After a flight cancellation we decided to stay for 2 nights and it was great. We were welcomed with vouchers for a drink at the bar and ordered a flat-bread late at night . It has a nice restaurant and pool area. The room has a minibar stocked with snacks and bottled water and the staff at the front desk gave us 2 cans of soda of our choice. We would have preferred to have a hotel shuttle service but given the distance from MIA I guess this is not feasible.

Excellent stay once again. Only issue was with the elevators. One was down and caused chaos in the morning of our cruise. People had to go down multiple flights of stairs with luggage to make there transportation reservations.

The Hampton Inn and suites was wonderful!! The location is perfect for walking to the Brickell area. The breakfast has an amazing selection of food. It’s well stocked at all times. The staff is nice and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was great. The room and hallways, breakfast area were clean and well maintained. We stayed here before a cruise. The hotel has a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $10 per person. Every person who worked at this hotel was pleasant and courteous. Every person! The breakfast was marvelous, well stocked and delish. Luz worked very hard to keep everything in the breakfast beautiful, kept cleaning and help guests. She was amazing. Friendly guests, an easy walk to restaurants, shopping area, Publix, Starbucks, 7-11.

This visit was disappointing
We were up early to catch a flight and went down to grab a quick coffee...there were no cups.
My husband went to the front desk to ask for some, the woman told my husband that they didn't have any.... very dismissive
Not to mention that the security was sprawled out sound asleep on a banquet

The staff was very helpful! The room was nice. I had requested no feather pillows and probably due to the same day booking, it was not honored. Enjoyed the breakfast where staff was very friendly. First time staying at a hampton inn. Iam impressed as it exceeded what i expected.
I arrieved 2:30 am. The check accomodated my late check in as i talked to them before.
Room was very clean, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. Hotel is not super fancy but exactly what i needed in a hotel. Actually i used other ones that looks fancy in pics but didnt deliver in cleanness level.
Of course location is excellent! Its a well run hotel

The hotel itself was nice and clean. Breakfast was standard for continental breakfast and the pool area was well kept and clean. The reason for two stars being they tried to stiff me on the room last minute. We were staying for a cruise that left out on Sunday so flew in on Saturday the 24th of January. Original arrival time was 12:45 pm but with the snowstorm flight ended up getting delayed and didn’t land till 9pm which no big deal because the check-in cut off is midnight. After getting out of the airport we arrived to the hotel a little after 10:30, and when we went to check in they were out of rooms of every type and trying to arrange accommodations at another location. At that point I got on the phone with Hilton customer service because that was just infuriating after being stuck in an airport all day I was truly looking to just plop down and call it a night, but “Hilton sells the rooms just like the airliners and often overbooks”. That’s insane to me. I truly get if I were to even walk in a minute past midnight as I didn’t meet my obligations but that wasn’t the case and the cherry on top was every single hotel that night had no vacancy the only places that had a room were running and I kid you not three thousand dollars and up. But by the grace of Etai the front desk employee that was helping me was able to get me a room. My issue isn’t with the hotel itself it’s with Hilton’s practices and not holding up their end of the deal, and causing unnecessary stress.

This whole hotel was AMAZING! We were truly blown away. The room was exceptionally clean with a great view. Staff was friendly & accommodating, we had a brief mix up with the parking situation but one of the managers quickly fixed the issue. Breakfast was phenomenal. Fitness center was clean & had all the workout equipment we needed. Building is secure and within walking distance to Brickell City Center & some really great restaurants. If we are ever back in Miami we will be staying here again!
