Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were the highlight, incredibly friendly and accommodative, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was gorgeous, offering both style and supreme comfort. Every service we used, from check-in to dining, was flawless. This hotel truly understands hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Very happy in general. Perfect if skiing, including the spa, very nice and authentic style of the building. Excellent service in particular the shuttle. A short walk to the village center, though the last 100 meters or so following the roadway rather than a pedestrian path.

A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)

A lovely hotel in a magnificent setting. A free shuttle bus will take you down to the centre of the town any time of day and collect on request. The only shortfall was the lack of aircon during a very hot July

4 Nights in Madonna
The hotel is very nice and the service was great. However, it is just far enough from the town that it is inconvenient when you want to go out to dinner. Also, the room was very loud. We were on the 2nd floor next to the kids room and directly under the piano upstairs. I would not recommend staying on this floor.

Great hotel, nice ambience, good for family get away. Nice sized rooms and wonderful view of the town. Shuttle bus is convenient and no issue to get to and from ski lifts. Great all round.

An exceptional price was backed up with very reasonably priced dining. The manager and staff went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is on the prime site, high up and overlooking the town below. 5 Star in every respect. Highly rated and the drive in from the south and out to the north has spectacular scenery.

This would be a good 3 star, possibly 4 star in UK. The staff were helpful. Wifi is poor and non existent in some bedrooms. Free minibus service to slopes and town excellent.

Ampi spazi di miglioramento
Punto primo il cartello dell'hotel non e' visibile dalla strada ne' tantomeno il cartello che indica dove parcheggiare. Morale della favola se non hai qualcuno che segue il gps ti perdi. La hot tub non funzionava e hanno trovato patetiche scuse per la temperatura ( fredda ) fino quando alla terza serata di spa guarda caso la hot tub era chiusa.... Parcheggio a pagamento non tollerabile visto il costo medio di una notte. La televisione in camera e' situata sulla parete sbagliata e devi torcerti il collo per vederla. Nel complesso il posto e' bello con ristorante all'altezza sia per colazione e per cena. Peccato per i dettagli.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mi abbiano fatto pagare 10 euro al giorno un cagnolino piccolo, non mi è piaciuto neanche il fatto che il garage non sia compreso del prezzo del hotel anche li 10 euro al giorno.
Poi tengono le temperature troppo alte in camera, il fatto che sia un hotel 4 stelle superium e non hai la disponibilità di tenere la temperatura che vuoi non è molto onesto. Un altra cosa che è piaciuta poco che e pieno di polacchi russi pieni di soldi che pensano di fare quello che vogliono e non rispettano niente. Nel mio resoconto finale direi che da 1 a 10 darei un 7.

El hotel tiene un gran problema y es que no se puede llegr al centro de Madonna caminando sin ir por la ruta que es peligroso. Son tres cuadras. Ademas fuimos 6 personas ocho dias y al retirarnos por una gran nevada no funcionaba el omninus, fuimos mal tratados por el personal jerarquico del hotel para conseguir un taxi a Trento

Godt 4-dages ophold. Hotellet fremstår pænt og imødekommende. Gode faste senge. Der er god restaurant, med god mad. Morgenbuffet god og varieret. Aften restaurant med forret buffet og dessert buffet. Flere retter vælges dertil fra menu. Generelt er maden ret god, dog er betjening meget rodet. De unge tjenere glemmer ofte bestillinger eller dele af bestillinger. Ventetid på fx. the og kaffe om morgenen er almindeligt. Sæt dog kaffeautomater op når det er så svært at betjene så mange kunder! Shuttle service til lift virker godt til de aftalte opsamlingssteder. Spa afdeling er flot og fremstår stadig ny og indbydende.

Hotel molto bello. Ristorazione di alta qualita’ con servizio veloce e gentile, vista top su campiglio. Camere carinissime, ma non enormi, con bagno e doccia top. Receptionist gentilissimi. Comodo trasfer per il centro (talvolta lento causa traffico). Unici nei, a voler essere pignoli: letto e guanciali molto duri. Troppo chiasso in spa (intollerabile). Dovrebbero mettere regole più ferree, specialmente contro i cafoni.

Abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno per festeggiare il compleanno del mio compagno, il quale ama sciare e abbiamo scelto la formula con mezza pensione. Siamo giunti in serata e siamo stati accolti da personale di reception cordiale ed educato, anche se non particolarmente caloroso: ci è stato comunicato che era obbligatorio parcheggiare in garage al prezzo di 15 euro a notte (prezzo non indicato al momento della prenotazione). Ad ogni modo è comodo il garage al piano zero viste le temperature esterne. Il punto di forza credo sia il personale di sala del ristorante composto per lo più da ragazzi del sud, accoglienti, simpatici, ai quali sta molto a cuore mettere a proprio agio la clientela. In particolare Claudio ha fatto preparare una piccola torta per il compleanno ed è stata servita intonando un \"tanti auguri a te\"..davvero carini e affettuosi! La cena era composta da antipasti a buffet, un primo, un secondo e dolci a buffet. Pietanze varie dalla carne al pesce ai prodotti del Trentino. Mi è sembrato solo che il direttore esercitasse un pò troppe pressioni sul personale di sala, cosa che non dovrebbe trasparire alla clientela. Non incluse le bevande, nemmeno l'acqua (anche questo costo non indicato al momento della prenotazione). Camera non particolarmente grande, comunque con molti accessori e con balcone. Efficiente il servizio navetta. Ski room al piano zero ove è possibile riporre scarponi e sci alla fine della giornata mantenendo gli scarponi riscaldati. Siamo stati bene!

Posizionato proprio all'uscita di Madonna di Campiglio, si raggiunge il centro in appena 10 minuti di camminata; volendo, c'è la navetta dell'hotel stesso che fa la spola ogni 25 minuti circa dalla mattina fino alle 17:30.
Bellissimo esteticamente, riscaldatissimo, camera spaziosa il giusto, pulitissima, bagno completo..profumata, calda, perfettamente insonorizzata nonostante avessimo quella lato strada, ingresso hotel.
Letto matrimoniale comodissimo, possibilità di luce soffusa (rossa) ottima per magari leggere un libro la sera prima di dormire.

La sala dove si fa la colazione è enorme ed ha una vista su due piste da sci mozzafiato davvero.

Posizionato proprio all'uscita di Madonna di Campiglio, si raggiunge il centro in appena 10 minuti di camminata; volendo, c'è la navetta dell'hotel stesso che fa la spola ogni 25 minuti circa dalla mattina fino alle 17:30.
Bellissimo esteticamente, riscaldatissimo, camera spaziosa il giusto, pulitissima, bagno completo..profumata, calda, perfettamente insonorizzata nonostante avessimo quella lato strada, ingresso hotel.
Letto matrimoniale comodissimo, possibilità di luce soffusa (rossa) ottima per magari leggere un libro la sera prima di dormire.

La sala dove si fa la colazione è enorme ed ha una vista su due piste da sci mozzafiato davvero.
Il personale è cordiale, gentile, sempre super disponibile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente: davvero da premiare..!!
