What a wonderful place. Cabin was amazing, large rooms and beautiful patio with private jacuzzi, outdoor pool and beautiful golf course. 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
Jennifer
We had a great stay! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful! We will definitely be back!
Kisa
The staff were helpful and friendly. It is a perfect spot for a family get away. It is about 25 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Greenbrier is 10 minutes away and was the perfect spot to have access to the river for fishing and playing in the water.
Vickie
An excellent peaceful place to vacation away from the crowds
Parker
Very spacious, clean suites. A little further out of town than we anticipated but the resort itself was excellent!
Solangy
It’s really nice quiet place nice area I love it
Jason
The staff was amazing. We loved the room and the proximity to downtown. The room was more like being in a condo. We will definitely be back. The golf course was also excellent.
Charles
Room was extremely clean and quiet. Great view of the golf course. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The pools and hot tub were great. We had zero complaints. I would absolutely stay there again .

Stayed 5 days. Check in was fast and efficient. All staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Property was very clean and further upgrades are being completed which is nice to see.
Jennifer
We were there in the winter but it was beautiful and the room was wonderful. We'll be coming back again.
Deborah
Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the location. It was quiet and away from the crowds in Gatlinburg.
Shalisa
Fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and covered deck. I was in a 1BDRM king suite with a beautiful fire place. There is no elevator to the 2nd for units but the maintenance staff was happy to help bring our things up. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.
Terry
Every thing was great we enjoyed our stay
Andres
Clean rooms, great location away from the Gatlinburg traffic madness but close enough.
Paula

thomas

Everything was great! The amenities, the suite and the staff. We traveled there for a bday celebration, they had a birthday card, taffy as the gift and a balloon in the room waiting. The location was quiet and right on the golf course. There were several mom and pop shops, stores, and restaurants. We visited a few of those the antiques and food was great there also. I loved it so much, I didn’t want to leave. 10/10 definitely recommend!
Gary
Everything was wonderful we got there late and they had everything ready and very clean and quiet place . We will definitely be back

Overall not a bad place
However during the 3 days stay, we didn’t get room service even once , although the cleaning crew was seen working in the premises every day
Front desk told that it’s guests’ responsibility to keep the room clean and change the trash bags etc

The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner is just down the road though and the food and service there are incredible! I’m so thankful that we are there! It worked well for us as we didn’t mind being off the beaten path a little and you’re surrounded by beauty, so that was a plus.
The staff were also wonderful and extremely helpful if we had a question and we truly appreciated their assistance!
Overall, I would highly recommend this property based upon one’s needs as a traveler. If I were traveling with a family though, I would look for other lodging closer to the nearby towns.

Absolutely the most beautiful place to stay if you're looking for clean and quiet!!!
Muzi
it's a little far from Smoky Mountains so if you plan to hike there, make sure leave early and get to the Park by 7:30 AM to find parking spots
Thomas
I liked the property and the suite we stayed in was beautiful. The fire place, the patio and the enclosed patio was great. I would love coming back to this property
Tina
Very Disappointed
The room accommodations were very dated, the room was smaller than anticipated (pictures are deceiving) and although the staff was very friendly there wasn’t any type of “service” to rate. They never cleaned our room the entire week of our stay. We chose the “Hilton” because of the reputation, past experiences, and amenities (which used to include tidying up the room daily). Not to mention the ants in the bathroom sink I cleaned out every morning and the spider that woke me up in the middle of the night crawling across my arm. One of the main reasons we chose the Hilton was so I could relax and enjoy a week free from cleaning everything and just enjoy our trip. If we would’ve known that conditions we would’ve experienced in advance, we would’ve paid the minimal extra for an AIR BNB or VRBO. It would have been more spacious and private at the very least.
David
Not a lot of scenic views, but very quiet, clean and restful, the condos are perfect
Larry
Beautiful place, and Great Staff
Lorraine
Resort/Condo great. Golf on premise. Like views screened deck. Service terrific. Short drive to Smokey Nat’l Mountain.
Matthew
Quiet location in the country, near the mountains. Two pools onsite, one indoor, one outdoor. Room was spacious with excellent kitchen facilities. 15 minute drive from Gatlinburg and a Food City grocery store.
Maheedhar
Very friendly staff, good family friendly property.
Heather
It was very nice and peaceful
Chris
Very clean and nice location. Concierge doubles as pusher for timeshare enrollment which is a bit of a downer.
Constance
Excellent Suites and Amenities
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is super friendly and attentive from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. Diana was super helpful upon check-in and Greg went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order. Housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the location is away from all the traffic and noise. Very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.
Alexis
The area was very organized and clean. There were many activities to do with the family along with a nice golf course. Would visit again.
John
Things that need to be addressed.
Overall, the place was nice and comfortable. The people were friendly.
The things that need improvement the most are in the shower of our unit. It was set up for very short people. My wife is only 5'4\" and she had to duck down to actually get her head under the shower head. Also, the safety bar in the shower is 1/2 blocked by the soap, conditioner and shampoo bottles that are mounted directly over the bar. Also, your place could use a small section where essentials and snacks could be purchased. If I wanted a soda, juice or a snack of some kind, I had to drive down the road about ten miles to find a store that carried these items. We ran into this problem the first night.
One more thing... The almost immediate pitch to sell time shares (which ARE the absolute worst \"investment\" in real estate history) was very annoying. I had to say no numerous times and still was asked again if I would reconsider sitting through a 90 minutes hard sell presentation. I was offered a weeks stay, cash cards, etc. If I say no, I mean no! I don't want this kind of garbage thrown at me when I was there for a getaway. This started our stay on a very negative note...

It was great from start to finish. Just needed some toilet paper but no big deal
Lisa
Beautiful property and golf course. Very quiet.
Tracie
It was absolutely amazing such an amazing place to visit
Cynthia
The location and grounds are lovely. The room we stayed okay, with the kitchen being up to date, but the furnishings were somewhat worn. The bedding was of lower quality, and no services were provided. We needed to take out the trash, and no services were provided. It wasn't billed as an air BnB type rental.
Anthony
Comfortable
William
The hotel rooms are very large and includes a living room and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great stay.
Travis
Great place at a great price.
Mary
It’s a home away from home.
Philip
Cabin is a must.
Nicholas
Great Space for a Family of 2 Adults and 2 Kiddos. Enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and playground. It was just a short drive into Gatlinburg, far enough away for quiet, but close enough to all the action. Plus, who doesn't love traveling and having a washer and dryer? Location and amenities fit perfectly for our weekend in Gatlinburg for Travel Basketball.
Denise
Quiet property in a beautiful area. Staff friendly and helpful. Unit was well supplied.
Nicholas
10/10 would recommend
Great staff. Easy check-in. Overall solid experience
ruben
Quiet and safe. Nice indoor pool. Well kept.

Everything was wonderful!
justis
Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account.
Iraida
This property is really nince. It has a nice view and the apt with kitchen is very convenient for families with children. Very clean. They are very strict with # of peopls staying. NEVER enter the registration area with more people than expected according to the booking. Manager is very strict and will not let you stay.
Orlando
This place is awesome. great accommodations with many amenities including golf. the cabin was well equipped with a hot tub on the deck, grill, and table for dinning and hanging outside. The condo unit was just as nice with lockout units for more space. BUT MOST OF ALL IS THE ATTENTIVENESS AND SERVING WITH PLEASURE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. BETH, AMY, DIANA, STACY WERE WONDERFUL AND HELPED US TRHOUGH OUR TRYING TIMES OF TRAVEL WITH FIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND MAKING SURE OUR RESERVATIONS WEREN'T CANCELLED. THEY PROVIDED US WITH EXTRA PADDING FOR OUR SOFA BED, SENT A CHECK IN TEXT EVERY OTHER DAY TO SEE HOW OUR STAY WAS GOING. THIS WAS LOVELY. I HAVE TO GO BACK.
Maria
Beautiful location and my cabin had perfect view of nature
Elsa

Lorie
Great family vacation
So friendly & helpful for all our needs 5 star
Jessica
We stayed at Hilton Bent Creek 5 days for the Christmas holiday. We loved the space we had a one Bd room one bathroom apartment style. The apt was fully loaded with everything we needed to help make our stay nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfy we had huge soaking tub and separate shower. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Staff and groups keepers were very helpful to things in the area like where to eat and take the kids. I didn’t realize when booking it’s a little far out side of downtown Gatlinburg like a 30 minute drive to all the restaurants and activities. Other than that our was stay was great will stay again.
nicole
Quiet holiday stay
It’s a nice resort, very clean but the room is a bit outdated and very dark. Not much outside light. It does have a kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit which is convenient.
The staff is very friendly, however the concierge lady is actually the timeshare salesperson. She will take up at least 20 min of your time at check in and call your room to try and sell the timeshare presentation even if you say you’re not interested.
Its location is very quiet and peaceful. About 20 min from downtown
Great local shops for shopping arts and crafts.

There is some old women’s underwear in the hair dryer bag that my 10 year old daughter found. The tv quality is like from 2005, I paid a lot and expect a better tv. Hair in the shower
Betty Jean
Very quiet and very clean.
luis
Mountain getaway.
Weather was amazing. Staff was wonderful unit felt like home away from home. Location a bit far from the city but if you are looking to getaway this is the perfect place.
FNU PRADEEP
Clean & good staff.
William
The property was even better than the description could have made it out to be. We really did find a gem in this location. Gatlinburg and Dollywood were within a 20 minute drive. The golf course was fun to play on and peaceful.
Kim
A little far from town -very nice rooms
Eun Jung
Our family did enjoy staying!
Nand
quiet and clean
Erica
It was a very clean.

The hotel wasnt handicap friendly as there was no elevators. The bedroom had stains on the bed. The balcony lights didnt work. There was dead bugs behind the dresser.
Katie
Very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely return!
Edwine
The property was specious, but the carpet had a weird smell. We accidentally drop a headphone and I was called to pick it up. There are some small flies around the property and many of them inside the apartment.
Julie
It was great, for sure a 10/10 stay. The room had a kitchenette and a washer and dryer and I wasn’t expecting that so it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the people were pleasant, 20 minutes to downtown gatlinburg
Jane
Great amenities and clean rooms. Liked the fitness room.
WAYNE
FABULOUS
Absolutely beautiful place !!! Loved will be back
Lori
Very nice staff, super clean facilities
Nandan
Pretty clean and good service
James
The grounds were simply stunning. The room was very well appointed, and a good value for the money. Upon check-in, it was clear that the concierge had one mission: set me up for a preview of their membership. She was an excellent sales person and representative, but I really just wanted a room for the night, not a timeshare sales pitch.
Cullum
This is a great getaway with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. We enjoyed the pool and our 10 minute ride into Gatlinburg. Quiet surroundings and easy access to the Greenbrier entrance of the GSMNP.
James
Super nice
Tiffany
Great stay!
We had a lovely time on this trip! The hotel was very nice and my kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again but would probably get a 2 bedroom.
