Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in.
It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel.
The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant.
The staff were friendly.

It was a handy campanile but we discovered when we got there that is was about to be refurbished. So there was no tea or coffee in the room and fittings were a bit tired. Nonetheless the staff were so kind and helpful so provided us with plenty of tea and coffee.

Good location, close to highway

Hotel is in a good location, right off the highway and close to the center of Roanne. The staff was great and check in was pretty easy. The room was quite small, looked worn, and vaguely smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The breakfast spread was quite good and the dinner was okay. WiFi was spotty and there are only a few plugs. Parking was pretty easy and plentiful.

Had a great time in Rosanne. Lots of things to see and do. Car a necessity. Hotel great for what we wanted and food very good. Only down side was the lack of a fridge in he room. Would definitely recommend and use again

Friendly service, outdated property

We were in the area for a specific trip to Maison Troisgros, and needed a place to stay that was less expensive (Troisgros is very pricey). We chose this place, which ended up being pretty inconvenient because cabs are rarely available and no bus lines go directly between the train station in Roanne to this hotel. We ended up walking with our luggage. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, but sadly the hotel itself is nothing to write home about. If you're just doing a day trip to Roanne, this place will do the job, just don't expect it to be easy to get anywhere to or from this location.

Chambre propre, vieillotte (un néon clignotait dans la salle de bains ) Ça ne correspond pas aux photos du site . Très mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins parlés , à la limite de comprendre la conversation . En arrivant à 18h, je me suis crue dans un hôtel de passe . Heureusement mes voisins sont partis vers 19h30.
Le restaurant indiqué ouvert ne l’est pas en ce moment .

Creo que el hotel está bien, pero hay un par de cosas que no me han gustado mucho:
1.- el desayuno me ha parecido \"flojo\", por supuesto nada sin gluten, y ni tan siquiera una tostadora donde tostar el pan.
2.- no ponen toalla de mamo y, francamente, no me parece muy \"agradable\" secarme la cara con la misma toalla con la que me seco el culo

Bien dans l’ensemble, cependant l’offre du repas du restaurant était très réduit 2 entrées,2 plats 2 dessert identiques pour toute la semaine, j’ai dîner 2 soirs de suite car j’avais choisi cet hôtel pour ne pas avoir à ressortir après mes tournées de représentant.. donc déçu par l’offre et le prix 26€ pour une formule entrée plat dessert très cantine…

Accueil parfait serviable aimable.
Grosse déception sur le ménage. Lit juste recouvert sol non nettoyé, sdb non faite , après réclamation le lendemain la chambre était propre.
Est ce normal de payer ce prix et ne pas avoir le service demandé.
Vous vous demandez pourquoi les clients s orientent vers les airbnb , ….

Si peu de bruits viennent de l'extérieur, il est dommage que l'isolation phonique interne nous donnes l'impression de dormir dans la même chambre que le voisin.
