Good hotel for the price, right next to Fukui Station. Very convenient if sightseeing in the Fukui area. Probably better for solo travelers. Free breakfast was good too.

If you took the Shinkansen from the Tokyo area, you just take the escalator down and go to your left. After you exit the cute train station, the hotel is right there. Check in and out is through a kisok, but if you need assistance or have questions, there are staff members right there. The free Japanese breakfast was different each day and very good. The staff who run the breakfast are very efficient and fast. The breakfast area does get crowded but there are options to take your food up to your room if you want with take out boxes. At night, if you go to the castle ruins, there were floating lights around the moat area. The animatronic dinosaurs right outside the train station and hotel was fun to see.

Very safe and convenient location. The hotel and room were both tidy and clean. Good value for the price. Only one thing I was very close to the elevator and heard the noises of people walking by often. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay very much.

チェックインからチェックアウトに至るまでリセプションスタッフの対応に残念な気持ちになりました。
今回の滞在は、東横インに連泊後、一泊の小旅行で他の地域に宿泊、また同じ東横インに宿泊というものでした。最初の連泊後のチェックアウト時に、大きな荷物を預かってもらえないかリセプションに尋ねたところ、受けられない旨を伝えられました。東横インの規約にあるものだと思いますが、不自由な印象を持ちました。

The staff were not accommodating or particularly welcoming I accidentally booked a smoking room They said for 2 days they had no other room And didn’t care that we were non smokers The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work The breakfast was very average unlike other hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in Japan I would not stay here again

Spacious rooms, bed was firm but not an ssue for us. Goòd size bath. Japanese breakfast was ìncluded which was a nice surprise. Extremely good location. Aŕive early? No problem - just check in and drop the bags and gò. Very helpful.

Typical salaryman hotel

The rooms are small compared to US rooms sizes and is typical of Japanese city hotels. They have automatic elevator parking for a fee. The breakfast was no frills but a filling breakfast.

I was only there for a night but it was a very comfortable and clean place. The breakfast was basic but it was free, so no complaints there. Being right next to Fukui Station was really nice as I didn’t have to rush to get on the train. Definitely recommend! :)

部屋はとても清潔でした。前回福井のアパホテルを選んだら汚かったので、今回は絶対に東横インが良いと思い、早めに予約しました。 朝食のブュッフェも調度良い品数で、味も良かったしまた泊まりたいと思いました。
駐車場も近くに幾つかあり、すぐ近くに停められたのでその点も良かったです。
フロントの女性も丁寧に案内してくれてとても安心して泊まることが出来ました。
ただ、トイレの便座が小さくて少し不便でした。

車でしたが、駅に近いこともあり色々便利でした。朝食を部屋に持って行って食べられるボックスがあったのもよかったです。歯ブラシなどロビーから持っていくスタイルでしたが、部屋に入ったらヘアブラシが無かったことに気がついたのでフロントに連絡したところ、ブラシだけフロント渡しですと言われて、取りに行くのも面倒になったのでやめました。髭剃りは置いてあるのになぜブラシがないのか不思議でした。

朝食のサービスはありがたかった。団体利用もあったせいか、朝食開始の６時半には長蛇の列となっていた。朝食スペース・並ぶスペースが狭かったが誘導するスタッフがいなかったのは残念だった。
私は４人族で利用したが、部屋で食事をするとなると、食事を置くスペース、座るスペースがかなり限定された。ビジネスホテルなので致し方ないのかもしれない。
駅ビル街にあるので、高層階でも景観は良くない。チェックイン・チェックアウトは画面でセルフで行う。スタッフはカウンターの奥から指示出しする形で、あまり親切だとは思わなかった。
