg parkeergelegenheid.

El estado general del hotel dejaba bastante que desear. Moquetas de los pasillos muy sucias (manchas), suelo de habitación en terraza (no tarima según fotos), bastantes desperfectos de pintura, molduras de armarios, accesorios de baño y mampara que se descolgaba, uno de los somieres mejor no usarlo si no te querías despertar con el baile autónomo que tenía con su correspondiente ruido cuando te movías… pasillos de las habitaciones con fuerte olor a comida… un despropósito de hotel. Eso si: el personal super amable y servicial.

Accueil sympathique a l'arrivée, moins au départ. Réveillé a 7h par un bus de retraités, les mamies ont hurle pendant une heure dans les couloirs. Déjà le soir, elles rigolaient a l'extrême jusqu'à minuit.... Aucun respect. Si vous voulez faire une grasse matinée, impossible. La chambre donne sur une cour de récréation de l'école et bruyant des 8h....

En general el hotel para ser tres estrellas es normalito. La cama esta bien se duerme bien y la zona es tranquila eso sí las paredes parecen de papel se oye casi todo pero bueno hoy día vino la mayoría de hoteles el baño necesitaría un la renovación no hay ninguna balda para poner la bolsa de aseo y si me ha molestado que si la salida la puedes hacer hasta las doce a las 10 te esten truncando en la puerta. Por lo demás bien ñ.

El hotel normalito para el precio que pagamos. Es cómodo si vas a Dinopolis porque está muy cerca. Tuvimos algún problema con la habitación que no se solucionó aún habiendo avisado cuando lo vimos... Estuvimos en habitacion cuádruple y nuestra televisión no funcionaba, el teléfono sonaba continuamente toda la noche...y cuando marchamos seguían las dos incidencias sin resolver.

Ubicación fuera del casco antiguo pero cercano, a pocos minutos, y se puede aparcar en la calle, así te ahorras el aparcamiento. Precio excesivo para el estado del alojamiento. Me pareció un hotel de una calidad muy inferior a lo que pagamos. El personal amable. Está en un barrio a las afueras de Teruel. Hay opciones de bares y restsaurantes alrededor. El aparcamiento es posible en zona blanca en algunas calles de los alrededores. Hay un parque muy bonito al lado con zona infantil. El desayuno correcto. Para visitar Dinopolis está bien.

Nuestro alojamiento era una escala técnica en un viaje de 2 días. Solo precisábamos dormir en silencio. La ventana de la habitación daba a una calle con una máquina (¿bomba de calor?) muy ruidosa. Se oía incluso con la ventana cerrada. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba.
Nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación pero las nuevas seguían orientadas a la misma calle. Se oía la máquina igualmente. No pudimos dormir. La atención de la empleada fue deficiente.
Las instalaciones son muy viejas, los baños incómodos. El hotel no es nada recomendable. Pusimos una hoja de reclamación.
