This place is rough. TV had pixels out. It spoke to you every time you changed the channel. It didn’t fit on the TV stand very well. The room was musty and they had a thing of damp rid on the cabinet. Bathroom faucet has chrome pieces coming off. The chair for the desk is falling apart. This place definitely needs a refresh. Would not recommend right now.

The building needs maintenance and upkeep. The chair at the desk was old, stripped and tattered...signs it should have been replaced a long time ago. The bath tub has a permanent 5 inch dirt and discoloration ring around the entire tub that remains even after cleaning.

The room did not smell very good and was very worn but the worst part is that we booked a suite with a king bed and a pull out couch. There were no linens in the room for the pull out couch so I went to ask for some and also some pillows (since there were also no pillows in the room) and was told that there were no extra pillows in the whole hotel. So the people that slept on the pull out had no pillows. Would not stay here again.

No hot water, unable to select channels on the TV, pillows were terrible, breakfast was lacking. Soft drink spill in the elevator that had been there awhile—floor half wet and sticky.

The shower water assembly was loose and didn’t function well at all. When I raised the water diverter, the spout and shutoff valve came out from the wall. Been like this for a while—poor maintenance. The shutoff valve was turned off so tightly, I thought it would snap when I used a lot of strength to turn it on.

When I mentioned the TV channel selection issue, I was told I had to follow a certain process but there were no instructions and we were not informed of the process requirement at checkin.

When I asked the staff about the hot water issue this morning, she stated she had just learned of it and had a call-in to maintenance but no response yet. Several clients complained.

I complained the night I arrived; people do shower at night.

A terrible stay overall. Lots of highway noise throughout the night.

Won’t ever stay there again.

Was charged $35 to check in 30 minutes early even though the room was ready. Room smelled like stale mold. AC didn’t seem to work properly- it was super humid the entire stay. The front staff was completely rude. The breakfast was not good at all. And I didn’t not have hot water to shower with.

Nicole at the front desk was the best! Such an amazing employee! The hotel is older and worn down. The room had a stale odor and the AC had a urine like smell when it turned on. The freeway was loud at times and there were multiple bright lights facing our room that even the shade couldn't help. The shower wasn't hot enough. Breakfast was okay but get there before 9 or there will be limited hot options. Eggs, sausage, waffles, and tortillas are only hot options. The bed was comfy and it felt like a safe hotel. Since even paying guest couldn't get into the outside doors with keys but there is minimal parking in the front and the side parking lot had a storage container and work vehicles taking up all the spots. The room was large and nice to be able to have space to spread out but overall the price versus value wasn't there. I wish I had payed at least $30-40 less than what I did.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! Im a hearing impaired individual and she knew exactly what i needed her to do to help me understand her and she did it with a friendly attitude, kind spirit and without treating me like an inconvenience. The room was large and clean enough.Breakfast was pretty good and the staff worked extra hard to get the coffee machine up and running after a malfunction.
Not the worst place to stay. These days folks treat customers like an inconvenience but the friendly front desk lady is what sets this place far above the rest!

The staff was phenomenal! Absolutely no complaints in that area.
We stayed in handicap accessible room 105. ( 107?) It has a wheelchair accessible shower. The shower drains out across the bathroom floor and soaks the carpet in the room. I spent about 30 minutes mopping up the floor and sopping up water from the carpet so that my mom wouldn't slip.
Also, it's really frustrating to specify needing a work out room with a treadmill (training for a marathon). I got to the workout room and the treadmill was inoperable.
Again though, i compliment you on your staff at this location. They were very nice, and apologetic and did what they could. Thanks, Delette Gazaway

The room had a really musty smell. I’m not sure what it was. Maybe the air conditioner filter needs to be changed. The faucet in the shower was incredibly hard to turn on and off. As far as breakfast I don’t really expect much from hotel breakfast. The room was clean and property was well kept.

Paid for the room ahead of time and booked for two days, knowing I’d be getting in late on the first night of the booking. At the time of check in I’m told they did an audit and my room was cancelled. How is the room I prepaid for canceled? I didn’t reserve it… I paid for it knowing I’d be getting in during the middle of the night. The woman assisting my check in was very kind and helpful. The woman assisting with my check out was nasty and had an attitude with me immediately. Acted like it was my fault for not checking in before 2 a.m. As if I have a curfew or something.

Stayed in room 220. The room smelled very musty. The shower kept dripping and the lock on the door was loose and missing screws. The pillows were terrible and we woke with stiff necks. We overheard the person in the room next to ours say they had mold.

My only complaint is it was a little musky in the room, but didn’t take long to go away once the ac was turned on. We had a king bed with sofa bed. They didn’t provide the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed. There were 3 of us. I think that should already be in the room or provide at check in.

The first room had a terrible smell. Also, the toilet didn’t flush. So, they changed rooms.
I don’t know how it was possible, but the second room had worse problems than the first. The shower was black with a filthy mess on the tub. The refrigerator had a putrid smell. The room smells awful. I went to the front desk and complained again. I wanted a refund, and I was not going to stay there. They said a refund was impossible. So, I packed up and found another place to stay. I lost time, money and was completely exhausted and frustrated with the whole situation. I will never forget that experience. WORST Customer Service experience ever!!!!!!!

Needed to shower myself and 2 children and the water never got even warm. Horrible. Also waited over 15 mins for a waffle… there was a baseball tournament in town so a lot of people staying there and if you are going to have that many people you need more than 1 waffle maker.

Overall it could have been better.
Upon arrival and checking in to our 1st room we were put in a room that had been broken into. Clearly, we could see this as I could probably insert my whole hand into the hole of the door.
They were able to put us into a new room instantly, but only to find out we didn’t have hot water so we didn’t even really get to shower that night. Mind you it was 30° outside and we had been in it all day playing baseball. We didn’t even get hot water until the following day about 4 PM. Again it could have been better.

It's too close to the expressway. Nothing but loud road noise all night long. Faucet/shower only half worked, half the water went out the faucet the other half through the shower head so tub filled with water and had little water pressure.
