I’m extremely pleased with this stay. Location is good to start, you miss nothing with this location and there are trams that take you north towards North Strip and Caesars or south to Luxor Hotel. Then I was allowed early check in and late check out which fit my schedule. Room service is good. Restaurants are also good in general. Overall a pleasant experience. Glad I chose to stay here.

Spacious room that was quite which allowed for good sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom sink was had not been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guest. Not a major issue, but was noticeable.

I checked in on Friday June 19th, 2026 and upon entering the room it had clearly not been serviced. There were red and white stains on the couch, it looked like half cleaned throw up on the wall and food on the floor. I took pictures of the room and went to the lobby immediately. The attendant looked at the pictures and agreed the room had not been serviced properly. We were given keys to a new room and were getting ready for bed. When we pulled the covers down we were shocked to see what look like a blood stain the middle of the bed. I called guest services and urged the manager to come see the bed and the condition it was in. Janay the manager asked if we wanted new sheets. I felt uncomfortable and asked for a new room. We were told we would get a new and better room and to come down to the lobby for new keys. I went down got the keys and went back up and to my surprise the keys did not work. It was not a better room it was the same type of room with a worse view. The check in process was smooth but finding a room wasn't. We were given a $50 food coupon for the trouble. The lobby was clean and the staff was pleasant. The pool area was very enjoyable and family friendly. I did research before choosing a hotel because i wanted an enjoyable experience and a non smoking hotel but to say i was disappointed is an understatement.

We loved that the Park MGM is a smoke free casino and hotel. It's at a great location, near the airport and the other hotels/casinos, and we used the free tram to the Bellagio a few times. It has great food options, like Best Friend. Our room was small but we weren't in it very much. The decor was great, and we would definitely come back.

The hotel was great but there was no refrigerator in the rooms. The Eataly had some wonderful food options. Stay away from the Toscana Restaurant, very expensive for what you get and don’t use their tip guide. Not sure how $33.80 is 20% of $82, what a scam!!

Love this hotel for vacation. Best pools, restaurants, cabanas, and plenty to do here. Not to mention one of my family members had an emergency and was hospitalized hours before leaving and checking out in April this year. Not only did they provide an extension to our stay but they provided us dining vouchers. I cannot say enough about the security that took care of us, front desk staff, the valet and bellman that took our luggage to our vehicle. This is a place that you will not only enjoy dining and entertainment, but they treat you above and beyond. If we can safely return soon, we will book another premium suite. Thank you Park MGM for giving us the best times these past 2 years, but in the moment we needed your support and service.

Great location in the middle of Moab. We went on the river boat tour that they recommended on the app. It was interesting and it was nice to see the stars from the river. King size bed was comfortable. The only hiccup was the breakfast. They had three large international tour buses and they ate pretty much everything. I felt bad for the staff that was making it because they were trying their hardest to keep up. We ended up not eating there at all the next day since the breakfast was to late for when we were heading out of town.

We encountered a cleanliness issue with our first room, which was dusty enough to trigger a severe allergic reaction (hives) for my wife. However, the team promptly relocated us to a different room, and the difference was night and day. It looks like the rooms are equipped with built-in air purifiers, so the unit in our original room probably just needs a filter change or maintenance.

The room was very nice, two comfortable queen beds, Work table, flatscreen TV, comfortable bathroom. Location is super, especially as connected to several other MGM hotels and restaurants. This is an important positive feature! Our main purpose for being in the area was to travel and visit the Grand Canyon. We stayed at the park MGM on our way to and from the Grand Canyon. It is important to note that the rooms are on the small side, do not have refrigerators or microwaves. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are beyond comfortable. The bathroom door did have smudge marks where hands frequently grab to close the door. And for the life of me, I could not find an outlet in the bathroom to plug in my curling iron! Staff were helpful and always ready to assist and teach those new to gambling. This is non-smoking, which makes it top notch in my book. The resort does a great job posting signs to easily navigate through the casino, restaurants and the resort. I give the pool area a 10 out of 10 rating. The food was excellent and we enjoyed a good steak at Bavette’s and breakfast at Primrose was wonderful. There’s not a lot of late night options for food past 11 PM. We had a great time here. We chose MGM because it hosted Mary J Blige residency!!! I’m a huge fan so I wanted to be where she was. It also hosted her official after party which I also loved. The room and linen were clean and comfortable as well. There were weird artwork in the room but we dismissed it. Breakfast wasn’t included but there are several breakfast options on the strip with Denny’s right across the street if you’re on a budget. Overall, I would book again.

Absolutely loved our stay here, i'd say it was one of the smaller hotels on the strip but still high end feeling & very clean. I actually preferred how easy it was to walk around/get to where i wanted to be easily. Really loved the pool (ground level) as street noise was completely blocked out so it was very peaceful!
The only hiccup we had was trying to check in via the app, it didn't work but the front desk helped & had us on our way. Checking out with the app was very easy though!

Nice size hotel. MGM Grand is huge, so I didnt care for that. The PARK was more manageable. The rooms were nice, the shower pressure was incredible! 3 pools and not over crowded. I wasn't impressed by Eatily food court but other restaurants and bar food and drinks very good.

I recently stayed at Park MGM in Las Vegas and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The casino, hotel, and common areas all felt clean, fresh, and much more comfortable. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the Strip and conveniently located near T-Mobile Arena, making it easy to get to restaurants, shows, and other attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the variety of dining options available on-site. There was always something great to eat without having to leave the property. The overall atmosphere felt stylish and relaxed, offering a nice balance between the excitement of Las Vegas and a more comfortable, upscale experience.

The cons: The room was ugly like a very vibrant red and not the cleanest. The sheets had a few stains and the bathroom could use a good scrub. There is also no coffee machine or fridge which means you have to buy out for everything which can increase cost.
That being said I would still stay here again. The location was very convenient and right near a lot of restaurants and target for snacks. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly and when the in room snack bar was accidentally knocked over they had no problem helping me out with removing the charges from the sensor. I never used the pool but it looked nice and clean. There is also a handy tram that is free to the Bellagio. Overall it was a great stay.
