We are located along the River Tanohara surrounded by the murmur, the greenth and the twitter of birds. Please enjoy our popular huge open air hot spring bath.

Located in Minamioguni (Kurokawa Onsen), Kurokawaso is within a 15-minute drive of Kuju Highlands Observatory and Kuju Flower Park. This ryokan is 9.7 mi (15.6 km) from Nabegataki and 10.2 mi (16.4 km) from Mount Kuzumi.

Beautiful ryokan with incredible service. The dinner was delicious (so many courses, served in my room). Breakfast the next morning was also excellent. The onsens were really nice. Good wifi.

the best!

Out of all the hotels/onsens we had whilst traveling around Japan this was the best. Great service. Excellent food. The most comfortable futons we had for the whole trip. Pillows were hard as seems to the the Japanese custom and some softer ones as an option would be nice. The Onsen was great. Nice to be able to reserve a private one without having to pay extra. Nice town.

As a business traveler, I've had the pleasure to stay at a various assortment of luxury properties around the world. For this family trip, I was looking for a special property where my family can enjoy a few days of relaxation. The staff and property of Kurokawaso has delivered and exceed every aspect of our expectation. Certainly will revisit Kurokawaso again for our future family trip. This was one of the most beautiful places I have seen in Japan and the staff went far above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, delicious and comfortable. We got lost and they offered to drive 45 minutes to our location to guide us into the resort ( we did end up finding it, but they met us 15 minutes out to be sure we wouldn't use gps and get lost). We were running late and they kept our dinner to serve after all the other guests as late as 10-11pm and did not make us feel awkward about it. They did the same with breakfast when we needed to sleep in, which was not expected or normal for ryokan! Due to an emergency at home we had to leave early and they sent us with a picnic, amazing local coffee blends to go and homemade pie. They also mailed me a dress I forgot in the closet. The trip could have been a disaster but their consideration and kindness made it really lovely. I hope to come back sometime soon :) Even the one day was enough to feel truly relaxed, I can only imagine what 3 days would have been like!

Amazing break from the real world!
This ryokan was a short walk outside of the busy main area.
4 Beautiful onsen areas. Amazing dinner and breakfast.
We only experienced difficulties at other ryokan-onsen which were closed for cleaning.

お風呂は清潔で湯加減も良く、いつまでも浸かってられます。

離れの中も綺麗で一つ一つの小物も可愛らしく、非の打ちどころのないようなお宿でした。

素晴らしい

お部屋での夕食で、お料理がとても美味しかったです。仲居さんも気配り目配り心配りが素晴らしく、大変快適に過ごせました。子供がまだ小さいので残念ながら全ては回れませんでしたが、お風呂もいくつもありますのでとても楽しめます。またいつかお世話になりたいです。

黒川温泉に泊まるなら黒川荘！

黒川温泉の中でも、かなり良い宿だと思います。
料理は工夫されていて、とても美味しく適度な量でした。
温泉も3種類あり、湯巡り不要だと思うほどです。
年配と若い男性のスタッフの人も話しやすく、とても親切で丁寧な対応でした。

新型コロナウィルス騒動の最中で、客が少なかったことから通常以上の丁寧なサービスを受けられた可能性もあるかもしれませんが、それでも、最高のサービスと施設でした。巡り湯用も含めれば、露天風呂だけで４つ楽しめる。内湯や貸し切り風呂も良かったです。部屋のなかにある植物ディスプレーに雪が舞うのを見て外で雪が降っていることがわかり驚いた。

お部屋は心地よくゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができ、また施設全体が30年目とは思えないくらい綺麗に保たれていて、大変満足しました。スタッフさんも接客が素晴らしく、お料理も美味しくいただくことができました。また行きたいと思う旅館になりました！

A delicate hotel with wonderful hot springs

I accompanied with 2 friends stayed in this renowned hotel just one night. The atmosphere here was so wonderful. I enjoyed the hot springs a lot. It is a lovely place to visit again.

一間非常好的温泉旅館，各樣都好，尤其是員工的態度，非常非常有禮又友善。只是覺得石地地面（包括往温泉的通道）裝飾有小小格格不入的感覺。

쿠로카와소 좋아요^^

조용하고 안락한 료칸입니다.
직원들이 매우 친절하며 가이세키 및 조식또한 훌륭해요.
온천의경우 게스트만 이용하는 곳/워크인이 이용하는 곳/가족탕(체크인시 시간예약,50분) 3곳이 있는데 게스트 온리 온천이 제일 좋으며 노천탕이 좀 뜨거워도 아주 넓고 좋아요.
다만 찾아 가실때 구글맵네비는 쿠로카와온천단지 안쪽으로 잘못 안내를 해요. 차량네비를 따라 터널근처 2차선도로에서 바로 들어가는 길이 맞습니다. 도착 2킬로정도 앞에서 좁은길로 빠지라 안내를하면 그냥 직진해서 터널통과후 10미터후 좌회전하시면됩니다.

멋지고 세심합니다 ^^

매우 멋지고 아름답습니다 . 들어가는 길목에 들어서는 순간 완전히 다른 세계입니다 .하나하나 잘 관리가 되어 있고 . 정갈하고 깨끗합니다 . 식사또한 매우 정성스럽고 , 자극적이지 않고 재료 하나하나 맛을 살려 준비되어 있습니다 . 아침식사 또한 마찬가지^^. 스텝분들이 떨어짐 도토리 하나하나 주워가며 청소합니다
우체국에 가야할일이 있어 물어봤더니 10 분 거리에 있는 우체국까지 무료 셔틀 버스로 데려다 주기까지 했으며 , 한국말로 요청 사항을 남겼더니 , 카카오톡으로 친철한 응대가 있었습니다 . 좋은 가격이 유지가 되길 바랍니다 .

엄마가 잊지 못할것 같다고 말해준 곳

예약을 하고 나니 직접 여관쪽에서 교통편이 무엇인지 식사는 알러지가 있는지 등을 물어와서 세심한 배려가 느껴졌다. 일어를 하지 못해도 불편함이 없도록 한국스텝이 여러모로 신경써 줌. 호텔내부도 깨끗했고 스텝모두가 친절했고 식사도 매번 다르게 나와 맛있었다. 다만 주변에 볼거리는 없다. 그렇지만 그래서 온천에만 집중할 수 있어 좋은 듯하다.

非常推薦黑川莊，環境優美，建議一到就先預約家族風呂，很容易約滿。房間很大，還有一個小露台，一泊二食晚餐在房內由服務員一道道上菜，早餐到餐廳用餐，特色味增燒配飯很好吃很特別。唯一的缺點應該是離主要街道稍遠。

1. 위치는 렌터카로 찾아가는데 어려움 없었습니다.
2. 손님을 맞이하고 응대하는 스탭들이 친절하고 프로페셔널 하였습니다.
3.방의 시설은 다소 오래되었지만 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어서 편하게 이용하였습니다.
4. 가족탕은 다소 좁지만, 대욕장(투숙객용 대욕장만 이용함)은 아주 훌륭하였습니다. 노천탕에 앉아 절벽의 바위를 바라보며 명상에 잠길 수 있어 참 좋은 시간이었습니다.
온천의 수질은 훌륭했습니다.
5. 가족여행이었는데 아이들은 위한 세심한 배려가 돋보였습니다.
6. 식사는 일본의 료칸에서 경험하는 평균이상의 수준이었습니다.
7. 다시 방문할 용의가 있습니다.

조용하고 깨끗한 료칸

가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다.
숙소는 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있긴 하지만, 와이파이가 좀 약해서 사용하기 불편했고,
시설은 전통적인 료칸 스타일로는 나쁘지 않았습니다.
가이세키도 정성이 들어간 음식으로 맛있었습니다.
구로카와 마을 상점가와는 걸어갈 만한 거리이긴 했지만 조금 거리가 있지만, 조용한걸 선호하시는 분들에게는 더 좋을수도 있겠네요.
전반적으로 좋은 료칸이었습니다.

Brilliant Onsen Ryokan!

The hotel is a nice and comprehensive onsen ryokan.
Room: I stayed in the annex wing. Room is large and floored with tatami which gives a traditional scent. Some rooms come with balcony. There is no private bathroom in room, it may be an issue to some visitors.
Food: Brilliant food for both dinner and breakfast. I did not order the more expensive menu, both portion and taste are very good.
Onsen: Also brilliant, the visitor only onsen is clean, large and having a nice view facing a cliff wall decorated by lighting effect.
Accessibility: The carpark entrance is a bit difficult to find especially if arrive at night. Hotel manager explicitly advised me not to following google map GPS instruction, it really helps.

全てに手が行き届いた最高の旅館でした！露天風呂はとても広く新しく、植物、岩など配置の構成が素敵で飽きませんでした。家族風呂も３種類あって充実。温泉の質はツルツルサラサラで湯あたりもなく何度も楽しめます！外の眺めもよかったです。
ご飯は懐石料理でお部屋でいただきました。とても美味しかったです。
熊本に行ったらまたぜひ泊まりたいです。今度は離れも検討したい！

環境特別的旅館

旅館很有規模，温泉有分男女的戶外風呂，也有三間預約的私人風呂，整體感覺十分舒適。有英語流俐的招待員，晚餐在房間進食，服務員笑容可掬。
旅館環境很特別，有如在山洞一樣的走廊，房間更有露台可以欣賞戶外流水。如有機會一定要再來然後去大觀山看日出和雲海，今趟下雨無緣欣賞。

직원서비스 최강!!! 편안함 최강!!!!

10월2일 와이프와 둘만의 렌트카 여행.
료칸 근처 다른 온천 다녀오다가 추돌사고가 났습니다. 사고처리 전화도 잘 안되고 저녁시간이라 통역도 없었습니다.
결국 료칸으로 연락을 했죠.
그런데 정말 거짓말처럼 바쁜시간인데도 한걸음에 달려와준 한국인직원 김대현님. 사고처리와 사고접수, 대차신청까지 신속하게 처리해 주었습니다.
사고처리 후 료칸에 오니 예약시간이 많이 늦어 포기했던 가이세키도 편안하게 먹을 수 있도록 조치해 놨더군요.
이건 정말 감동의 연속이었습니다.

또한, 다음 날 체크아웃은 11시, 렌트카 대차는 2시...
점심식사가 애매할거라며 주위 식당까지 본인차로 직접 안내해준 천사같은 직원!!! 근처 카페에서의 따뜻한 차까지....이런 사람 또 어디서 만날 수가 있을까요^^

사고로 망칠뻔한 여행을 더욱 즐겁고 행복한 여행으로 만들어준 료칸 쿠로카와 소 김대현님께
감사말씀 전합니다.

아름답고 힐랑 할 수 있는 료칸을 찾다.

구글링과 여러 정보를 통해 구로카와 온천을 택했다. 유후인 등의 유명 온천마을은 관광객이 너무 많은 것을 우려해 조용한 곳을 찾다 발견한 곳. 한국에서 출발전에 미리 전화로 차량 픽업과 음식에 대한 개개인 알레르기나 못먹는 음식들을 미리 파악하는 세심함을 보였다.
하카타에서 3시간 가량 버스를 타고 가야하는게 힘이 들긴 했지만 도착과 동시 차량 픽업을 해줘 편했다. 그리고 조용하고 분위기는 물론 훌륭한 카이세키도 만족스러웠다. 구로카와소 료칸만의 유자소주가 특히나 맛있었다. 눈 오는 노천 온천은 다시금 가보고 싶게 하는 매력이 있다.
