The hotel is set on a hillside about a 25 min walk to Faliraki.

The rooms are basic and clean.

The owners are friendly.

The breakfast is continental - ham, cheese, bread, cereals, fruit and cake. We enjoyed it.

The hotel shares a pool with the Palm Concept hotel next door. This pool is absolutely stunning.

For a budget friendly break I would absolutely recommend

This was a lovely hotel. Nice pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Enough food choice at night with good prices.
Very close to lodika beach and Anthony Quinn bays. 5 mins in car with free parking but does get pretty full. Or a 30 min walk. Also close to faliraki for the night life.

Chill location.
20-25 minutes walk from the center of Faliraki.
Two really nice bays (Anthony Quinn, Ladiko) and a really nice cafe (Pavo) are really close.

If you do not have a vehicle it can be hard to get to places however they are very cheap to hire so this isn't an overall inconvenience. The hotel was really nice and aesthetically pleasing. My only complaint is the food which I really didn't like

Friendly and homely

Peter is an excellent host and he did everything in his power to please or help you. Homemade food was great...just loved the mousakka and would have happily ate that every night. I was not driving so found it a bit far to walk to the beach in the hot sun.

A very nice, friendly, family hotel.

Our family had an excellent 9 day break from the time we arrived when we were met by the friendly staff until we caught the transport back to the airport.
We staying on the B+B basis and used it as a base to explore Rhodes, walking to Faliraki, Ladiko beach, catching the bus to Rodos and Lindos and also hiring a car to visit the Bee Museum, Butterfly Valley and the Roman ruins at Kamiros. As well as spending a day at the nearby Waterpark we spent a couple of days just chilling by the hotel pool where there were ample sun-loungers for the hotel residents.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was basic but clean. The breakfast was continental but plenty of choice and came as part of the room booking. A 20 minute walk to Anthony Quinn Bay. The same time to Faliraki beach but add an extra 5 - 15 minutes if you want to get to the main beaches. It's a long beach. The walk into town down the main road takes about 25 mins. At some stage you will have to walk up an incline to get to the hotel. Quite a big one if you are coming from the beach but not so bad if you come from the main road. The food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and in my opinion very good. I alternated between eating in at the hotel and going into town. The staff were very friendly especially Peter the owner who drove me back to the airport in his taxi. The pool area looked really inviting but I didn't get to use it because the weather was unseasonably cool when I went. For those that think Faliraki is party central this maybe the hotel to change your mind. If you drive, this hotel is a really good place to explore the island. If you are on foot you can still get to Rhodes Town & Lindos as there is a bus stop on the main road. A lovely family run hotel just on the outskirts of Faliraki.

Plenty of space around the pool, not too busy.

Try their Saturday bbq, the meat is so tender! (And their pita gyros is a great lunchtime snack)

The hotel was nice and clean. Staffs there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. In our hotel room you get a nice view of the pool. You get a balcony with patio furnishings and even a clothing line to hang your wet bathing suit. The Room was spacious equipped with a small fridge, kettle, hot plate, and small amount of utensils. There was no TV. Air conditioning and hotel safe requires a small fee. Only negative thing is the hotel is a bit of a walk from Falaraki city center. As well, a small part of the walk included walking on a poorly lit road without a sidewalk and with oncoming cars zoomiing by you. Other than that the hotel was a total bargain! There are grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

My recommendations for future visitors:

Bring your own body soap and shampoo because there was none to be found. I don't recommend walking to the hotel with your luggage, if you plan to take public bus to Faliraki center from the airport. I recommend either you call the hotel for a ride from the Faliraki bus stop or take a taxi.

Fantastisk pool-område med infinity-pool og udsigt over landskabet. Fin mad og service fra baren ved poolen. Superhyggeligt med påfugle der vandrede rundt ved poolen. Morgenmaden er absolut ikke værd at skrive om. Lidt træls der ikke er lidt shampoo/sæbe og balsam til rådighed som på andre hoteller. Udskiftning af håndklæder blev kun gjort en gang.

Fijne ligging!

Sno Kampos is een fijne plek om te verblijven als je een auto in je bezit hebt. Het ligt in het midden van al het moois. Wij hebben het fijn gehad in de standaard kamer en hoewel de meubels en badkamer niet modern zijn is het allemaal heel, schoon en functioneel. Het ontbijt is inderdaad simpel maar voor deze prijs kan je er ook niet te veel van verwachten! Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad en komen graag nog eens terug.

1. The room was really basic.
2. The bed had no legs, just two mattresses on top of each other. As a blanket, was just a sheet. The bedclothes were not changed, the cleaners only made the bed.
3. The room hasn't any interior decoration. There is a lot of empty space in the room.
4. In the shower, you had to hold the shower head yourself. There were no hygiene items. The shower curtain came over the toilet, they were in the same corner. There were not enough towels.
5. The hotel was on top of a mountain. Poor transport connections. It was easiest to get there by walking, but in a hot climate it is very painful to walk back and forth for long distances.
6. The swimming pool was clean, the water cool. There was a spider in the small pool, which the staff did not remove. So you couldn't use the pool.
7. The breakfast was really bad. The time 7:30-10:30 breakfast schedule and the products ran out right around 9. No fruit, coffee ran out, no more water was brought, no berries, no different breads, no vegetable selection.
8. The restaurant was not good even for dinner. The products were out of stock. The 5 euro bread contained feta, tomato and oil. The bread was a hamburger bun. NOT GOOD!
9. The staff spoke bad English. They didn't know the taxi prices correctly and the amounts came as a surprise when we got to the destination.

Lovely family owned hotel in peacefull area near Faliraki centrum. There is near beautiful beaches Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko beach which are must to see. We rented car through hotel for one week which is good if you want to see more than just hotel area. Hotel pool and breakfast areas are clean and there is many beautiful details. Family room is quite basic but clean and it was enough for us. If you have any problem hotel staff will help you. Hotel owners were super lovely and Anastasia was so kind and even gave us their own made orange jam to take back to Finland. Would definitely come back!! - Sirpa

Una perla non valorizzata

La struttura è molto bella soprattutto dov'è ubicata poichè in posizione molto strategica per le località da visitare da nord a sud dell'isola. La stanza molto bella come in foto ma la pulizia dei sanitari soprattuto praticamente assente. La colazione medicore ma anche nella sala colazioni la pulizia e scarsa. A parte il proprietario gli altri membri dello staff, probabilmente familiari, sono molto sgorbutici. Peccato perchè la struttura è davvero bella ed è trscurata sotto molti aspetti.

Magnifique vue, intérieur vétuste

La chambre la moins chère était vraiment pas top mais la literie assez bonne.
Salle de bain avec douche qui met de l'eau partout et en assez mauvais état.
Ça mériterait un pti coup de rénovation pour cette partie de l'hôtel.
En revanche très bonne surprise pour les extérieurs, la piscine est très belle.
Le petit dej et les table ainsi que la vue extérieur avec les pains c'est top.

Assolutamente niente e si sono rifiutati di rimborsare il viaggio pagato con largo anticipo facendomi chiamare da Expedia dicendo che rimanevano chiusi a causa del Covid che a quanto pare così non e’. L’ hotel non mi compare più Sulle ricerche del sito ma se esco dal mio account ecco che come per magia è ricomparso. Complimenti per la furbata.

Die Familie, die das Hotel betreibt sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Chefin kocht wirklich sehr gut zum kleinen Preis.
Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer könnten ab und zu gereinigt werden. Auch das die Klimaanlage für 6 € gebucht werden muss sollte vorher bekannt sein.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno presso questa struttura dal 10 al 20 agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene, soprattutto per essere un 2 stelle!!
Camere pulite, cambio lenzuola ed Asciugamani frequente, buona colazione (non sappiamo pranzo e cena avendo sempre mangiato fuori) , bella piscina, vista stupenda e silenzio nonostante la vicina strada principale. Vicinanza alla Antony quinn's Bay quindi posizione strategica. Manca ascensore ma un po' di scalini non fanno mai male! Molto soddisfatti, consigliato per chi vuole qualcosa di semplice ma curato.

Hotel eigenaar was heel asociaal tegen ons geweest. Dreigend en agressief naar ons kamer toegekomen voor een handdoek die we 2 minuten zijn vergeten op ligbedden. We voelde ons daarna ook niet meer veilig.

Das Hotel ist ansich spitze, tolles Gelände, super Personal, Pool immer sauber, ruhig gelegen auf einer Anhöhe, für mich 5 Sterne, nur die doch sehr einfache Ausstattung der Zimmer hatte etwas gestört, nur einige Zimmer mit TV, aber man hat ja auch 2 Sterne gebucht.
Daher sehr zu Empfehlen für bis zu zwei Personen.
Top Lage, man benötigt aber ein Auto wenn man die Gegend erkunden will ( andere Strände, Rhodos, ...)

A 16€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner, on ne va pas faire les difficiles.Mais pour ceux qui n'auraient pas ce tarif , il faut savoir que la clim est en supplément 6€/nuit , que les lits sont à ras du sol et pas confortables , les meubles sont bricolés , dans la chambre chaises de salon de jardin pas confortables non plus , 1 rideau de douche qui ne tient plus que par 3 anneaux.., pas de Tv, ni sèche cheveux,ni micro-onde...L’hôtel est propre mais bruyant de par la route en contre-bas et le parking surtout lorsque l'on dort les fenêtres ouvertes mais sans clim pas d'autre choix ou payer 1 extra....., les gérants pas très causant , le petit déjeuner est conforme au prix , jus d'orange à l'eau :( et pas très varié (10j) .Le restaurant c'est juste pour dépanner: prix et gout très moyen par rapport à ce qu'il y a sur l’île .Les + la situation géographique, le prix et la piscine

Schöner Ausblick in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel und sollte ich nochmal nach Rhodos fliegen würde ich mich ebenfalls dafür entscheiden. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, jedoch bemüht sich das Personal um Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen bei meiner Buchungsoption, würde ich aber nicht empfehlen. Es war langweilig und auch geschmacklich nicht überzeugend.

Sanno coccolare i clienti.....ma la pulizia

Abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di luglio 2017 e vi posso garantire che Panagiotis (il titolare)e la sua famiglia sanno come coccolare il cliente.
All'arrivo in aeroporto(che dista 13 km) ci sono venuti a prendere in Mercedes climatizzato poi appena arrivati ci hanno subito assegnato la camera e fatto mettere in contatto con il noleggio degli scooter.
Struttura piccola e funzionalissima con bella piscina e bagno con doccia nelle sue vicinanze.
La mattina la colazione abbondante e varia con yogurt greco da 10 e lode ed in abbondanza.
Merita un 9 pieno e non 10 solo x la scarsa pulizia delle stanza,pecca della donna delle pulizie molto svogliata e sporca.
Se dovessero licenziarla farebbero un affare.

Fint hotel til billige penge. Min kæreste og jeg var der i 12 dage. Poolen er lækker og personalet er rigtig venlige og hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger rigtigt godt med fantastisk udsigt. Der er dog ca. 1.5 km ind til byen, så man skal ikke være bange for at gå en lille tur på 15-20min. Hotellet ligger ca. 15 min fra den mest populærer strand på Rhodos. MEN morgenmaden på hotellet er kedelig og mangelfuld. Der er kun ost eller skinke som pålæg til brødet og brødet var ofte meget tørt. Der er dog musli, chokopops og cornflaskes og adskillige flere ting, men bestemt ikke et måltid man glæder sig til desværre

Ero già stato in questa struttura e, ho notato gli importanti lavori di riqualificazione, della zona esterna:rifacimento completo della sala ristorante , cucina , e nuovo buffet per la colazione, oltre ad un bar , moderno ed efficiente, precedentemente collocati in un'altra zona, permettendo così di godere di un bellissimo panorama e, sono stati costruiti, servizi igienici esterni e docce, oltre ad un bar panoramico.

Nice hotel, a little bit apart, but possible to walk to beaches, bus stop etc. Good buffet breakfast in front of the pool. Room: spacious, WiFi, sink and refrigerator, balcony, simple decoration, basic bathroom (needs improvements, e.g. longer shower curtain). Family business: owners and staff are very kind and helpful. That was my 2nd stay, and I will come back.

Esitteessä luvatut pullovesi ja kosmetiikkatuotteet ei kuulunutkaan hintaan. Tullessamme oli tarjolla kaksi pizzaa otimme spesial pizzan joka otettiin pakkasesta pari kinkun palaa ja metwurstia. Pienempi kuin Suomessa lasten pizza. Hampparin kun tilaa leipä kylmä. Kuulemma normaalia.

Super godt i forhold til prisen

Jeg var der med min kæreste og der var ikke så mange børn på hotellet, det synes jeg var rart. Poolen var ren og alt var godt.
Hvis jeg skal sige noget negativt, så var morgenmad rimelig kedelig/tør samt offentlig transport derfra havde sit eget liv og vi nåede aldrig bussen.

Брали отель по акции, поэтому получилась очень привлекательная цена (около 12 евро в сутки с завтраком). Завтраки простенькие, но достаточно, чтобы не испытывать голод до обеда. В \"студио\" есть чайник и посуда. Уборка номера каждый день. Хочу обратить внимание на то, что сотрудники клининговой службы входят в номер без стука и предупреждения. Отель расположен на горе, магазины далеко. До ближайшего пляжа не более 15 мин пешком. С балкона открывается замечательный вид. Сотрудники отеля не особенно приветливые.

Vriendelijk familiehotel op rustige plek buiten de drukte van Faliraki. Huurauto is handig om het eiland te verkennen. Ook om naar plaatsen in de buurt te gaan. Ontbijtbuffet met mogelijkheid om tegen betaling extra's te bestellen. Kamers worden behalve op zondag elke dag schoongemaakt.

Были одни сутки, встретили, все объяснили, но не понравилось то, что постельное белье они не гладят, оно конечно было чистым, но мятым, мы подумали что просто не поменяли его, а на ресепшене сказали что так и должно быть.

La colazione è servita con formiche ed APi unica cosa mangiabile lo yogurt. Io e la mia. Famiglia abbiamo acquistato prodotti in un supermercato x fare la colazione.Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani avranno 20 anni lisi e non puliti. Cosi come i cuscini e i materassi puzzolenti. Vendere l aria condizionata a 5 € al giorno è follia. Non ci tornerei neanche se me la regalassero.

Ihana hotelli. Todella mukava perhe joka hotellia pitää. Sopii perheille ja pariskunnille..
Miksei myös yksinmatkustavillekkin. :)

Meillä oli vauvanruoka lopussa ja lähimpään kunnon kauppaan olisi pitänyt lähteä autolla.. Hotellin omistajan pojalla oli reilu vuoen ikäinen poika..joten heillä oli itsellään vauvanruokia. He toivat meille ilmaiseksi vauvan aamu- ja iltapuuropaketit. Niistä riitti aamu ja iltapalat koko 2 viikon reissun ajaksi.

Camera non molto pulita, bagno obsoleto con la porta che non si chiudeva, asciugamani stravecchi, rinsecchiti e ruvidi. Cuscini che ne avevano solo la parvenza. La colazione sempre uguale , i gestori erano poco attenti a rifornire acqua o yogurt che nel frattempo erano finiti. Personale, nel compenso, gentile e sorridente. L'aria condizionata è a pagamento ma è necessaria per via del caldo umido. L'esterno della struttura decisamente più accettabile. Per la sua posizione è necessario noleggiare un'auto .

Vicino località mare Ladiko e a pochi km dal centro Faliraki gode di ottima posizione sull'isola anche se consiglio a tutti di prendere comunque un'auto!consigliato😀😀

Rustig verblijf dichtbij strand en stad

Het hotel had een zeer rustige ligging. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om er voor te zorgen dat je het goed had. Ontbijt was minimaal maar prima. Ze zijn volop bezig om alles te vernieuwen. Kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en werden de handdoeken verschoond. Het is zeker een aanrader!!

Bra hotell med 15 min gångavstånd till Anthony Quinn bukten och ca 20 min gångavstånd till Faliraki strand/centrum. Taxi in kostar 60-80kr och tar nån minut (till båda ställerna). All manlig personal var de trevligaste jag någonsin mött, men den kvinnliga personlen var lite bittra. Frukost helt Ok!

Hotel economico - ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Insieme alla mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel e devo dire che ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene. L'albergo è molto tranquillo e ben posizionato. E' comodo sia per chi desidera girare l'isola in macchina e sia per chi ha voglia di visitare le spiagge più vicine senza utilizzare un mezzo di trasporto. Il centro di failiraki è raggiungibile in pochi minuti e offre ogni tipo di servizio. Nel complesso l'hotel è ben tenuto ma avrebbe bisogno di un ringiovanimento degli arredi che sono ormai datati. A parer mio il personale dovrebbe seguire di più i clienti (la maggior parte delle persone non parla nemmeno inglese). Ho giudicato la colazione scarsa già a partire dalle 8.30. Ogni richiesta extra è a pagamento (aria condizionata 5 euro/gg, chiave della cassaforte 10 euro, etc).

schönes familiäres Hotel

Eine sehr herzliche Hotel Anlage, wo man darauf bedacht ist alles für den Gast zu tun .Events wie BBQ Abend oder happy- hour waren sehr schön um die anderen Gäste aus verschiedenen Nationen kennen zu lernen und viel spaß zu haben.
Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub , der neben der Ballerburg Falaraki ,etwas erholsame Ruhe gibt ,wenn man es möchte.
Auto oder Roller sind empfehlenswert , weil die Insel sehr viel interessante Sachen zu tage bring, man kann zwar viele dinge mit dem Bus erledigen , aber es ist nicht so empfehlenswert .insgesamt , würde ich für normale Menschen dieses Hotel empfehlen , weil es alles hergibt was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht , gutes Essen im Hotel nette Leute und schönes Wetter
Betten und Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gesäubert und gemacht , bis auf Sonntag , aber damit konnten wir sehr gut leben . das Frühstück ist einfach ,aber sehr frisch und lecker , am Kaffee muss noch gearbeitet werden aber ansonsten sehr gut .

hotel simple et bien situé à 2 km de faliraki.petits dejeuner simple basique sans plus.bruits extérieurs la nuit provenant d'animaux diverses (chien,coq et tant d'autres) rendait les nuitées pénibles car fenetres pas du tout isolé.dommage car la chambre correcte et hotel tres bien situé. dommage que le pesonnel etait peu agreable.je ne pense pas y retourner un jour.

Enkelt hotell, man får vad man betalar för

Hotellet ligger ganska så avsides. Aircondition tillkommer på priset, den tog riktigt lång tid på sig att kyla ned rummet (Den får ej heller vara igång när man inte är på hotellet, så med andra ord kommer det nästan alltid vara för varmt).
Frukosten var minst sagt enkel. De flesta i personalen talade väldigt dålig engelska.
Men för priset så känner jag ändå att jag fått vad jag betalat för ;)

Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig hotellägare! Döttrarna och frun hade dock brister i såväl service som språkkunskaper. Ytterligare en man som huvudsakligen skötte frukosten som var mycket glad, trevlig och serviceinriktad. Liten men ok frukost. Trevlig pool med bra solsängar. Saftyboxen ingick i rummet vilket var ett plus! Bra att ha hyrbil!

top preis/leistung und gute lage

es ist in der relativen nähe zur TRAUMbucht/beach \"antony quinn\" und zu einem fkk strand

und RUHIG aus zwei gründen:
a) ausserhalb von faliraki auf seitenstrasse und
b) wenig gäste im mai/anfang juni

das wlan war zudem wirklich gut eingestellt. überall im grossen zimmer und überall um die lobby guter empfang.

nicht so gut fand ich, dass es keine kochgelegenheit im studio gibt.

mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. bin ich in rhodos und ausserhalb der hochsaison, so gehe ich wieder dahin.
ausgezeichnetes preis/leistungsverhältnis

Lugnt läge söder om Faliraki, mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, städning varje dag, stort poolområde, endast ett fåtal gäster under min vistelse.
