For a relaxing time, this place is amazing…! Private sandy beach… the hotel and the staff are great…! I highly recommend. The only negative point is that there is nothing much accessible by a walking-distance, the car is required. Other than that: wow! Quiet and lovely place!

Resort was beautiful and very clean. Staff always tried to be helpful. Unfortunately there was very little at the resort and it was very far away from anything else. Drinks felt overpriced. half the beach was under construction and the surrounding area. A shop on site would of helped a lot or even better evening facilities.

I was totally disappointed when they kept my daughter in distance room, and my room was smelling terrible. All what they offered me was to wash the curtains. They lack proper international standards.

the beds were super comfy. The house-keeping comes late in the afternoon if the hotel is busy. the beach is nice and convenient for families with kids. The water is perfectly clear and the water was not too deep and it was sandy. the breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose from. There is an egg station that also makes very tasty waffles and pancakes.

Nice vacation hotel and good for families

Great hotel and good service if you're looking for a calm vacation. The hotel shares the beach with Zao which is a famous beach for young people for weekends. Just the room service needs a bit improvement.

Nice hotel sharing the same beach with another day facility. Despite the hotel people tell you that you're allowed to use it ohe other guys bother you trying to toss you off to your side.

Fantastic in all respects!!!

I stayed at this hotel for my friends wedding, and it was a most pleasant experience!! The location is absolutely breathtaking sitting on the Aegean Coast. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. I had taken the all inclusive option and all the buffets were good in both the dish selections and varieties. Good selection of house spirits were available for the drink selections.
Had a relaxing time there and enjoyed to the max! Will definitely go there.

WIFI was not available everywhere on the resort. It was not a issue for me as they had WIFI in the lobby.

the hotel is OK but maintenance is poor. It is not a classy 'boutique' hotel, which it is classified as. Although nice enough, it is not worth rate-card rates, but is reasonable value at discounted rates.

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen.
Ruhig ist es nicht, das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Beach Club, dort läuft ab mittags laut Musik, der Beach Club besetzt den gleichen Strandabschnitt - um zur Sportschule zu gelangen laufen sie immer alle an den liegen vorbei.

Prachtige accomodatie, het zag er precies uit zoals op de foto’s. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en erg lief! Hatice kwam elke ochtend een praatje maken, was altijd positief en vrolijk! Evenals mostafa die elke ochtend water kwam brengen! Het complex is veilig, er is 24/7 beveiliging en het parkeren was ook gemakkelijk op het terrein. Het avondeten in het restaurant was helaas niet naar ons smaak, beperkt in keuze en best prijzig, de snacks op het strand waren wel lekker. Zeker een aanrader om tot rust te komen. De accomatie zit vlakbij de marina en op 10 min rij afstand van alacati centrum. Kortom zeker een aanrader! 👌

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal im „Cocos the Club“. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit, insbesondere möchten wir Herrn Bilgi hervorheben, der unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltet hat. Allerdings gibt es im Bereich der Zimmerhygiene noch Verbesserungspotenzial, hier sollte mehr Sorgfalt walten. Wir hoffen, dass dieser Punkt in Zukunft optimiert wird, damit wir auch weiterhin gerne wiederkommen.

Vi bodde i et rom med privat basseng i 3 netter. Rommene var veldig rene og fine. Heldigvis brukte vi det private bassenget alene fordi det ikke var noen som bodde i de andre 3 rommene, normalt deler 4 rom det private bassenget. Frokostalternativene er tilstrekkelige og det er gode alternativer, servitørene bringer og frisker opp drinkene dine. Stranden var veldig ren og vannet var veldig klart og vakkert, det var nesten ingen steiner. Jeg anbefaler det til alle.

Gecen sene ilk kez tanistigimiz Cocos The Club Solto, kalitesi ve hizmeti sayesinde, bu senede ağustos ayı içerisinde tatil planlarimizda yeraldi.
Varış oncesinde, konaklama tarihleri icerisinde bizim için evlilik yildonumumuz olduğunu ve özel biseyler koymalarıni rica etmiştim. Özel isteklerimin yanında, ekstra özel jestler ile karşılaştık.
Tatilimiz boyunca güzel bir atmosferde tatilimizi geçirdik. Gerek plaja yakınlığı, gerekse de geniş alanda yer alan butik bir otel oluşu sayesinde rahat ve ferah bir ortamı var.

Management and service staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are large, clean comfortable. Beach is sand and good for children also. We were three rooms (family meeting), everyone was very pleased with the hotel. We enjoyed so much and prolonged our stay, and decided to meet here everyyear. Eine tolle Anlage in Alacati . Mitarbeiter und Zimmer sind top . Es sind nicht die Modernsten zimmer aber man hat alles was man braucht und klein sind sie auch nicht . Der Fernseher könnte etwas moderner sein aber man schaut ja nicht soviel im Urlaub . Das Frühstück war lecker es gibt alles was man braucht und Kaffee, Tee, frisch gepressten O Saft und Wasser gibts gratis. Ab mitte September wird es etwas frisch und windig aber dafür ist die Altstadt nicht überfüllt und man kann gemütlich spazieren in Alacati. Der Basar am Samstag ist zu empfehlen . Tolle Mitarbeiter und Reinigungspersonal hat das Hotel .

Schöne Anlage, wegen des Wetters würden wir beim nächsten Mal anfangs September gehen, auch weil noch mehr in der Saison.

Çok memnun kaldık

Personelin hizmet anlayışı ve yaklaşımı gerçekten mükemmeldi. Temizlik de aynı şekilde mükemmeldi. Deniz manzaralı odada kaldık. Çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Diğer öğünleri dışarıda yediğimiz için yemekler hakkında daha detaylı bir yorum yapamıyorum. Plaj çok güzeldi. Bölge genelde rüzgarlıdır. Bizim bulunduğumuz dönemde özellikle çok rüzgarlıydı. Buna rağmen deniz dalgalı değildi, yüzmek için çok elverişliydi. Beni rahatsız eden tek olumsuzluk, gece 02.30'a kadar çevre tesislerden gelen müzik sesiydi. Klimayı açıp camları kapatınca içeri gelen ses uyumanıza engel olacak düzeyde olmadığı için bu da çok büyütülecek bir sorun değil. Sonuç olarak tesisten çok memnun kaldık. Çeşme-Alaçatı bölgesinde tatil planladığımızda kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacaktır.

Ortalama bir tatil

Executive odada kaldık, rüzgar sebebiyle tuvaletten inanılmaz kokular geliyordu ve oda da rutubet kokuyordu. Neyse ki zaman içinde geçti fakat odanın terası son derece pisti, aylardır temizlenmemiş gibi, hiç kullanamadık. Yataklar konforlu, deniz güzel, açık büfe kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Eleman sayısı az olduğu için hizmet beklentinin altında kaldı, sahilde hizmet alabilmek için bazı zamanlar kendimizi paraladık. Gittiğime pişman değilim ama bir daha gider miyim bilemiyorum.

It was a great stay. I can clearly say that it is the best hotel in Cesme, Alacati area. The beach, pool and all facilities are very good. Breakfast is great, room service and bar prices are average compared to the others in Alacati.

Otel odamız büyük ve genel olarak temizliği düzenli bir şekilde yapıldı. Kahvaltısından çok memnun kaldık ve hizmet çalışanlar tarafından özenliydi. Güler yüzlü personel işini hakkıyla yapıyor. Pilajı çok güzeldi çoğunlukla orada zaman geçirdik. Alacarte menü biraz pahalı. Ama çeşme bölgesi genel olarak pahalı.

Otele giriş öncesi iletişim ve girişte gayet iyi karşılandık,hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oldular,aracı vale uygun yere park etti,bahçeli oda tercih etmiştik,gayet güzel ,konforluydu ,otel zaten butik olduğu için mesafeler birbirine yakın havuz ve deniz 2dk. yürüme mesafesinde...kahvaltı oldukça başarılıydı,doyurucu ve lezzetli,garsonların hepsi çok ilgili ve hızlıydı.
Ancak ilk gün girişte klima arızalandı,1.5 saatte onardılar,kötü bir deneyimdi,özür dilendi yine de bu tarz kontrollerin önceden yapılması gerektiğini ilettik,ertesi gün yine bozuldu bu sefer 4 saatte onarıldı,
Plaj kesinlikle güzel,kum,hizmet...Ancak girişte de uyarmadılar,aklınızda olsun,plajın sol tarafı başka işletme(elias alaçatı) yani özel mülk siz kullanamıyorsunuz,extra kişi başı 250TL öderseniz sorun yok,içecek fiyatları uçmuş ötesi yanaşmayın bile...
bunun yanında otelin yani sağ tarafın fiyat listesi gayet mantıklıydı bilginize...
Alaçatı merkeze çok yakın araçla 5dk,her gün farklı yemek yeme imkanınız var.

İlk kez gittiğim Alaçatı'yı bana sevdiren bir tatil oldu, otel çok temiz, rahat, çalışanlar ilgili.
Havuzu ve beach tarafı asla sıkışık değil, mesafeler çok iyi ayarlanmış rahatsız olunacak bir durum yok. Sürekli esiyor, denizi soğuk ve temiz. Otel port tarafında kalıyor, Alaçatı'nın kalabalığından uzak ve sakin. Tüm restaurant ve cafelere max. 10 dk.da araçla gidebiliyorsunuz. Aile olarak gittik ve çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gidersem kesinlikle yine aynı oteli tercih ederim.

Sauberkeit vor dem zimmer ließ zu wûnschen übrig
-> haben es nicht geschafft in 8 tagen vogelscheiße (besonders viel ) weg zu machen trotz mehrmaligem ansprechen.
Frühstück ok auswahl vorhanden geschmack ok
Preise der menü karte sind fur ein hotel angemessen jedoch muss man gut aufpassen oft wird einem eine andere bestellung von jemand anderen untergejubelt
Wodurchmann wenn man nicht aufpasst für jemand anderen mitbezahlt :)
Etwas musik am pool wäre nicht schlecht
Aber letztendlich war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.
