Don’t book here!

When we arrived at the hotel, they had no knowledge of our booking and the swimming pool that appears so prominently in the photos was empty and out of service so we left

We did NOT stay here as it was disgusting. There was no toilet seat in the ladies toilet. The pool was green & you definitely wouldn’t have risked going in it. There was 1 member of staff serving drink but the owner/receptionist wasn’t even available. In talking to other guests (bless them! They were stuck there for a week!) there was no hot foot available & it’s a very long walk back up (very very steep!!) into town for food. Until the owner is prepared to spend some time/money on this property I would avoid like the plague. The whole road leading to the hotel was under construction also that we hadn’t been warned about so had to abandon our car and drag our cases along an unmade road. The list goes on…. I am just glad we were only booked in for 1 night as they wouldn’t cancel our booking either.

Déception à tous les étages. Nous en voulons à Hôtel.com de ne pas vérifier l’état sanitaire des hôtels de son catalogue.
Une décoration pré an 2000, un wifi déficient, une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas…etc…

A fuir !!!

Seuls points positif : la situation de l'hôtel ''les pieds dans l'eau'' et les services rendus par la jeune fille de l'accueil qui d'ailleurs parlait.
Points négatifs : la chambre (n°240) pas digne d'un 4 étoile, très petite et sans confort, sans aucune insonorisation, mobilier désuet, matelas sans âge, drap et intérieur des placards mal odorant. Le système d'évacuation d'eau du lavabo de la salle de bain était cassé et celui de la douche était bouché. Pas d'eau chaude à la douche et 2 ampoules Hs lors de notre arrivée (ces 2 points ont été réglés dès le lendemain).
- le petit déjeuner est médiocre (pas de pain seulement des toasts froids), jambon de pietre qualite et impossible d'obtenir du lait chaud car la machine ne fonctionnait apparemment pas (à croire qu'il n'y avait pas de micro ondes en cuisine...). La dame s'occupant du petit déjeuner était mal aimable et sans aucun sourire.
- l'ensemble de l'établissement n'est pas du tout entretenu (joint de piscine sale, moisissures noires apparentes, contour de piscine en plastique pour évacuation de l'eau cassé à de nombreux endroits, aucun coup de balai passé sur la terrasse,...)
Nous avons réservé environ 80 nuitées sur hôtel.com ces dernières années et c'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes déçus, d'autant plus pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles mais qui n'en vaut pas plus que 1,5 voire 2 !!!!
Cerise sur le gâteau, à notre départ, on me demande si je paie en carte bleu alors que tout avait été réglé lors de la réservation...

Dålig information om allt, vi fick gå med altl bagage 230 meter p.g.a. vägarbete. När vi kom till receptionen och skulle checka in så fick vi en kortnyckel utan den lilla pappersfickan där man normalt skriver in rumsnummer, tur att man inte har alzheimers sjukdom. Väl till rummet så fick vi inte havsutsikt som vi hade bokat, tillbaka till receptionen och få ett rum med havsutsikt. Väl inne så finns det glasdörrar med fantastik utsikt, det tråkiga att dessa var låsta med en gammal skruv som var extremt svår att sätta tillbaka . Vi frågade när restaurangen hade öppet, det blev tre olika svar och det sista var att den var stängd för kvällen. Hela Hotellet var extrem eftersatt vilket är tokigt då läget vid havet är magiskt. På deras hemsida ska det var ett 4 stjärniga hotell men tyvärr inte värt mer än två stjärnor. Läget däremot är femstjärnigt.

- hotel very close to train tracks with all the noice
- pool was green and filthy
- rooms are not better than the pool but had nice view from balcony
- stinky bathroom (sewage) and room was flooded in insecticides (got headache)
- hard and crunchy bed
- everything tired old and filthy
- very high room rate for this! We booked and payed two days but left after one night. This place is just disgusting and a scam!
- dangerous access to the stone beach (not suitable for a swim)

esperienza da non ripetere, nessuna sorveglianza notturna e nessuno da chiamare in caso di emergenza (il numero era staccato). Per un mancato funzionamento della chiave elettronica siamo stati costretti a passare la notte in auto. Unica cosa positiva la presenza del receptionist, cordiale e paziente nonostante l’accaduto

La struttura è molto bella, peccato perché necessità di diversi lavoro di manutenzione, partendo dai bagni delle camere, le sdraio, gli ombrelloni. Mancherebbe poco per renderlo veramente eccellente.
Ma nel complesso è molto bello

Un lieu magnifique et une cuisine excellente

lieu exceptionnel. Une vue magnifique, la mer est translucide et chaude. Certes pas de plage mais des galets comme un peu partout en Sicile. La piscine est propre et assez grande. La chambre est grande avec du rangement, très propre et un balcon face mer, la salle de bains mériterait un rafraichissement. Le personnel et la direction extrêmement sympathiques. La cuisine est franchement excellente. Alors oui, il y a la ligne de train qui passe non loin de l'hôtel mais 4 à 5 fois par jour et nous n'avons pas trouvé cela très dérangeant, les bouchons d'oreilles la nuit évite d'entendre le premier train de 7 h 30.

Il panorama, il personale ok. La pulizia direi nn buona. La pulizia della piscina carente. Mancava il bagnino. Il bar nn era all'altezza. La passerella che portava in spiaggia pericolante. Mai visto un 4 stelle cosi. Magari un 3 stelle. Anche se io sono stata in fei tre stelle più efficenti fi questo holtel. Il ristorante ottimo. La colazione scarsa.

La ciliegina sulla torta potrebbe essere l'installazione di una piccola passerella per rendere più agevole l'accesso al mare per chi, magari, non è del tutto agile.

Het hotel was heel lastig te vinden.

Er bleek niets te eten en ik moest weer terug naar de stad en daarna weer naar het hotel zoeken. Het is een **** hotel maar ik moest zelf in het donker mijn hotelkamer zoeken die in een gebouw bij het zwembad was. 's morgens was de deur naar de ontbijtzaal al dicht voor 10 uur en was de kelner eigenlijk niet bereid om nog wat voor me neer te zetten. Het aanbod was heel mager. De badkamer is gedateerd.

Una bellissima giornata in questa struttura alberghiera sul mare. Camera con tutti i comfort e pulita. Lo staff sempre attento ad ogni richiesta. Da qui si può godere di un pano unico. Colazione impeccabile. Lo consiglio.

Incantevole con panorama sul mare

Hotel veramente bello . La stanza pulita e ben curata. Colazione abbondante. Tutti i ragazzi dello staff gentili e cordiali in particolar modo Massimiliano il ragazzo della reception. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Rapport qualité/prix limite. L'hôtel est assez difficile à trouver, nous n'avions pas de télécommande pour gérer la climatisation, la literie était très dure, petit déjeuner décevant mais propre dans l'ensemble. On paye surtout la piscine est l'accès direct à la plage par la terrasse.

Great family hotel with a pool and fantastic view

We are so pleased with this hotel. Fantastic service that always did the little extra help for us. We loved the location exactly by the ocean and still they had a large pool (both for kids & adults). Rooms where fine, but very warm in August. Taisty Italian breakfast was included. There was a really lovely restaurant just next too the hotel that served good food. Very handy with parking just infront of the hotel. Fun for a family to stay at with a nice poolbar and games. We truly recommed this hotel and hope to be back someday.

minus - man behöver ha bil för att ta sig till staden ...och stranden är stenig inte helt enkelt att ta sig ett dopp ..

Nel complessivo discreto. La struttura inferiore alle aspettative in relazione alle 4 stelle. La spiaggia a nare è quasi impraticabile a causa degli scogli e viene difficoltoso scendere a mare. In alternativa c'è la piscina all'interno dell\"hotel.

No coincidía lo reservado con una antelación de cuatro meses con lo que nos encontramos. No teníamos vistas al mar sino al parquing. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y tenia una habitación contigua que era un trastero desordenado y sucio. La terraza sucia e insalubre. Cuando expusimos nuestro desagrado nos respondieron de manera impertinente que era la mejor habitación del hotel, obviamente no era así. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel con playa que para colmo es inaccesible. Seguro que para ellos es la mejor playa de Italia.
