Room was poorly maintained. Dirt in a/c vents, blowing out. Walls weren’t painted properly with scratches, etc everywhere. Bed frame was worn out and made terrible noises whenever you moved. Would not recommend to anyone. We had not choice but to stick it out and get on our way. For a Choice Hotel, the check in person just laughed when we check in, for being a member!!

Only knock on comfort was that the bed seemed very very low and the sheets did not fit right. And a king should warrant 4 pillows instead of 3. All in all minor items and would gladly stay again!

Furniture was stained. Bed sheets had stains that made me wonder if they had been washed before my arrival although the bed was neatly made. The bed itself was in terrible shape. You could feel the springs through the mattress when you sat on it. The fridge was all scratched up and made a loud clicking noise constantly. I did not stay there overnight for fear of bedbugs. A person checking out in the morning made note of the fact that his room had roaches. Although I didn't see any, I wouldn't doubt it. Lady at the front desk was extremely nice however.

I was very unsatified with our room. The door did not shut good and it left a crack at the bottom and you could feel cold air blowing into the room. The bed was awful, it was very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was wore out, should have been replaced a long time ago. The wall behind our bed had cracked painting and in general this hotel need a major overhaul. When checking in and out I had to call for a person to come to the window, no one was at the desk. There was so much road noice that you could hear that we were unable to get much sleep. I would not stay here again and would not tell anyone else to.

The room was run down. The heater was difficult to adjust. The bathroom had roaches. One of our rooms had blood stains on the bedspread. We had a non smoking room but the smell of cigarette smoke was coming through the vent in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn't work. When we complained, the woman at the desk said that no credit could be given since we booked through a third party.

The mattress on the bed in the room needs to be replaced. When someone lays on it, you roll into the middle. And the pillows were like fluffy cotton, with no substance.
A fellow from Tennessee was assigned to a room on the second floor. The noise from his truck motor made our room vibrate, idling right outside our door at 10:00 PM for 15 minutes, and a railroad track just below the property became active with a train whistle beginning at 5:00 AM and the noise of the train cars rumbling through until about 7:00 AM.

I booked a queen room, when i arrived they said they were booked and gave me 2 double beds. Once in the room it was very dirty. Trash behind the dressers and found 2 roaches climbing on the walls. One i brought it to their attention they moved us rooms. After telling us they were fully booked. The room they moved us to the door wouldn't open. So back to the office to get to a third room. That room was 2 queen beds. This room was clean and on the other side of the motel. Over an hour later we finally were able to get settle in a room. I want able to sleep as i was constantly looking for bugs and ending up having flies and a hornet in the curtains. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However I won't be back

Quick check in. Easy to get to. It was a little noisy. There's a train pretty close to the hotel and sound transfers easily but nothing ear plugs can't fix. Room was definitely a smoking room at one point. But easy access and pet friendly. Totally fine for a quick one night stay passing through.

While I am very gracious that this Econo Lodge let me do early check in and the gentleman that assisted me was very kind. The room was terrible. Grunge on walls, dirty sink area. The bed horrible, sounded as though it would collapse just sitting on it.
I had my dog which I paid cash in the amount of an additional $10.50. But now have an additional fee of $10.50 added to my credit card.

I have messaged the Econo Lodge requesting an explanation. I will provide additional review upon explanation and if this fee is removed.

I will not stay here again. But ECONO doesn’t get you a 5 Star place to stay. But still it should be comfortable. And it absolutely was not. Even my Labrador could not wait to leave!
