Well, it's a little rough around the edges, but for the price you can't beat it.
Pulled up when there was an ambulance and three police cars in the parking lot sorting out a disturbance in one of the rooms so it didn't look good.
This said, after a wait in the lobby while the desk clerk helped out with large wrench to help open the door for the 50, I realized that this was just a salt if the earth kind of place.
Chelsea, covering the desk did a great job, and I was pleased to socialize with Jeremiah and another nice woman up from Tampa for the night.
No frills at this place, but it is older construction so the walls were much thicker than other hotels and I slept soundly.
If early morning Weeki Wachee or adventure travel are your thing, than they'll leave the lights on for you at this spot.

This place is a diamond in the ruff. Super clean rooms, new ac units. Fresh clean towels and sheets. Perfect stay away from home. Highly recommend this location over any Motel 6.. the staff are incredibly helpful and very professional. Thank you Sandra for another great stay at motel 6.

A/C did not work. Shower only had hot water - too hot to shower. TV remote did not work. Men's room in lobby - all urinals out of order. Did not stay the night. Terrible! It is the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for.

The mold in the second room that they offered me was extreme. I walked in and they had a dehumidifier in the corner that I opened up was full, and there was mold floating in it. I emptied it and left the room came back. The smell was so bad I got a headache.

I've definitely stayed at worse but I will never come back to this hotel. For starters the amount of homeless people is bad. The property is non smoking but yet again our hotel room smelled horribly like cigarettes. The only thing good was the pool. It was surprisingly clean. The staff were ok. You could tell this was a hotel people lived in.

Although it says no smoking the whole place reeks of weed and cigarettes butts all in the stair wells staff took 20 minutes to arrive at the counter to check us in no fridge microwave or anything in the rooms hair left in the tub never again!! People sitting out at the pool all day smoking out in the open it was gross

The rooms are dated and in disrepair. The bathtub had peeling slip strips that were sharp and hurt your feet. Rusty water which left stains on washcloth. The wifi/internet kept losing connection. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant, coffee was good.

Housekeeping is terrible, I had to track down management because i did not get the full service room cleaning you are supposed to get every three days I got it once in my two week stay. The bathtub backed up a few days after I got there and got as deep as my ankles, other guests complained about their tub backing up as well. I see now why it is one of the cheapest places to stay. A refund would be nice of at least a couple days or something.

The air conditioner leak so bad that you track mud into the room. Pet friendly, but a lot of people don’t clean up after their dogs. And the dispenser is always full so you can’t put a bag in there. No one adheres to the smoking policy they smoke right outside your door with the air conditioner will pull it into your room.
Staff is super great.

Cheap so that’s what you get

Check in suppose to be at 3 dont expect to check in until about 1.5 to 2 hours later rooms not ready. Rooms not that clean ended up getting cleaning supplies to clean it myself. They say they clean it but not really. They go threw your stuff they deny it, when you fined your stuff moved and things open that where closed things missing. They say let them know if you don't want any service they ignore you and come in anyway. The younger staff want to be rude and raise there voice to you and want to talk over the other staff.

The staff prioritizes poorly behaved, noisy regulars over other guests. Employee ‘Chelsea’ is incredibly rude, invasive, and unprofessional. I’d be delighted to speak with a district manager or regional representative to discuss specific comments and actions made by this individual. My room was not clean. The floor was overwhelmingly sticky and the hairs of a past guest dominated the bathtub. This property appears to be going downhill rapidly. I will not be staying again and Chelsea’s biased relationship with regulars should be evaluated along with her lack of professionalism.

The light in the bathroom didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, and there was no internet. There were shady people hanging around outside smoking something… not weed or cigarettes with a bunch of dogs around. It was very weird and felt unsafe. The woman who checked me in was super nice and trying her best. It’s a motel 6 I’m not mad about anything. I just wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they were looking to rent by the hour. And I would never return.

Find black mold in shower ceiling, toilet looked like it has not been cleaned in months (old 4gallon toilets) spider webs with live spiders in and at stairwells, found someone’s sock under table and area was not cleaned. Tv is severely undersized for room. Shower head looks so nasty i was not comfortable showering, cold water in tub gives turns hot if running both, turns water uncomfortably hot. Parking lot needs speed bumps really bad 5mph speed limit may as well say 55. Pool water looked unclean and sitting area around it full of fire ants Will not stay here or recommend to anyone ever. I dont blame management I blame the owners for clearly not giving a crap about their property or care for their patrons… shame on you motel 6!!

I feel the hotel housecleaning isn't all that great. It could be better. The air vents are super dusty and the ac unit in the room was damaged. The walls in the bathroom were stained and dirty. The shower and tub has poor drainage.

You get what you pay for. The room was stark the clean. There is no art on the walls: the shower was difficult to regulate. The parking lot is well lit, which is good for keeping cars, safe, however, the light shines all around the curtains into the room, so it's very light in the room at night. It was generally quiet. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but it also was not particularly uncomfortable.

There was nothing to like about the property. It was outdated and disgusting. I couldn’t close the bathroom door without lifting the toilet seat. There was no mini fridge or microwave or hairdryer or ironing board or anything. It was literally just a bed TV. The sink in the toilet were yellow so was the shower stall who was completely and utterly disgusting. We were supposed to stay for four nights but we checked out after one.

Linens were all clean. staff was friendly. People(thinking long stay people) hanging in the lobby playing music on their phones. Cops were there when we arrived. went to room, was clean. could see light around the door due to large gaps. lots of gaps around the shower wall inserts. dead bug in bathroom door frame. decided it would be ok for the night, but while laying in bed, a cockroach crawled out of the wifi router. that was the breaking point. I know it is low cost motel, but not sharing a room with roaches. I know Florida has a lot of bugs, but this was a German cockroach, the ones that like filth. left 2 hours after we arrived. as I was explaining what was going on, the cops had returned. no judgement on anyone staying long term there, as the world is a horrible place right now. but NO ONE should have to live/stay anywhere with roaches.

Nice pool, killed a roach in my room, no fridge or microwave so all my stuff from Florida spoiled! Very disheartening. Beds very uncomfortable. I had to stay 4 days but being across from Weeki Wachee was the only plus side. TV was small. Nice counter top for getting ready and staff was really nice. Questionable neighbors. Sitting outside their room smoking ouid which traveled to my room cuz there is no weather stripping on the doors. You can see outside.

Too cold for the pool but the area was clean and nice. Rooms are old so you know how that goes. There were a couple things I wished they cleaned better like the the area above the shower, like they forget to wipe that down. But overall it wasn’t dirty or bad. Staff were friendly and efficient. Ice machine worked! Make sure to pack water because they don’t have a place to fill your water bottles. Overall we would stay here again.

Despite the big red signs saying “NON SMOKING PROPERTY” the place REEKED of cigarettes and marijuana. When we first entered the room, there was a beer can in the garbage, beard clippings in the sink, and the place STUNK! We asked the front desk if we came too early and they said “no, the cleaner has already been there and sprayed” I asked them to do it again and they were very accommodating and apologetic. The toilet and shower leaked all night. And upon coming back the second night, the room once again reeked of cigarette. Unfortunately there rooms failed to meet the level of customer service. Will not be coming back.

The room had bubbled ceiling paint, the air conditioner was exremely loud and rickity, the bed was not comfortable, there were people all over sitting outside at all hours smoking pot and other drugs, the door latches seemed unsafe, there were 2 bugs crawling on the sink in the bathroom area, tub/shower drain was broke, internet box made humming noises all night (high on wall). I didn't feel safe at all. Took all of my luggage inside out of my vehicle.
