Not enough front desk help in the evenings. I asked for down pillows and towels and instead of being brought up to me I had to go downstairs and bring them up in a giant black heavy trash bag! I didn’t get any pillow cases and none of them were down. You have a handicap guy doing all the work and he can hardly get around! It’s really not cool to him or the people that stay there who need help. He was working very hard and is extremely kind!! You need more staff in the evenings!

It was OK, but not great. They were doing renovations everywhere pool andthe exercise room. we’re closed.
There was a serious lack of workers at the facility
Had no tissues in the room, so called down for some the first evening and was told we had to come down to get them because she was working all alone. There was no housekeeping there was no one there that could bring up tissues.
The rooms were clean, although the beds were poor, very soft and worn the hallways however, looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days
For a Hilton owned and run facility this was not the high-quality we are used to

Fine minus construction interference

The hotel was fine and the breakfast was great and the staff on all levels was wonderful. The only reason we deducted a star was there was serious construction on the main floor that we weren’t alerted of so we were walking through a construction site to and from our rooms and the pool. Also, the heater in the hot tub was broken. However, the rooms were great and the staff was very thoughtful and efficient. There’s also a Ruby Tuedays next door that made for a good dinner option.

I called down to front desk, they just kept saying they’re sorry, did not offer any solutions. We were told that since we booked through a “third party” that we would not be refunded when we went straight down to the check in desk, and checked out. So we ended up having to pay for a night that we did not stay. The renovations are going on 7 days a week fro 8:30am to 6pm.

Did not expect to be in Shrewsbury, so had to borrow a toothbrush and got a ketchup packet sized toothpaste. Room was great, slept well, woke up early and breakfast was at 6. All the staff were friendly. Thanks for making an impromptu stay memorable.

The breakfast was fantastic! So many options to choose from and great hours 6-10! The entire hotel is very clean. The staff was excellent. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel for other dining options. I will stay here again!

The hotel is in a good location and looks nice but the property is looking a little ragged and in need of some maintenance. For the price I was expecting something nicer. But the heated pool was fantastic and, if you like swimming, worth the higher cost.

Front desk service was wonderful, very nice people as they kindly greeted you. The room service was great as well as being clean. They came in every other day to do their services. The quests prior to my stay were also kind. Nine times out of ten, it was quiet. Overall, it was very satisfying.

It's your typical Hampton Inn, a cut above average, a solid 4 to 4-1/2 but not quite a 5. The desk clerk was very helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. I can recommend this motel.
