The area is very dirty, the carpets in the bedrooms look like they belong in an old, dirty warehouse, the shower has no water pressure, and the place feels very unsafe.

Thursday and Friday at breakfast time the lady was rude, desk service was ok, the room and bathroom looked so old needs more maintenance, bath tub too high very dangerous for elders sorry 😞

We booked the hotel for the sole purpose of using the indoor pool. Apparently the hotel uses the indoor pool area for serving business lunches and close the pool down all day long. So basically you can never use the pool. And that may just a very terrible experience because I had to explain to my crying children why they couldn't use the pool and they don't want to hear it.

Air conditioning bad bathroom curtains gross they need to clean better pay the worker better so maybe the can do a better job or invest to buy new curtains. shower bare drop some water furniture is nice looks like Middle East inside is pretty. I did try to make coffee the kettle was dirty and so the cups the filter in kettle compartment also was dirty .

It's just ok

The carpet needs to be replaced, for being honduras, the breakfast just American stuff like waffles, pancakes, eggs, etc. For the price I paid i expected way more and i was somewhat dissapointed in the hotel itself. The staff was very good or i would've went to the inter hotel down the main street.

It is very outdated and the receptionist didn't tell us about the gym or the pool. Didnt even mention the wifi password. The place is dark, like even with the lights on.

Great hotel for a couple night stay in central San Pedro Sula for tourist purposes. Nice interior and even though just built in 2009, it has a very old school feel (real wood everywhere, etc...).

I was happy with restaurants staft

Transportations was not great. Unfortunately couldn’t be picked up by the driver.
However, great customer services very professional, breakfast was great and staff was very humble and respectful.

I am planing to go back again. But with a different conditions to make sure have good communication with customer regarding Pick up and drop off customer. Specially in San Pedro Sula that is an busy city.

Great place to stay in San Pedro

This is the third time that my medical mission team and I have stayed in Hotel Gran Mediterraneo for our last night in Honduras. It is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous, kind and helpful. The location was excellent and right in the center of the city, but we felt very safe and secure.

Internet service was terrible in the room. Was charged about $30.00 for laundry service for less than 10 articles of clothing (other hotel we used to stay at was a lot less to wash a whole load of clothes).They did provide us with a mini-fridge upon request.

Beautiful hotel in San Pedro

Beautiful hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet. My group and I were on our last night after our medical mission and we were grateful to have such a lovely place to stay.

At arrival the front desk gentleman made me feel like I just got into a charity shelter begging to stay there, I’ve never been so lowly treated anywhere in the world; this person should not be allowed near hotel guests; property was a 3/5; room was not clean, bathroom had not enough towels, NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE.

Front office staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Breakfast fine. We were in the restaurant for supper, at 6:30 p.m. It took about an hour and a half, from the time we ordered, to get our meals (14 of us) and the meals were incomplete. They did give us a discount because of the errors. Everything else, other than supper, was fine.

The hotel is located in a bad area. You need to be very safe if you go out alone, (which I didn't). Men next door standing with rifles out front - I was terrified. Even contemplated changing my ticket to leave sooner. Wouldn't recommend to my friends or family.

This was a very nice hotel the customer service was excellent.The rooms was big spacious and clean.The food was good any service at the restaurant was excellent.In a very nice safe Neighborhood I even walk the street at night by myself.

San Pedro Sula Hotel

Our room was very nice and the food in their restaurant was very good. It is in an area where we did not feel comfortable walking around .It costs $20.00 cab fare from the airport each way.

Great -- I would go back!

Great Hotel, Excellent customer service, and Excellent Food! However, I didn't like the \"Area\" too much (and parking was hard, didn't know there was parking downstairs; not easy to access it). The swimming pool is NOT a swimming pool, unless you are a \"Midget\" but it's only like 3 feet deep. The Rooms, beds, pillows are all GREAT! But it could use a small Refrigerator. They are cheap with their coffee; could use 2 or 3 bags since it's such a weak coffee you would need all 3 bags. but over all -- it was GREAT! : )

terrible hotel, stay away!!

clean: I found 1 live mid size cockroach in my room, next day 1 spider in my door, carpet in my rom was with stains
Location: nothing to do walking distance, the neigbord is not good
gym: the most horrrible area, spinning bycicle did not work, weight machine either, there was just 1 weight set (rusted), carpet was dirty (I got allergy)
other: internet speed is terrible, does not work
I stayed in this hotel due the high rating, I don't understand how they got those rates, I travel every month and stay in many different hotels, for a $100 per night this hotel should be way better, I don't understand how they got the Confort franchise
finally when I did the check out they charge me extra for a breakfast, all the hotels include 2 breakfast wether the other person is check in or not, this was not the case, I ask them if they will not charge for the breakfast due the inconvenience mentioned above which I wrote in the comnplain book, they say no....that is customer service right?

I was not very happy when i was told i had to pay about $40 more because my son was 17, although, I did added my son on at the time of reservation and said he was 17.... all thebstaff was very friendly and responsive!!

San Pedro Sula for a couple days

The hotel was excellent with the only hiccup being the loss of cable due to a bad storm. Breakfast was outstanding, they asked exactly what I would like & prepared it just for me. The Honduran National Soccer team was there on my stay as this is there home hotel. They also said the US teams stay here as well. The hotel also offered to send me to a club they have reciprocal privileges with for a pool & said they also had other sporting activities, I didn't do it since I wanted to explore the area. There's also an outstanding sports bar directly up the street that has many TV's, dancing, & lots of girls to socialize with &/or dance. 2 people bought me beers while I visited this bar on 3 occasions, I guess they just love talking with Americans as I offered to buy them but they said no, a first for me. The city is okay if your comfortable traveler, just take cabs at night. The food at restaurants was very good & very reasonably priced. When we first arrived we went to the big modern mall near Hilton & everyone was staring at us, of course I stick out & I guess they don't see many white boys. They were just very curious & it was actually interesting. It was a pleasant trip after all the reading I did prior to going. You still definitely want to be cautious & don't go to places you shouldn't, stay in Central area or go on tours,
