Breakfast buffet was great. But time to stop imposing the silly Covid-era measures in the dining area, all of which have proven to be without any scientific or medical basis. If there are guests that complain about removing such measures, they should just stay at home with their neuroses and not bother to leave their homes. Other than that, what a lovely dog friendly place to stay! The pool is great; I would just ask the management to consider revising the morning opening times which make it difficult to enjoy the pool and onsen, in addition to taking breakfast.

The hotel room is as large as an apartment which is 80 square meters and features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area.
The ocean view looking from the bathtub and living room is stunning.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast was excellent as well.
We truly enjoyed our family vacation there.

This is a great resort if you have a car. We stayed for 5 nights and loved that it was a large unit; 1 bedroom with western style beds and 1 tatami room with futon. They also put a crib for our baby in the Tatami room which we appreciated. There’s a living room, dining room, full kitchen & a soaking tub in apartment. Absolutely beautiful sunrise views! And the Onsen is soo clean, large and relaxing! It was nice having sauna, cold plunge, indoor hot bath and outdoor hot bath too! They also had a very cute kids playroom that you could book for an hour per day. They have indoor pool and Jacuzzi too but our family didn’t try it. We also loved the dinner buffet, lots of choices; same for breakfast-lots of choices. Everything felt clean. Employees were all nice and most spoke English.

The buffet is a bit costly with what it has to offer. It's not close to any convenient store, so better do some groceries first before getting here.

The facility was clean, beautiful, and spacious, and the service was nice. The food was great, too. The swimming pool and the bath was ok. The only complaint we have was the you had to walk outside walkway to access our room from the elevator and it was very cold.

Hotel is hard to find, the roads getting to the hotel is not so great with narrow roads and sharp turns. It was a no dinner night for us because she said the restaurant is fully booked, disappointing. Very quiet everywhere including the onsen. Breakfast is excellent with lots of yummy food choices.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool, and onset were great.
We had a junior suite which had 1 room with 2 single beds and an atami room with 3 futons.
The room had a a small kitchen but no utensils, plates or cutlery. I imagine we could have asked for them but didn’t need them so didn’t bother. Seemed a little strange that these weren’t here but no big deal.
It’s a great spot to explore the Izu peninsula from.
We’d definitely stay here again.

Although hotel seems older, room was clean and very spacious. It was somewhat an apartment like. There was kitchen and a dining table but no cooking nor dining utensils and plates/bowls. But it was a nice surprise, as we didn’t expect the room to be that. Location was pretty convenient. Staff were friendly. A bit “odd” that there was a staff watching us at swimming pool. Understand that it was probably a lifeguard situation but seems a bit awkward to be watched all the time while swimming.

The Hotel is a little bit hard to find, but view is amazing (although in Jan 2019 there was another building under construction that may eventually block the ocean views). Overall Hotel was very nice, quiet and very big rooms, maybe re-purposed apartments including a small kitchen. Only issues were the furniture, windows, carpet and floors all appeared a little old and dirty, and the parking spots are very small and difficult for larger vehicles, even for Japan, but these issues didn't impact our stay much. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again!

Great Hotel!

We LOVED this place. Large living room with ocean view, 2 bedrooms (one western style, one Japanese style), and ocean view bathroom. We could cook things here and there was a laundry room. We also used the restaurant for dinner (needs a reservation but is easy). My son is very picky and asked to change some food and they were very kind to do so. Staff are police, nice, friendly, and professional. Hotel itself is not new but very comfortable. There are places you can visit nearby and you can get some coupons for those places. We would love to stay there again.

The hotel room is spacious and I like the onsen very much. There are both tatami and bed in the room so you can choose whatever you like. Tatami in this hotel room is in a separate corner (unlike other traditional Japanese style hotel) and that is definitely clean and nice!!

The only thing to criticise is it’s so hard to find the hotel from the GPS particularly at night.

Amazing hotel! Probably the best one i stayed in.

To our surprise the room is huge! 2 separate rooms: 1 western and 1 japanese. Bathtub, living room, full kitchen with microwave. The best part is you have ocean view and you can see the sunrise right from the living room or bathtub! The staff is helpful, the onsen was nice, not that big, but acceptable.
The area is very quiet, not many restaurants, if so they will close at 8pm. But we found 1 local izakaya, 5 minutes walk from the hotel which closes at 11pm. The owner was Really nice and the food was great as well. However this hotel (more like a family resort apartment) is not easy accessible by public transportation, i recommend to rent a car. All in all this is probably the best hotel i stayed in and good value as well.

Was very happy but a couple of concerns. Japanese don't know how to care well for carpet, this hotel included. So don't expect pristine carpets. Came with nice modern kitchen, but was not told we would have to rent silverware and few cooking items. That was $2000 yen extra. Overall nice room layout and great indoor/outdoor public bath (furo).

Nice big apartment style room with 2 beds and a tatami room. Nice sized refrigerator but no microwave. We went to a local grocery store and bought salads, fruits, sandwich ingredients, breakfast items. Great pool. Didn't get to enjoy the onsen as my husband has a tatoo and we forgot to bring bandaids to cover it up with. Lots of free parking. Will definitely be going back.

初めての利用、お正月に家族で宿泊。
最上階で広いスペースの部屋を選択し展望は冬ですし天気も良く大島が綺麗に見えました。夕日・日の出共に美しかったです。リゾートマンションをホテルへ…で大浴場までは部屋の立地的に寒いのでは？と思ったら外廊下・冬場の吹きっさらしで冷たい風が強くかなり冷え込みました。エレベーターも2基で大型のホテルなので時間帯も集中するので中々来ませんでした。食事はレビューを読んでいたので覚悟していましたが夕食・朝食とタイミングが良かったのでスムーズでした（タイミングがズレてしまった他の方々は入り口で待っていました)
食事の内容と価格を考えたらまあ無難だと思いました。部屋も掃除が行き届き綺麗でした。浴衣とバスタオルがロビーで各自ピックアップ…でしたが通常サイズの大人物は部屋に置き、お子さんや大きな体格の方はフロントで受け取るのが良いように感じました。浴衣置き場がかなり乱雑になっていたのでピックアップするのに躊躇しました。

部屋は広く、キレイです。
売店がないのが不便なので、予め買ってからくることをオススメします。最寄りのコンビニまで歩ける距離では無いかなぁと思います。

The swimming pool opens until 9pm but when I arrived at the female dressing room at 8:30, there’s a man standing inside of the dressing room without any notification posted on the door. I was so shocked and then he told me the pool is close. I tried to communicate with him and explained that it’s not 9 yet but he just didn’t listen. I was so disappointed with such an experience and was shocked when I entered the room. I felt very uncomfortable.

混み合う時期の対応(朝食予約が必要だと提示ないのに、チェックイン時に必要だと、してないから対応できませんと)が全く足りません。
