This a unique beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. The car was parked for us. We were offered a tour of the property. The room was gorgeous. There are 23 differently designed rooms, wish I could have seen the other rooms. The pool is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

Divine experience

It was the most amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel’s concept is inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy and put many references throughout the hotel. All of the staff worked as a team to make our vacation very pleasant and worry free. We didn’t want to leave the hotel and I guess that’s the only thing we can complain about it. Ms. Funda, hotel manager, was so wonderful and made our stay unforgettable; we are so grateful for the unique experience. We can’t wait to go back again.

The hotel was exactly as shown in pictures online: unique and super impressive. The staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and accomodating. The bar was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was WOW! The location is ideal. Our room was not air-conditioned so it was a bit uncomforable for sleeping. Other than that, a perfect stay. Go to Mel's for lunch or dinner. It is steps from Sacred House Cave Hotel.

Very nicely decorated hotel with very friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and varied. All Employees are so kind Sinem, Cagan, Mustafa, Gondol. they take care like family.never say No. About Property is very Beautiful. you can do your photoshoot. don't forget to bring your swimsuit. they have beast swimming pool. don't forget to take Hotel tour. he rooms were very clean. We definitely recommend the hotel.I will come again for a longer stay. I strongly recommend it.

A unique hotel with great staff. However beds were hard, fireplace in the room not used but made it smell. Nightclub at hotel created loud music until 11:30pm. Pool was very cool and architecture was interesting. Staff very helpful.

The property was beautiful, unfortunately the people staying in the room above us were very loud, partied outside our room till 5am. We called the front desk and also spoke to the staff the following morning, they said it wouldn’t happen again but the second night the upstairs people were loud again past midnight. It’s a little concerning that no one went to talk to the loud group and ask them to be quiet at all on the first night. They had guests come to visit, turned a stereo on and played musics till 4 am then stayed talking till 5a and no one from the hotel staff asked them to turn it off or be quiet. It’s not worth the cost to stay at a place where you can’t sleep. The food was good and the property was nice but it was our unfortunate luck to have the worst people staying at the hotel when we did. Would not recommend if it’s your first time in Cappadocia, stay at a hotel in Goreme where you will be able to see the balloons and will most likely not get loud neighbors.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The service was exceptional, the room was stunning and the pool was a highlight of my stay. Thank you Emine and Nazli from front desk, who showed me around the hotel, recommended activities and showed me how to use the Turkish bath. They were patient and helpful. I highly recommended this stunning hotel with unique decor.

Also would like to thank to the outstanding service provided by Hedi of Virtus restaurant. He was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Not only that, but he also went above and beyond to suggest and introduce different dishes to us, which we greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. He even took the time to show us the bar, which was exquisitely designed. Overall, his service was exceptional, and he truly made our dining experience memorable. I highly recommend this staff member to anyone visiting the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, however service did not live up to expectations or previous stay. No explanations of lamps in room (sounds banal, but given the old and cool rooms this is key; had to unscrew light bulbs); neither sauna nor human were operational. In door pool, but candles not lit so not great ambience. On day of departure (6:50 am; due flights) breakfast was not delivered on time; and when we chased them up we got sour commentary.

We stayed in mid-September. The photos do not do it justice, it is a beautiful building which has been thoughtfully decorated, with each room having its own theme. The same attention to detail has been paid to the common parts and I can't tell you how many photos I took. Take your swimming costume as you will want to swim in the pool.

The staff were all very helpful - even before we arrived they made sure we had all the information we needed for the transfer and available tours - and the food was delicious.

The hotel is up a quiet side road, so very peaceful location, but within a five minute walk of the town centre.

There is a lot to explore in the area and there seemed to be a good range of activities to suit all age ranges.

Architecture and design of hotel breathtaking

Having stayed at the Argos at Cappadocia for the previous few days it was always going to be difficult for this hotel to match that. However, the more time we spent here the more we fell in love with it. It’s definitely quirky ! It certainly beats the bland corporate hotel chains. It is design led, but maybe at the cost of comfort - there is no air con which is a problem in summer although they do give you fans/portable air con units. Also the rooms only had a bath tub with shower attachment, no walk in shower which makes showering a little trickier. Small things - no tissues, hand soap or safe in room. On the plus side, breakfast was delicious and Fatma was a brilliant waitress! Home made jams, pastries and eggs cooked to perfection ! Looked the gothic swimming pool. Felt like I was swimming in hell with the red tiled floor and dramatic architecture !! Would definitely stay here again - maybe in the winter to experience a different side.

I've stayed here twice and would happily come again. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, calm, and relaxing. Within it's walls you are in a world of peace and comfort, separated from the city outside. The location is excellent. When you want to see what Cappadocia has to offer then you just need to open the courtyard doors and step outside. The staff are helpful without being pushy. When you need them, they are there. When you want solitude they are not. The design/style of the hotel is obviously a labor of love. There are so many beautiful details. This is one of my favorite hotels in the world and would be worth visiting no matter where it was located.

Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to assist in any way they could. Manager honored Expedia Gold Member and advertised VIP upgrade, very nice rooms, with each one unique. Spa was jaw dropping with how it was carved out of the stone with a large swimming pool, massage room, hamam, and sauna. I like how it is a 16 years or older hotel to make it more quiet and easy to relax. Bar/lounge waiters were very friendly and always happy to see you and make you feel welcome. Breakfast was really good and everything was fresh. Massages were really good with top quality personnel. Hotel is very close to shops and restaurants.

A Unique experience in Cappadocia

This is one of the best hotel that I have been if not the best. It is a very beautiful, highly stylized, unique hotel with very good/friendly people. All the rooms are unique and have their own theme. They have some very good interesting food. The pool is a lot larger than the image and a very nice place to relax with the spa. Overall, it was much much better than we expected. The staff was very helpful in arranging tours and responded to our emails (we contacted them just after booking).

Harika bir otel, daha önce de konaklamıştık. Bu seferkinde küçük değişiklikler vardı, konaklama öncesinde oda seçimi imkanı verilmedi önceki seyahatimizde wapp üzerinden sorulmuştu. Aklımızdaki odalarda kalamadık, girişte karşılama ikramı vs olmadı, kullanılan ürünler ve fabrikler değişmiş, sauna kapalıydı hamamdaki özellikler çaışmıyordu ve havuz temizliği 1 tık iyi değildi gibi.. yine de bu oteli çok seviyorum diyebilirim.

Hayatimda kaldigim en guzel, en ozel otellerden biriydi. Otel zaten adeta bir sanat eseri, her detayi dakikalarca incelemeye deger guzellikte… personel de cok guleryuzlu, saygili, yardimsever ve samimiydi. Hepsine ayri ayri tesekkur ederim :)

Cok guzel karsilandik, odamiz hazir olana kadar ikramlar yapildi. Odamizdaki ikram sarap ve meyve tabagi da guzel dusunulmus detaylardi. Otelin kahvaltisi da aksam yemekleri de mukemmeldi.

Elestirebilecegim tek nokta 2. gunumuzde yapilan oda temizligi. Hijyen acisindan sorun yok ama mesela oda terlikleri ve havlular eksikti, hatirlatmamiz uzerine yenilendi. Yatak da biraz ozensiz toplanmisti. Ortusu serilmeden birakilmisti.

Gelistirilebilecek kisimlara ise sunlari ekleyebilirim. Infernoda havuzdan cikinca uzanip dinlenebilecek alanlar olsa sahane olurdu. Insan islak islak ordaki deri koltuklara oturmaya kiyamiyor. Bir de aksam yemegi menüsü birazcik daha cesitli olabilirdi. Ama yine de sahaneydi :)

Ozetle, umarim tekrar yolum duser buralara ve yine bu otelde kalirim. Cevremdeki herkese gozum kapali onerebilecegim cok kaliteli bir yerdi herseyiyle.

Mutlaka görmeniz gereken bir yer…

Mutlaka görünmesi gereken bir mimari, hizmet ve güler yüzlü personel harika. Yemekler çok lezzetli, kahvaltıya zaten diyecek söz yok. Resepsiyondan Mustafa Bey her türlü talebe güler yüzüyle destek oldu. Ayrıca masaj için kendinizi Melek Hanım’ın ellerine bırakmadan dönmeyin.

Hayatimda yaşadığım en iyi tatil deneyimi diyebilirim. Çalışanları aşırı nazik, ilgili, ve samimi. Erkek arkadaşımın doğum günü olduğunu öğrendiklerinde pasta ikram etmeleri, çıkış yaparken paket kahvalti hazirlamalari, bizimle o kadar özenle yaklaştılar ki hepsine ayri ayri teşekkür ediyorum. Otelin kendisi hem temiz hemde konforluydu. Mimarisi ayri hayranlik birakti, otelin konsepti harika ötesi. Yiyecekleri ve kokteylleri muazzam ve lezizdi. Çok memnun kaldık ve mutlaka bir daha gitmek istiyoruz, o kadar beğendik.

Mutlaka tekrar gelmek isteriz

Otelin 23 odasının her biri birbirinden farklı ve mitolojiden esinlenilmiş oda isimleriyle paralel olarak kendi içinde çok tutarlı ve orijinal döşenmiş. Çok büyük emek var. Her köşesi ayrı güzel, resim çekmekten yorulduk. Muhteşem bir tecrübeydi. Ürgüp’ün tam merkezinde ama aynı zamanda sakin bir sokakta.

Uzun bir yoldan gece saatlerinde ulaştık. Bizi kapıda karşılayıp, otelin tarihçesi, çevrede gezebilecegimiz yerler, guzel mekanlar hakkında detayli bir bilgi verdiler. Yeraltında ılık suyu olan güzel bir havuz bulunmakta. Her çıktığımızda odamızı toplanmış bulduk. Sabah kahvaltısı ve hizmet sunan personeli çok iyiydi. Arkadaşım 5 degil 6 yıldız vermek istediğini belirtiyor kendilerine. Güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladıkları için teşekkür ederiz.

Harika bir atmosferi olan muhteşem bir otel. Girişte karşılandık otel turu ve ikram yapıldı, personel kibar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kesinlikle gidip görülmesi gereken bir otel içerideki her detay ayrı ayrı düşünülmüş, kişisel kullanım için odalara koyulan ürünler kaliteli. Kahvaltı, akşam yemeği ve sunumlar da güzeldi. En kısa zamanda tekrar ziyaret etmek istiyoruz. ♥️

Cok nezih, kaliteli ve verilen parayi sonuna kadar hakeden bir otel. Personel guleryuzlu ve ilgili. Heryer tertemiz. Her bir kosesi ayri buyuleyici ve farkli bir konsept. Bayildik.
Sadece restaurantin menusu ve yemekleri siradandi. Yemekleri gelistirmeleri gerekir.
Ama kahvalti tek kelime ile muhtesemdi. Bir de Cennet bahcesi ve kokteyleri cok iyi.

Otelin konsepti, ambiyansı çok başarılı ama konaklama olarak oldukça başarısız. Mutfakları çok kötü. Yemek lezzetleri hiç iyi değil. Yataklar çok rahatısız.Fotoğraf çekinmek için gidilebilir ama konaklama, hizmet, mutfak ve çalışanlar otelin başarısını çok düşüyor. Bir kez daha gelsem bu oteli tercih etmem.
