Extremely helpful and friendly night clerk. Other then that... No fridge in room, only 3 towels total (no hand towels or washcloths), no towel racks, both broken off wall. Was told breakfast 6-8am, there was nothing.. Zero! Not eaten or gone, I was there by 6:15am. Was glad just to have a clean, comfortable bed.

There was no black tea bags available. There was only one towel and no answer from housekeeping. The continental breakfast was absolutely useless - just some waffle doe and old apples. There were no bananas, stale bagels and cold toast. The lobby assistant did not help and there was poor service. Worse yet, the room ceiling was peeling near the bed and the bathroom had very little toilet paper or kleenex.

Place was not clean at all. There was stains on every sheet and pillow. Looked like pee on the floors little drops of blood on walls and beds. Door locks did not work. Had to get staff to open door everytime we went out. Will never stay again. Worst place ive stayed at.

The room where in disrepair and the shower floor tile broken. Low pressure in shower and patches on many of the wall. The ice machine was so far away from the room only one work.

However the staff I encounter were pleasant 😀 I wish them the best. However I would not recommend a stay there.

There was no remodeling done that I could see.

Stayed at the red roof in me and my wife for the second time in a year and a 1 and this staff was great. The magnifies were great. The rooms were clean. The property overall was very well. Maintained, hi, I didn't smell marijuana, but a few times but it was at the gas station next door it's not legal in the state. I'm leaving the review for besides that. I would stay here anytime, and I recommend becoming a red roof a customer

Listen, given the price we were paying we weren’t expecting too much, and that’s exactly what we got. But you know all I needed was a bed to sleep on for six hours and then hit again so in that regard accomplished its mission. The card reader on the door was not functional, so the front desk attendant had to let me in my room.

Hole in wall to the next room. Ceiling peeling. Toilet for a toddler. Tenant turned 3 spaces of parking lot into a disco garage. Told to use lobby microwave finally took a microwave from another room. The key card has to be charged every day. Light on in the bathroom vent that doesn't go anywhere. Breakfast was waffle with a jug of milk, jug of juice, aka unsanitary amenities at the breakfast bar but not a bar if that's all they serve. No eggs no meat and one type of cereal Cheerios smh. No restaurant guide. No tv guide. They did have a fire stick though or someone left it behind. No phone. No maid service until you leave or ask. We had to change rooms to avoid the disco garage guy. I think that covers it. The staff was nice though.

The staff were great. The room? Let’s just say that I was worried about putting things down on certain things , like tables . I had to use one of my bath towels for the bathroom floor when I showered . When everything was dry , I swear the towel was black from the floor being so dirty . I bet even the cockroaches look elsewhere to go that’s cleaner .

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in and as a result will not chance another stay at a Red Roof Inn. The only thing good about it was the front desk clerk.... she was excellent and very apologetic for the condition the owner had let the facility get in.
The web site stated breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, etc., newly renovated rooms, and THAT IS AS FALSE OF ADVERTISING AS YOU CAN GET!! The only breakfast item was waffles....ONLY the waffle.. and syrup. No butter, no beverages except coffee, absolutely nothing else. I booked 4 rooms for my family and we had to go elsewhere to purchase something for the children to eat that morning. I asked for butter.... the front desk clerk found a tub of cheap margarine in a back refrigerator and upon opening out was so old and dried up I doubt anyone or anything would have used it. The rooms were a disgrace... holes in the walls, ripped vinyl flooring (I tripped on one of the rips and almost fell ), the towel bar fell off at me. If it hadn't been so late and everyone so tired I would have demanded a refund and gone to another motel.
As it is I asked for at least a partial refund to cover the extra cost of the breakfast we had to buy. The clerk contacted the owner and they did not reply.
I am asking for a refund/ compensation of some sort from you as you obviously do not do any checks of properties before you list them for unsuspecting travelers.

My stay was only $50. What do you want for nothing? It’s convenient to the highway, gas stations and fast food. It is a rundown place in a rundown area. But it felt safe.

My key card would not unlock my door at all. Staff let me in. I never locked the door behind me until I left in the morning. The laminate flooring is curled. Lamps are broken. The room is large and the bathroom is too. The bed was fine.

I’d go there again if I got there late and left early.

There was only waffles and cold coffee powdered creamer and nothing else although there was a full display that there used to be a large breakfast there isn't anymore. They didn't even have plates for the waffles only cereal bowls and when I asked if there was syrup they told me to go get it in the fridge which was a big tub of syrup. The plates she chuckled and said:he forgot to order them \". We just left\"
The room was mediocre, after we changed for another because the toilet didn’t flush and keycard wasn't working. THE ROOM SMELLED NEVER AGAIN

Though the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the price was low, there were several problems with the hotel. The door key did not work, so the front desk person had to walk to my room and open the door every time I entered. The continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee and waffle mix to make waffles. The outside of the hotel was dirty and old pieces of equipment cluttered the passageway. Not a place I will visit again.

Parking was perfect, room & bed was clean & comfortable, sealing was peeling in many spots, received a twxt to rate before breakfast & gave a 5 but I'm taking it back, no attendant available, ring the bell twice, coffee was not hot, waffle but nothing to eat it with, no syrup, no butter, no options of hot water for tea which was ok, no milk for cereal, about 30 mins passes & attendant came from outside, no greetings of good morning, breakfast was a sad sore Not even a good cup of coffee & I'm not even a coffee drinker but no other option available

Toilet was broken. Room smelled like previous people smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. I was given air spray to get rid of it. Didn’t work. Toilet wasn’t clean inside of bowl. Long hair on shower wall. Floor mat was stained. But the good news, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked.

THE RESERVATION SAID HANDICAPPED ASSESSED ROOM. OUR RESERVATION STATED SPOUSE USES A WHEELCHAIR. THE ROOM DID HAVE ANY GRAB BARS. THE HOTEL ROOM DOOR WAS BROKEN SO THEY DID NOT ISSUE A KEY SAYING THE MAINTENANCE MAN WAS GONE HOME. WE HAD TO STAY FOR TWO NIGHTS BECAUSE THE FRONT DESK WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND KNOWING THAT THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE GRAB BARS AND THE LOCK WAS BROKEN. MY SPOUSE HAD TO CHECK INTO ANOTHER HOTEL SO SHE COULD SHOWER AND WASH HER HAIR. I STAYED AT THE RED ROOF SINCE THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND. THE MAINTENANCE PERSON NEVER CAME AND I NEVER WAS ISSUED A ROOM KEY!!!

Key did not work in the door, front office said that the batteries were dead, and they would have to let me in and out with their key. Smoke free room, smelled like 1000 cigarettes had been smoked in there. Turn the water on at the sink and it sprays everywhere all over the counter, soaking the towels and anything you might have had sitting there. No thank you.

Was in room 112 Not a good sign when they know the key card lock is broken but have not fixed it. Had to be let in by staff. Thankfully I did not get lock out going back to car. Look up at ceiling smoke alarm ripped out. Microwave has been kicked in. Wake up in the morning water handle on shower is cracked. Cold shower only. When I check out staff writes down problems. She was aghast. Did she say sorry or better yet let me knock something off bill? Nope.

The night shift front desk clerk came knocking on my door after midnight and I’m alone so I didn’t answer. She used her keycard to barge in my room anyway and woke me up. Claimed she couldn’t find me in the system and I wasn’t supposed to be in this room. She said she would return to let me know but she didn’t return to apologize for her behavior and mistake.

Check in late and the place is a dump , staff were nice but the place should be closed , the sheets and covers were nasty , I laid out my coats to sleep on top of ! The bathroom toilet ran constantly, and I wouldn't dare sit on it , just one nasty place ,and the price was 106 $ should be free , use it for the homeless in my opinion , but then again They probably would refuse to stay in that filthy place ! As I drove to the hotel i saw some suspicious men wondering around the cars at the parking lot. The neighbourhood itself does not seem safe.
Now, the front desk personnel was very nice and accommodating, too bad she had to run to each room individually to open it with the key for people moving in, because they don’t have an electronic key system.
First room she gave us smelled as if someone was smoking marijuana there. So obviously I asked for another room. Second room had cockroaches running all over as well as very loose/almost broken front door lock. I had to tell the front deal lady that I can’t imagine spending a night at the place with my kids, and even though the next hotel that I found was 50 min away, I drove there.
I am sorry, but this place MUST be seriously renovated/upgraded/disinfected!

Garbage management and staff were terrible. The room was filthy, cockroach-infested, and the water coming out of both the toilet and sink was brown. We made a formal complaint and management blatantly lied, claiming they “do pest control” — clearly not true. If that’s the case, they should demand their money back from their pest control company because whatever they’re doing is not working. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

I will never come back to this place, bad smell everywhere, the rooms full of roaches that night i killed around 20 of them, a hole in the wall, the staff couldn’t gave me a key because the door didn’t work and ever time i needed to go out on my way back i needed to stop at the lobby so staff could go and open the door for me.

This place is a total 💩 place. The first room we had was flooded because they decided to defrost the refrigerator. We went back to get another room , and the attendant was nowhere to be found for ten minutes. She Was off doing laundry. The second room, she let us in using a master key. If we left, we could not get back in unless she opened it again. The outside was loaded with garbage in the common areas and smelled of urine exhausted from a long trip. We just coughed it up. And I went to bed and then realized there was no soap or anything in the room.The breakfast was horrible week, coffee with cremora and waffles.That's it, pay the extra money and stay at some place.That's not as horrible as disk

This is the worst motel I've ever seen. Couldn't stay in there for more than two minutes without infestation of bed bugs in our clothes blankets and pillows. We were offered a room without a key. That's right no key. How the heck are we supposed to leave in get back in. Expedia should immediately remove this place from showing up on searches. It is a disgrace to open up a room of bed bugs to a traveling family after 8 hours of traveling. Waste of time, money, and planning. We did not receive our refund and this red roof inn should close before ruining other travelers lives

Stains and patches on walls,
Floor made my feet so dirty I left muddy footprints in the shower,
A floor mat was provided in place of a bath towel,
Breakfast was “make your own waffle” station, which was a nice idea, but had no plates, utensils, or napkins; alternately there was dry cereal but no milk or spoons provide.

On the positive side, the ladies at the front desk were nice, and there were no bugs in the room, that I could see.

Girl at front desk was nice first of all. Apparently all the door locks ran out of batteries and we had to have her key in the door every time we wanted to get in. Room itself has coach roaches in it, broken sink, broken bathroom door jamb, and the toilet. Stay away!!!

First thing i saw was the first bed sheets where stains and black marks, then a roach, which i killed, then a large amount of mold under the sink rooms dont match the photos, did not feel safe, didnt stay just left and didnt see the point of seeing reception, the person who checked in before me, I also saw then leave.

It had a hot waffle maker, batter dispenser and syrup (good!) and hot coffee but were out of bread for toast, butter, OJ, milk, sugar,, plates (had to break waffle up and put in a styrofoam bowl). So nothing to drink). I asked the girl at the front desk if she had any plates but they had not gotten a chance to go to Walmart. Unbelievable..

This stay was terrible! The property and rooms were dirty, had roaches and a mouse was seen in the lobby. My family and i checked in at 415am and checked out at 815 am. The woman working at the front desk explained that othet guests havr complained about the same thing and have also left the property as well due to it being disgusting and roach infested!

Didnt go to breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. First off the room key lock was broken so the front desk person had to open the room for us, no way to leave and come back without getting the front desk to reopen the room. The room smelled old and stale, the shower didnt work but leaked heavily all night. There were bugs in the room and found on the bed as well. The tv was broken with lines running thru the screen. Overall the worst place ive ever paid to stay. The front desk person was very nice.
