The hotel is located in the heart of Sundsvall, walking distance to the shops and railway station. It is immaculately clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Didn't get a chance to sample the restaurant but it was busy with a great atmosphere. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it highly. The staff we terrific too, very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is buried in a 1-way system, but close to the town center and with in easy walk of several nice restaurants and bars. There is a car park, but the friendly check-in staff recommended that use the street parking, which was closer and free (overnight). Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a very nice breakfast. The rooms and the bathroom in particular were quite small by US standards. Very functional and nicely appointed, but compact.

After staying in other Scandic hotels we were surprised at the compactness of the room - especially for 2 people. The occupants need to know each other well because there is little room to move around the beds.
The bathroom is passable - the shower curtain kept blowing in on the person showering. The hairdryer advertised was not available.
Breakfast offered a range of food and was tasty.

Rummet var i gott skick, rent och snyggt dock väldigt litet. Lite trångt där man hänger upp sina kläder, ingen garderob. Vlev väldigt besviken när jag ringde till hotellet vid 13 tiden och frågade om möjligheten att checka in före kl 16, då vi skulle på festligheter kl 17. Rummet var ledigt och iordningställt men vi skulle få betala 200kr extra om vi checkade in tidigare enl en manlig receptionist, det tycker jag är uruselt, har aldrig varit med om det tidigare. Vi checkade in ca kl 15 och då sas det ingenting om ngn extra avgift= kvinnlig receptionist

Tvålen utblandad med vatten, allmänt dålig standard på rummet med tanke på priset. Bokade ett familjerum, där barnets sjöng va en extrasäng vi fick göra iordning själva. Det var så litet rum att enda stället att ställa extrasängen i "hallen" så den både blockerade skrivbord och dörr. Alltså skulle den vara ivägen vid en eventuell utrymning och det planerade kvällsarbetet vid skrivbordet fick utebli.

Veldig trivelig personale og veldig godt tilrettelagt for familier med hund. Hundeseng og egen godtepose til hunden, aldri opplevd. Frokosten var god, sengene er gode, vinduene kan åpnes godt for lufting om natten. Her kan man trygt bestille.

Rummen var små med nattduksbord som såg ut som pallar och med små sängar som inte var så sköna. En toalettstol som var så låg att man "slog hakan i knäna". Men rent och väldigt trevlig personal! Frukosten bra och lite "standard" dvs ingenting som stack ut.

Vi tyckte mycket om hotellet och servicen va super. Inget att klaga på gällande bekvämligheterna heller i stort sett. 👍Vi va 2 vuxna och en 5 åring som hade det super mysigt i vårt familjerum på översta våningen.
När vi bodde där var det samtidigt en fotbollscup av nått slag i staden och en hel del ungdomar som också bodde på hotellet hängde ut genom sina fönster och roade sig mellan våningarna sent på kvällen/natten. Lite lyhört när dom sprang mellan våningarna. Vårt rum låg vägg i vägg med trapphuset tror jag, för det lät som så. Och vi kan inte klaga på hotellet pga ett gäng ungdomar (13-15 år) och deras icke existerande volymkontroll.
