Las habitaciones y la decoración del hotel son bonitas, el hotel es limpio excelente ubicación todo queda cerca personal muy amable sin embargo me tocó una habitación con mucho ruido exterior

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a darle la mejor de las atenciones. El problema es que ha ido decayendo las facilidades. No hay un buen mantenimiento, las sábanas manchadas, las toallas manchadas y transparentes. Ha ido a menos desde que me quedé la primera vez. La ciudad necesita hoteles y ellos se estan aprovechando. Pero eso no quita que la estadía sea confortable.

The location is great. But if you arrive before 3pm, the hotel is closed, you will not be able to get in. Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator.

Excelente.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, es perfecto para pasar unos días en Orizaba, sin que esperes estar mucho tiempo en las habitaciones, ya que son pequeñas, pero muy cómodas, el espacio muy limpio, de fácil acceso,siempre y cuando estés familiarizado con el sistema de acceso automatizado y obtengas la información con tiempo, para poder llegar sin probñemas.

At night when I'm using the microwave in the kitchen, I have to use my flashlight on my phone just to see the numbers on the microwave.

This hotel's not for old people they have to use a lot of stairs

Center of town. Above a bank. And there lies a problem. You share the parking garage with the bank and sometimes you dont have a parking space. Also No buzzer or way to open the door. Not a good aet up. As for accomadations they were good. Except if you get a street view. Then you get the noise. As the windows are not thick or 2 sided. The kithen has a fridge and microwave but no stove? Shower took some time toget hot water same witg sink. Sink also had sewer smell. The facility is cheap in center of banks, restruants, and stores. Liked location and facility.

Nice stay, great hotel.

Everything was great, nice place, great room, kind people and superb location, the only thing I dislike was the cockroach roaming over my clean clothes, that’s the only thing I would recommend the hotel to be careful with.

Great place for families and tourists. prices are affordable. Great location on the center of the city at walking distance from the Zocalo, shopping center and a variety of restaurants. Friendly staff and super helpful. From de moment we arrive the night receptionist Hector Melo was so helpful and carried my suitcases upstairs. Very grateful because was a long climb. The Day receptionist Lizeth Monloro and Stephanie Saavedra were very helpful with my husband when he needed help. The room was very clean, big ant the rooms have refrigerator, table for two, sink, dishes and micro

Great hotel. We had a superior suite which had a great living/dining room, nice bedroom with superb air conditioning, and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure and hot water. Will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay- friendly staff!

We enjoyed our stay at this new hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is on a large street but it was very quite and close to everything. The room was large and beds very comfortable. There is a little outdoor patio and nice little lobby to sit and relax.

Tiene una ubicación excelente, se puede ir caminando a muchos lugares ya que es muy céntrico, la central de camiones se encuentra a 3 cuadras y hay varias tiendas muy cercanas al Hotel inclusive un soriana a 2 cuadras, el personal también es muy amable y comunicativo, en mi caso la habitación estaba excelente y la cama muy cómoda, había aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, siempre había agua caliente y contaban con secadora y plancha, 10/10 si vuelvo a Orizaba serán mi primer opción.

Lusitania Horel me pareció una excelente opción para hospedarse, la ubicación es muy buena, encuentras todo caminando, y el personal es muy amable, solo considera al momento de reservar que si quieres gozar de unas noches de paz y tranquilidad que reserves habitaciones que no den a la calle ya que si se filtra el ruido de los autos, en lo personal prefiero no escuchar ruido a la hora de dormir.

La habitacion tiene el piso en muy malas condiciones, lo cual resulta peligroso, el baño no cuenta con secadora de pelo tampoco estaba el gancho para colgar la toalla, las paredes son muy delgadas y no tiene aislante suficiente, lo cual hace que todos los sonidos de otras habitaciones se escuchan lo cual hace muy incomoda la estancia.

Lugar agradable, muy limpio y habitación amena, aunque me parece le falta una pequeña sala o mobiliario similar ya que tiene suficiente espacio. La reservacion fue hecha para 3 adultos y al llegar solo había 1 cama matrimonial por lo que habilitaron un sofá cama. La atención fue excelente por parte del encargado y al final resolvió pero el detalle de comunicación con la reservación demeritó ya que al final no es lo mismo dormir en un sofá.

La atención y la comunicación del personal fue buena, las instalaciones cómodas para pasar la noche. Pero nos tocó mucho ruido durante la noche, nos quedamos de sábado a domingo y en un establecimiento junto al hotel tienen música en vivo y sonaba bastante fuerte, además de que si van llegando otros huéspedes durante la noche también se escucha bastante dentro del cuarto.
