There were dogs in hotel and barking.
Rooms were worn (marble sink was cracked and awkwardly caulked - not to classy. There were dents and furniture chips. Very worn .

Requested towels but never received since on maid visit they took towels. Asked front desk but no one ever came - poor service.

We arrived early for check in and they were able to give us room early which was nice. The room was clean and up to normal Hampton standards. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only negative was this noise that started around 0900est on our check out day sounded like they were sanding or working on a room on the 2nd floor. We always stay in Hampton Inns when we travel and out stay at this locations was very good. I would give it an A. Thanks

The room was perfect with the exception of no hot water. I reported this to the front desk and was told the maintenance man was already on his way for another issue. When I returned from dinner I could tell someone had been in the room. There was now hot water in the shower but still none in the sink.

In spite of the remodeling that was going on, the hotel staff kept the entryway clear and clean. The construction stopped around 6pm so it was quiet, we didnt hear anything until 9:30 am. Our room was clean and stocked with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was next door so we didnt go. The staff was very friendly.

Since they are doing construction, we got to eat breakfast across the street at the Fairfield. It was excellent!

They are under construction.. They would have let me know but hotels.com doesn’t release to them phone numbers, otherwise they would have let me know in advance. So there was a make shift lobby, could not use pool or gym- but could use Fairfield’s which was ok.

The room was just renovated so it was phenomenal! All brand new! The construction did not interfere with our stay at all (noise wise).

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would go there again.

Was not informed until arrival that hotel was renovating. Pool was closed, no breakfast and my room was on a floor where the rooms were being renovated. I asked if construction was going to place on on Saturday and the attendant said she did not know but has seen work being done on Saturdays before. There was no offer for reduction in room rate for all of mentioned above. Overall room was clean and attendant sent a text asking how everything was going.

When I arrived they told me I didn’t have a reservation at first. Several minutes later they come back to tell me that I’ve already checked in which I had not being I just arrived and walked straight to the front desk.
After 10-15 minutes of talking and getting all the confusion figured out I made my way to the room. No ice machines worked, the place loooed to be under construction, switches in the room did not work,…etc…it was just an ole night stay, so it wasn’t a big deal.

The staff wasn’t on the same page and had some sort of disagreement as I arrived. Over heard them talking saying the other walked off leaving 1 person to do it all.

The room was a good size and clean upon arrival. We had dinner across the street at Briar Patch and it was good food, walkable from the motel but we're older and it was cold outside, so we drove. Breakfast at the Hampton was good and an easy way to start out the next morning to continue our trip.

Hotel was dated and not very well kept. Pool was closed. The Hotel had construction going on. Breakfast was minimal and people had to sit in the dark because the staff wouldn't turn the lights on. A large portion of the parking lot was occupied due to construction. Towels were minimized. Hampton Inns are going downhill. I previously would always seek them out. They are not a good bet now. I would look elsewhere if I was traveling in the area again.

Near-overwhelming room “deodorant” odor. Lumpy bed…limp pillows…and housekeeping only “every other day” notice in small Print in bathroom. All this for $200+ per day? No thanks. I’ll go anywhere but a Hampton Inn again.

Room was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy as well. Free breakfast which was standard fair… premade eggs with cheese, waffles, sausage and other breakfast items. It was kept clean as well. Only downside is the shower which had very low water pressure and took a while for to get warm. The bed was great. We had a great nice sleep. Lots of food options close by as well as a Walmart only about a mile away if you need anything.

Good breakfast, poor service and hot water

We stay in Lewisburg once a year and have tried various hotels. The breakfast here was one of the better ones among the hotels we've had.

However, there was almost never anyone at the desk. The side door (nearest the elevator but not the main one) had a wasp's nest above the light and when I told them, the desk person seemed entirely unconcerned, not saying \"thanks, we know and will be dealing with it soon\" or \"wow, I didn't know, thanks.\" Just \"okay.\"

In the rooms, the air conditioner and smoke detector emit light all night long that can be annoying so bring an eye mask. At one point we had a hard time getting hot water for showers.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The only downfall this trip was the electricity had gone out prior to my arrival and the internet was slow to come back on when the electric came back on. The hotel staff were not alerted as to what happened, so they had no answers for concerned guests. Totally not their fault.

Property was clean and quiet. We stayed here mostly because of the pool. The pool was very chilly and not very inviting. My husband chose the hot tub and it was heated, but had so much chlorine that it faded his swim trunks from green to grey. We frequent a pool usually 3 times a week and there is no way that this was an 82 degree water temperature.

I arrived at 12:30 waited 5min at the desk for someone to come to desk , when they came they told me I couldn’t check in until 1pm company policy! And no they weren’t busy so I went to find a restaurant to eat until 1pm .Came back same gentleman checked me in and I was not offered a complimentary gift bag and they had plenty fixed ..so much for customer service…

While we were there, in the evening I noticed there was no hot water in our room. The maintenance man came promptly and was very helpful, but he told us they had put in a new tankless water heater that day. We had to move to another room at around 9:00 PM. The front desk person did not apologize for the inconvenience. Also, there was a person across the hall smoking weed in the evening and again in the morning so the smell was really strong. I didn't think that was allowed. Breakfast was OK. On our return trip we stayed in a different hotel.

Nice stay for the weekend

I was in town for the Winter Music Festival, and I chose to stay at the Hampton Inn. It was a smart choice. The bed was comfortable and had multiple places to charge any devices. I didn't check out the breakfast, but the coffee was good when I tried it. Everyone I came in contact with the hotel spoke and was friendly. If I need to stay in Lewisburg again, the Hampton Inn would be my first choice.
